Team Steffy fans are so critical when it comes to Hope...this betrayal started with Steffy intruding and manipulating from the time of the drowning in the tub...she should have drowned...Liam and Hope was quite happy as a couple, engaged too if I’m not wrong...Steffy is the one that started the ball rolling...again, privileged and spoiled...
As well, I absolutely do not approve of what Steffy did. First of all, it takes two to have sex and it was Liam who created the misunderstandings, confusion and drama first. Then, okay, Steffy is partly to blame, but so is Liam. But, Brooke is the biggest hypocrite. First of all, I don't mind Brooke supporting Hope because her husband cheated on her with his ex-wife with whom he has a daughter. Second, Brooke forgets that she encouraged Hope chasing Liam while he was still married and trying to put his life in order. Third, she forgets that her daughter slept with a legally married man and as a result, she fell. Fourth, Brooke forgets that her daughter was caught with her legs spread apart with Liam, even though he was engaged to Steffy. Fifth, Brooke always forgets, that when Liam had decided to live again with Steffy and Kelly, Brooke again encouraged her daughter to take action with Liam. I don't downplay Steffy's fault, but Brooke forgets that her dear daughter is not innocent and that she also took Steffy’s husband. However, I loved Steffy's little remarks about Brooke, I love the way she was with Brooke, sweet but tangy at the same time.
Brooke should have been jumping Liam instead of Steffy. I like both Hope and Steffy, but like you said, both have had sex with Liam while he was married to the other so Hope is no better than Steffy. What Steffy did was wrong, but she didn't do it by herself. Liam always gets a free pass from Brooke. I wish Steffy would have told Brooke that she did tell Liam to go home and talk to Hope but he wouldn't leave. I hope Steffy tells Finn what happened and Finn sets Brooke straight.
