Unless it is copyrighted which if it is a Forrester brand it would be, then Katie is free to use it.

Ridge’s new designs were beautiful. I liked Donna’s hair much better with the perm look. It was obvious Dillan was living in her car before Will even told Electra. But she sure doesn’t look like a homeless person. Well the new rivalry will be between the Logan sisters. I think Katie should have picked a different name. It seems like she did it to spite Brooke. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Poor Donna is gonna be stuck in the middle. Oh and D…..that was definitely Finn taking a shower as per the previews last week. Finn has a much more defined chest than Will.

J - I agree. Additionally, something in the previews mentioned the patented name Logan in the Belief formula. Or something along those lines. But we have to see how that plays out because Liam said something about it elapsing. Brooke has always been a huge part of FC, and her name is very much associated with FC. So I can definitely see how it would rub Brooke wrong. Maybe Katie could have called it “Katie Logan Fashions” or something to distinguish it from Brooke. But Katie chose not to. She absolutely knew it would upset Brooke. Katie is not stupid. That said, I still want Katie’s line to succeed simply because of arrogant Ridge. He needs to be knocked down a peg or two!!
Truth, we will see in coming episodes if Katie has the “right”. As mentioned, there may be legal issues. Either way, I am fine with a little sister rivalry. It will make the show more exciting. It’s been way too boring for way too long.

It looks like it was colored way too dark. Katie looks better with a lighter brown hair color. The black hair matches Bill's hair, but it seemed to make Katie look older. The dark hair takes away from Katie's beauty.

Not loving this hairstyle for Katie. I was just thinking how pretty her hair colour was with the red tint in it this last week.
The fringe does not suit her face shape at all! It makes it look very round . She’s a beautiful woman but this colour and style ages her and isn’t flattering at all.

Luna would not have needed plastic surgery with the easier 3-D printed masks anyone can buy. They use whole body fat suits to pretend people are pregnant and they are done so well. Arms and legs look so real. The way to tell is easy, they get bored after two weeks and go back to perfect figures. Ahem ahem cough cough. (The egomania wins out when they aren't getting enough compliments.) Luna probably has masks of everyone, to use as needed. Viewers underestimate the ones that can actually act. At some point people will start changing the opinion to, "with her who knows?" when discussing possibilities.
lol They aren’t going to back to perfect figures in two weeks. They film months in advance so the actors have at least two to three months to work on their figure before filming again.
JMW has shown her workouts and she is a beast in the her home gym. She earns that figure and said she worked hard to be as fit as possible before getting pregnant.
IMO Katie has every right to use the Logan name for her fashion house. And who is Ridge to tell her otherwise? My husband and other engineers at his work sign patents too but they don’t actually own or have rights to anything because it belongs to the company they work for and it’s spelled out in their employment contract.
Same with drug or chemical patents. My mum in law was a chemist and created formulas for huge pharmacology companies and her name was on patents. They all belong to her employer and she didn’t get money from them or have it be her brand! That isn’t how it works.
Brooke legally had no rights to anything from Belief, that is bad writing and usual lack of research on B&B’s part!
So Logan is not something Brooke owns. She never had a Logan company… like I said she has NO issue with Hope using the Logan name to further her career!

She can’t stand Katie shining and being successful apart from being the help at Forrester. To be fair they basically hired outside PR firm and made Katie’s position that she has successfully held for 10 years obsolete!!
I’m looking forward to seeing this rivalry and I hope she wipes the smug smiles off Ridge and Brooke’s faces!
