New 2 inch "hair bandaids,' are all that's needed after brain surgery to hold brains in the head. Hair acts as airflow spacer. Must be changed often due to leakage. Next fad especially with people with no brains to hold in.

Liam is dying but that doesn’t explain the miraculous sudden trust Hope now has in Carter.
Let’s hope it lasts for Carter’s sake.
Liam and Kelly are cute. I’m glad he’s including Finn as he will be the daddy Kelly grows up with .

DeleteAll her reluctance was based on her being burned before and even by Carter with Daphne and then giving the company back to Ridge, etc. This is about Hope being gun shy and having trust issues. This certainly has zero to do with giving Liam his dying wish. That is completely ridiculous. No one in their right mind enters into a marriage to give someone else their dying wish! 😂😂😂😂😂

We will see. She seemed genuinely very happy once Carter convinced her she could trust him. And a couple people were saying yesterday that Hope had a weird look on her face when Carter mentioned kids. I did not notice that at all yesterday. And today’s episode showed her excitement at the idea of more children. The stupid writers ALWAYS try to throw us off with expressions. It’s so old!!

DeleteI agree, Lynn. Then, there is Brooke & Ridge's son, RJ, who was basically a nice guy & they gave him a girlfriend that went psycho. She is still on the show, but he exited with no explanation & no closure regarding his relationship with Luna. Nice guys really do finish last!

DeleteD, Carter tried really hard to convince Hope to say yes. And it was only when he pulled out the "him, Hope and Beth as a family" did she finally cave and said yes.
DeleteInterestingly, when Liam was trying to convince her to give Carter a chance, she was adamant that she did not want Carter, that she wanted Liam and their family together. Then Steffy gives her her job back and boom, she magically forgives Carter. I truly believe that her sudden change of heart is because it is what Liam wants.
Elle👍you totally get my point. If you have to beg, convince someone to accept your proposal, something is up. And she wasn't jumping for joy when he first proposed. There was a but in there. Her words in conversation with Liam, Lynn I do listen, seemed more sincere than what I heard today. She accepted because she knows that's what Liam wants. Again JMO

DeleteElle and D - when Liam was talking to Hope about Carter he made her realize that time is precious. And to not hold onto anger and resentments when life could be over at any time. Hope realized Liam was right….and that’s why she went to Carter in the first place to tell him she forgave him and wanted their relationship back. Sure, she didn’t expect to get proposed to so quickly and she even said that. She was obviously still feeling a level of hurt and betrayal. But once Carter convinced her she would always be the MOST IMPORTANT thing in his life, she was sold. She let her fears go and said….YES!!! And they were so cute and happy at the end. I’ve never seen Hope look so genuinely overjoyed!!
DeleteD - if that is what the viewers were to believe, then we would have been shown some flash of Hope thinking back on Liam’s words to her. There was ZERO mention or reference to Liam. And it wasn’t until Carter put Hope’s insecurities to rest that she said yes. If this had anything to do with some Liam request / dying wish, she would have said yes right away. Because that would have already been in her head from days past. The fact that she said no initially, then yes after Carter put her insecurities and fears to rest, just makes my theory all that much more likely.

It came out that this was Hope & Carter's first conversation regarding getting married. Hope said she had been thinking of the two of them with a future before he hurt her. She also has the soon to be fatherless Beth to consider. Hope really lit up when Carter described his intentions to be the best stepdad. Something any parent who is considering getting remarried would want to know - but even more important if Liam passes away. It was all a reasonable conversation for them to have when they had NEVER discussed marriage before. I didn't feel he twisted her arm or that she caved.
DeleteAlso, it is unknown if Beth is even aware that her mom is dating Carter. If Hope never told Beth about Carter, then Hope has to have some conversations with Beth. She really should have given Carter & Beth some time to get to know each other as a possible future family unit.
DeleteIf you have to beg someone to accept your ring then the engagement is doomed! Carter appears too desperate and always says the same things to every woman he has been involved with. He truly is missing something in the husband material. He’s going to be left waiting at the altar once again.

ReplyDeleteHope said yes to Carter's marriage proposal. Now Carter will want to set a date for the wedding, and she'll either say, lets not rush it, or let's wait. Then again she might want to get married right away so Liam can be at the wedding, making Liam's wish come true that Carter and Hope are together and he will take care of her. I wonder if Carter will ask, the only reason you want to marry me is to please Liam, then there might be problems for Carter and Hope.

ReplyDeleteAll I saw regarding Hope & Carter’s engagement was not begging but a man truly in love…I know there’s a lot of Hope haters out there as much as Steffy haters too…so does that make Steffy wrong for honoring Liam’s wishes that her and Hope get along for the sake of his daughters? bottom line every character has made their share of mistakes…what I want to see is when the truth comes out regarding Steffy plotting with “the nose” Daphne in breaking Hope & Carter up😁 BTW I’m happy to see Daphne go…she’s like a slithering snake weaving in and out ready to strike with her poisonous venom…not sexy at all…LOL
