How can a brand be called Logan Designs when Brooke has never designed anything and has always been a parasite on other people's designs and successes? Anyway, that company from years ago, Logan Designs, turned out to be a flop and only lasted a few months. :D

@VictorNewman, a license/trademark has nothing to do with the lines, you can name each individual line a different name, trademark is just that, a trademark.

I’m still hoping Katie’s designs give Ridge’s a run for his money!! I think Ridge is way too arrogant for his own good. But like you, I hope Brooke retains ownership of the name Logan for her contributions to the FC brand.
Yes, actually the Logan name DID belong to Brooke. But the ownership (trade name license) expired just over a year ago. They literally said that on today’s show.
Under Forester, it was Logan Designs. Under Katie it is just Logan. That being said, it is still close enough to file a claim because people could comguse the 2. Katie has a better case though because F never made a lind called Logan Designs. I absolutely detest Brooke and have for 30 years. She's always been a whore. She has slept with her sister's husband's, her daughter's boyfriend, Ridge,s father, Deacon....the list just goes on. I am hoping that Katie gets the name. Imagine Brooke saying the WHOLE WORLD knows me. Um, no. The entire world does not know you. Team Katie ALL the way.
I guess you don’t understand how registration / licensing of trademarks work. If it hadn’t expired, Katie would have been out of luck. Now we’ll find out tomorrow who registers the name first. And that person will own rights to the name.

I think while yes technically Katie is a Logan, she knows the Logan name is synonymously attached to Brooke and Forrester. I feel like by her being PR, she knows people will think Brooke is attached and she will try to gain success from that. Why not name the fashion house Spencer? After all she is a Spencer now....
