DeleteJust when you think Brooke has finally grown and matured, she's back to plotting with Eric and her sisters to break up Ridge and Taylor.
DeletePeople talk about Taylor wanting Ridge for years but it's the same with Brooke. She can never move on from Ridge no matter how many times he turns his back on her. She's always there begging and pleading and talking about their destiny.
I haven't been supporting Ridge and Taylor being back together, but after today, I truly wish that Ridge stays with Taylor and finally moves on from Brooke. And I want to see Brooke come to the realization that she has lost Ridge forever.
As for Eric, let his heart condition return and be done with his character. He can go be with Stephanie because his character has been proven useless if all he can do is meddle in his grown son's life and be two-faced about Taylor.
I couldn't agree more Elle. Like Eric forget is Taylor is Steffy's mom and is Steffy's husband Finn save his life. Not Brooke or Hope. If he wants his grand daughter happy he better act right. I wish Taylor heard him telling Brooke and her sisters what going and happens so she can tell it to steff.

Taylor mostly came backstage to keep an eye on Brooke and to rub her relationship with Ridge in Brookes face. Even though Taylor has been a part of it before, she isnt atm. She should have kept out of the back stage. They made Taylor look accidentprone back stage, clearly shows it has been a few years Since she last was part of it. She should let Ridge do his job and stop being so insecure. And she might ruin the show somewhat by locking herself and Brooke in that room. Clearly shows she shouldnt have been back there in the first place.

ReplyDeleteFirst Taylor telling Ridge about calling Brooke by her pet name. Then, Brooke straight out insults Taylor telling her she belongs in the psychiatry world and not the fashion world. Then, as if that wasn't enough, Katie and Donna, the only ones who know about the showstopper, other than Eric, plotting the demise of Taylor.
As for Eric, I cannot believe the writers put him through a life and death storyline only to bring him back for this. A senior citizen plotting to upend his son's relationship. And people think Steffy wanting her parents together is bad, or see it as her meddling?
I really hope Brooke misses the window for presentation of the showstopper, just to see their stupid plan blow up in their faces. I would also like to see Ridge find out about their plan, berate them for it, and let them know once and for all that he loves Taylor and is not interested in being with Brooke anymore.

I like how they showed again that Taylor always causes problems at Forrester. It was her badging into Ridge office the day he discovered Carter name was on the LLC papers that he didn't bother to question it further. Had she not been there interrupting ridge would have taken his time to examine the papers in detail before signing. Now look at her now again, just when they got there company back she comes along and ruin the fashion show with its show stopper. These actions are showing that Taylor is showing signs of stalking and obsession. Remember she was watching ridge and Brooke when they were all the way in Italy. Has she been stalking ridge all along.

ReplyDeleteI hope that Brooke and Taylor stay locked up and mess up the showstopper for Forrester, so that someone else gets to wear the surprise dress. And why did Ridge keep mentioning Carter’s improvement to the audience? What improvements, they have always had a jewelry line and the fragrance line fell into their lap because of Steffy. Carter didn’t do anything but worry about betraying Ridge and feeling guilty. Glad that Hope is miserable, now she has time to spend with Beth, but where and who is raising the child, while Hope is whining about her miserable choices?

He “overreacted”, that is the excused every abused woman say. Ridge may not have hit Brooke or Taylor but he has chipped away at their self confidence bit by bit until they have have become what can only be described as insults to women. This show is disgusting, the grovelling, the slut shaming and the never ending fighting over men. If this show doesn’t get with the times then it deserves to be cancelled because it’s not drama they’re showing. It’s some warped view of what they expect a love story to be.
