I was totally shocked by Hope today but, at the same time, not surprised. I maintain that Hope never loved Carter, only what he could do for her. She went on and on about how he betrayed her by not standing in solarity with her. She first said it to Carter, then to Brooke and Katie, then to Deacon. Now, it's all about Carter not talking to her first about giving back the company. All of a sudden, it was Carter's idea. What happened to "WE this, and WE that?" Pretty soon, she will run out of excuses to support her reason for leaving Carter.

Elle, I too loved the scenes with Liam. He’s doing a great job and it’s so sad he does love his wee daughters.
Kelly is so cute and I’m glad they show her having gratitude to have two loving father / father figures in her life. Once they got rid of the fake lisp, the actress is quite adorable! 🥰
I’m curious to see does Steffy take Liam to some French or Swiss elite treatment centre for a magical cure aka JMW mat leave lol!

DeleteBeth has an absentee mum who is so wrapped up in herself and no one to be there for her. Well Deacon I guess.
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Loving Hope comes with such a high price no man can fulfill. Her mother role modeled her version of 'love' which is more of a competition and winning a man from someone else. Hope & Carter knew each other for years then suddenly we were supposed to believe they were 'in love'? Well, I didn't and don't know why Carter is interested in this entitled princess who has been treacherous to him. What a sap. Hope is sick in the head and without intensive therapy, she's not capable of real love.

DeleteNo "we" are not in this together. I remember watching it be Carter's idea. I remember Hope asking him if he was sure if this is what he wanted to do. She gave him all the opportunity in the world to back out but he decided that he would do. I also recalled Brooke telling Zendie right after she abruptly took the CEO position that she did it to try persuade Carter to give the company back. I also watched her on several occasions telling Carter he should give the company back. She even told her own. Daughter that she was against this take over. And as soon as she found out about the coo she ran straight to Ridge to inform him. Hmm, interesting that several people can all watch the same show and have completely different views on it. Is it a dislike for Brooke and Hope that would cloud everything that really did happen.
DeleteI remeber Hope saying " Yes we are in this together. It's what's best for the company, and I support you ". It's not a dislike for Hope or Brooke. We are all watching the same show, but have different opinions. JMO, yes Carter had the idea but Hope was persuading him to to go through with it, for them, and what was best for "her" and the company, to keep her job, line and being in more authority than Steffy. She sure didn't try and stop him. She pushed him to sign the LLC and even guided his hand. Brooke? She really didn't try and stop the takeover either, until it was done. Then tried to justify why she did what she did as the CEO, but she is still trying to defend her and Hope's actions?
DeleteIf Hope is so mad at her mother, why is she always hanging out in Brooke’s house instead of her own? And if everyone thinks she is such a good mother, where is Beth? We never see Beth around her. We only see Hope whining about her disaster of a life.

DeleteBrooke told Ridge she would never ask her daughter to leave! That’s one of the reasons Ridge moved into Eric’s immediately after the coup! Brooke stood there and defended Hope! Ridge walked out before Brooke took the CEO position!

Ok, so Liam made me cry today. Very moving the way he was in denial. Great scenes between him and Steffy.
ReplyDeleteThe actress who plays Kelly has gotten much better with her acting. Loved the scenes with both her and Liam and her and Finn. She's such a princess.
Another hit with Hope in the wardrobe department today. Loved her outfit! Brooke's baby blue jacket yesterday was also very pretty. I went online and ordered one myself. Lol!

I see 👁️, Elle - good find! 🧥 When you wear it you might find yourself saying, "I won't allow it!" and, "My daughter ... " 😉😆 I really loved Hope's ensemble but the colors of Carter's suit & shirt combo was a big fail for me.

And I feel bad about Liam, but Hope and Deacon seem to have some selective memory about him. Not very long ago Hope said she didn't want to be with him because he could never be completely committed to her. He always has feelings for Steffy. Now he's the greatest guy ever.
A man can be great, a great father even but still be confused about two women.

