The interaction between Eric and Taylor was sad. Eric was honest and Taylor was hurt. I almost think Taylor is going to be the one plotting going forward. Thomas may just go along for the ride! 😂😂😂
I was also very proud of Ridge for standing beside Brooke like he did! He wasn’t having any of what Thomas was dishing up!! Good on Ridge!

As far as the show is concerned and Brooke being a gold digger, I find that laughable! I don’t know if she was a gold digger 40 years ago. Maybe she was back then. But she certainly is NOT now!! She has all the money she could ever want or need. She genuinely loves Ridge with all her heart and has wanted him to return to her for months. So she agreed to jump right into marriage with him. I think it would have been better to wait a bit. But Ridge was pushing, so she didn’t want to say “No” and discourage him. She was simply following his lead / enthusiasm. He was the one who wanted it right now!!
We will see where the SL with Ridge and Brooke goes. I don't see it being a happy marriage for long.

D - I’m never going to assume it isn’t possible that Ridge and Brooke break up again. But I definitely think they will be together for a good long time this go-around. It was a long time coming in getting them back together. So I don’t see them breaking up till well into next year. But hopefully we never have to deal with it again. I think one thing is definitely true, when this soap goes off the air, Ridge and Brooke will be together.

ReplyDeleteOMG I had tears for Thomas today. I hope he is sincere in his apparent change of attitude, but time will tell I suppose. As for Lunatic, I am so glad she finally got discovered. She needs to be 'sued' in court for her sexual attack on a disabled person; maybe that would prevent any further demands of support or money, and maybe even Will could gain custody if there is indeed a child coming.

ReplyDeleteThomas, Taylor ain't no saint. If anybody stole Ridge it was Taylor because Ridge met Brooke first. Ridge only married you because Brooke was a poor girl from the valley and Stephanie his mother wanted Ridge to marry a more classy, woman like Taylor, the doctor. Ridge had always wanted and loved Brooke but Stephanie wasn't having it, she caused them their relationship, but in the end on her dying bed she came to accept that Brooke was Ridges one true love, and she died peacefully in Brook's arms.
Taylor you knew of the time when Stephanie turned against you, because she was finally beginning to realize that Ridge happiness was with Brooke. So if Stephanie realized that then, then why didn't you just get on with your life, all these years punding over Ridge.
Ridge, you're still a douch bag the way you played these two women.
Taylor ridges love for you is simply admiration, you are not the one that has his heart skipping several beats.
I hope this time Ridge would listen to Brooke when there is an issue instead of going running back to Taylor every time there is a misunderstanding. Taylor if you take Ridge back again, you will be the biggest market donkey.

ReplyDeleteI find all the Brooke hatred here to be misogynistic and boring. And Taylor's writing has been all over the place ever since they replaced the original actress. We're on our second Talor now and this one is even more removed from the original Taylor, who was as beautiful as Brooke and her equal. She would never put up with the behaviour that Ridge has been displaying, and she wouldn't pretend to be Brook's friend just so she could chase rich at the end of the day it seems as if people are longing for the original Taylor but this isn't that in the same way when they replaced original Ridge.
