What if Daphne overhears Carter and Hope, maybe even Brooke as well... and understands that they did it out of love for the company. Brooke had to be careful about what she told Carter and Hope with regard to her discussion with Ridge. They need to be kept in the dark if Brooke still intends on getting FC back to the Forresters.
I was so disappointed seeing Brooke regret the slap. Ridge sooooo deserved it. And if she is feeling guilty about it, there’s a good chance she’ll try to win him back. And that would be a horrible idea!
I don't think Steffy's plan will backfire because they have to get their company back and everyone else is just sitting on their laurels, or playing kids' games, as Lynn put it 🤭

Lynn I doubt Brooke is as determined to get back the company to the Forresters. What has she seen from them by now besides betrayal (Ridge) and hate (Steffy). Only Eric is worth it, but I doubt it's enough. When your closest person treats you like that, what motivation do you have? I'm all for Brooke staying on and watch what they do to manage the company. Daphne is surely barf-inducing to me. No wonder she and Steffy are bestie, the arrogance is common. Although I have to say she actually makes Steffy look like the nice one 😀
DeleteElle, I guess I want the Daphne plan to fail because I’m just as disgusted with the Forresters behavior right now. So since I am a Logan fan, they seem like the lesser of the two evils. Plus if the Forresters regain control, everyone else will be banished to the cornfield!! At least right now the Forresters have the option of showing up for work if they choose to. It’s really going to be interesting to see how this turns out.

DeleteLynn to your very first question if Eric knows about Brooke's intentions to bring back the company - in the previous episode first scene it was mentioned and his response was "she should have left in solidarity with us".
DeleteAnd yes she regrets the slap but it sounded like she is disappointed in herself for letting herself act like this. But the way she left Ridge to have fun with his second choice and her response to his question if she'll run his company, lets me to believe that she's not on his side anymore at all. If they were "just" fighting it would be one thing. But the Taylor factor and the fact that he didn't support Brooke and agree to work with her were big hits on her motivation. And, of course, his continuing attitude towards Hope. It's too much hate and negativity for Brooke to get past. There may be a situation that shows us a different thing though, like if she has the chance to change something and whether she uses it. For now it looks to me she'll embrace the CEO role.

Peggy plotting like this is nothing new for Steffy. It's actually one of her more justified attempts to sabotage a relationship, considering the company factor. I still am not sure it will succeed in getting her what she wants. Carter may cheat but signing anything back is another thing.

But that’s just my opinion. We agreed a long time ago…..go after the characters all you want, but don’t make it personal with the posters. It crosses an unacceptable line. There was lots of name calling by three individuals on Wednesday’s show, then it oozed into Thursday’s show. They feed off each other. It’s not right. Do what you feel is best, but I would hope the ones of us who don’t “make it personal” would band together and ignore those three. The three I’m referring to don’t need to be named. There is so much trash talk in almost every one of their comments. So we all know who they are. I hope you will add some image to your profile so we know which Elle we are talking to. 😊😊

DeleteShe was shot by Sheila and grieved her supposedly dead husband for months. Hope showed back up in LA and, not only got pregnant for Liam, but eventually got him from Steffy and married him. Sugar broke into Steffy's home and tried to kill her. Luna kidnapped Steffy and kept her in a cage. And I can go on and on. Hope, otoh, has never met her karma. She's due, especially for the stunt she pulled with Carter.
And now, she's telling Brooke how sorry she is about her losing Ridge but refuses to acknowledge that her mother lost Ridge because of what she did! I truly cannot feel sorry for Hope. She has taken it too far.

ReplyDeleteThere are too many comments to review; however, the person who stated that there must be a copy of the LLC which Steppie should find and tear up is totally mistaken. That's a copy, and the original has been legally documented and filed! At this juncture, the only means of returning the company back to the Forresters is via court proceedings to obtain a lega judgment!!!!!! The Forresters should stop playing around and solicit a competent attorney to file charges.....I suggested this action from the beginning. Justin is a big JOKE, and the writers are in dire need of consultants!!!!!