ReplyDeleteSo Hope and Deacon have forgotten that Liam's heart will always be divided between her and Steffy. Now she is considering going back to the guy who will never be 100% hers? I honestly feel like this is deeper than what it is. Hope was full of confidence when she left Liam. Supposedly, she left because she realised she needed more, she deserved a man who will be totally hers and hers alone, which was a very powerful moment in her life, being able to take back the control of the narrative of her life and not always letting it to be dependent on Liam and steffy situation. Now seeing that all relationships she's had since Liam have been a failure, she wants to turn back to her vomit? I would have expected her to run back to Thomas not Liam if she must, because one thing will always be true liam will always love steffy more, and they share a daughter so he will always turn to her. In my opinion Hope has lost her self worth and confidence. She is deeply insecure and she is just like brooke at this point, not wanting to be alone, always needing a man by her side at all time.
ReplyDeleteI would have expected her to even want to take some time to find herself again by being alone, rediscover who hope is and her core values, but looks like her self esteem is rooted in her ability to have a man on a leash.
When she ended her marriage to liam, the next day she was in Thomas bed, when thomas left, she grabbed carter or carted grabbed her, whatever the narrative. She should honestly being weary of relationships at this point and focus on herself.
So true. Especially since Hope doesn't want to remarry right now. She should indeed take some time and focus on her life and her future instead of thinking "oh well, might as well go back to Liam now." A relationship is the last thing she needs.
DeleteIt's really sad that even after all these years, Brooke still can't be single. She failed Hope as a mother and now, even though her intentions might be good, she's still not giving Hope the tough love that she needs. The last place Hope should be right now is living under her mother's roof. Brooke should have stood her ground and let Hope find her own place.
Why do people advocate for being alone. If their is a man out there that you love why wouldn't you want to be with him. In time Broke will realize that Ridge is gone, and she will fine love again as she always do. Unlike Taylor who said alone for decades waiting for Ridge to return. Where did that leave her with a serious health condition. I say do away with being alone and go live your best life as you only have one life to live and it should be spend on decades of pondering over one man who is out living his.

As usual, just like Hope it is one set of rules for the Logan’s. Anyone they want it fair game because they are somehow magically entitled to any man they want regardless!
Brooke never respected anyone else’s relationships ! That clearly hasn’t changed!
I am all for women going after what they want and enjoying their lives. But if going after what they want means going after a married man that they want, or going after a man who is in a committeed relationship that they want, that's something totally different.

I'm happy to see that she is not relentlessly trying to pursue Ridge while he is with Taylor however, she should try to move on since, as Peggy stated, Ridge is out living his best life!
Brooke is actively trying get Ridge back. She keeps telling him loves him and he belongs to her, she is going behind his back to Eric.
DeleteClearly she and Eric plan to use the fashion show to manipulate Ridge’s emotions.
She doesn’t model for Couture, so there is no reason she should be modelling in the fashion show.
She had a whole seduction planned for Ridge when Taylor walked in and she was caught out.
Brooke’s conversations with Eric and Carter continue to show she has no respect for Ridge and only cares about what she wants!
Totally agree, Ridge is happy and living his best life with Taylor.

ReplyDeleteby Thomas and cheated.He warned her many times about him but she didnt listen. Liam is a good guy and he didnt go after Stephy first.She use all the tricks to trap him and separate him from Hope who had him first.
Sorry but that just isn’t true. Liam fell in love with Steffy. He moved on from an immature teenager who wanted to play house, to a grown woman who was ready to be an equal partner and have a real marriage!

It backfired spectacularly because Liam moved on with the love of his life, Steffy!
Over the years it was Steffy Liam chose, that he married and Hope relentlessly chased and tried everything to break them up.
She slept with Liam many times during his 3 marriages to Steffy, and when they were engaged!
Hope got pregnant by sleeping with Liam while he was married to Steffy!
Steffy never once chased Liam while he was married to Hope.
The one and only time she slept with him, he came to her and they were drunk or it never would have happened!
Hope had no right to complain, Liam told her straight up, that he was still in love with Steffy but she wanted her destiny like mummy.
Liam made it very clear that his marrying Hope when she got pregnant was the biggest mistake of his life!!!
He loved and always will love Steffy. He’s respecting her marriage but if she was free, he’d be on his knees.
Last time Liam tried to reunite with Hope, it was after he talked to his wee brother and decided since he couldn’t have Steffy, it was easier to go back to Hope than to meet someone new.
Just because Liam dated Hope first doesn’t give her lifetime rights to him! That is a Logan fallacy, they insist on using to rationalise pursuing married men/ men in committed relationships!
