DeleteWhy is it crazy that Hope would want to give Liam his dying wish after she professed her love for him and told him that she will be there for him in any capacity? How else would you explain her not giving Carter a chance for the millions of times he asked for her forgiveness yet, as soon as she got her job back, and Liam let her down and said she should be with Carter, she suddenly forgave Carter?

Look at Sheila scolding Luna over her threats against Steffy! Luna is the devil! But looks like perhaps Sheila has gained a conscience.
The actress who plays Luna is leaving the show, so they have to find a way to write her out.
DeleteI couldn't find anything online about Daphne Rose, if she is leaving for good, if so today was her last day on air. I don't think the writers have anything else planned for her, plus all the comments about her weren't good about her character.

DeleteWhy does everybody look at spoilers and online to see if somebody is leaving the show? I thought that the suspense was half the fun of watching. Just my opinion. 😊

D - you’re missing the point entirely. It’s about telling a secret that wasn’t hers to tell. You can try to justify it all day long, but that doesn’t change the facts. Steffy was asked by Liam not to say anything to anyone. Period. And Steffy also chose to tell Taylor for SELFISH reasons, and Steffy even admitted it!!! So there’s absolutely a comparison. The only reason Hope told Carter was because he completely misunderstood what he overheard. And the only way for Hope to clear up that misunderstanding was for her to tell Carter. There was ZERO reason for Steffy to tell Taylor !! ZERO!!

It was only to benifit herself because he misunderstood something he overheard? Steffy told Hope Liam doesn't want anyone to know. So Hope is just as guilty, if not more.

DeleteD - we got told over and over again that Steffy did the right thing by telling 2 people right after Liam told her not to. As I said in my first comment, if you and other Steffy fans would have admitted what she did was not OK, then I would be far more likely to criticize Hope. But why should I when you think Steffy was perfectly justified? Carter is Hope’s significant other and perhaps soon to be fiancée. So yes, Hope had just as much right to tell Carter, because Carter had a complete misunderstanding of what he had overheard. And Hope had a RIGHT to clear that up. Her relationship with Carter depended on it. While I even said I understood to some degree why Steffy told Hope, there was zero excuse for Steffy to tell Taylor. Steffy absolutely did that for SELFISH reasons and nothing more!!! Steffy has Finn to lean on! Hope had no one to lean on. And Hope never would have told Carter if he didn’t have the complete wrong impression. Hope was dealing with the pain of Liam’s diagnosis all by herself.

DeleteLiam was wrong to tell Steffy not tell Hope. She did have a right to know and I can’t agree that Steffy was wrong for that. She didn’t immediately tell anyone by the by.
Hope was upset Steffy knew for weeks and didn’t say anything. Steffy tried desperately to get Liam to tell Hope on his own and he refused.
Steffy saw how Liam was getting worse fast and rightly thought that Hope deserve to know … she actually did something very kind for Hope who would never have gotten over not being there for Liam, and not being prepared herself and then supporting Beth at the same time.
You would have bashed Steffy for being so heartless and not telling Hope! Either way she’s damned in your eyes because Steffy can do no right!
I mean she gave Hope her job back while it’s a slap in her face every day to see the person who helped steal the company and treated her with contempt back in the office. Well technically since she spent her first day back at Carter’s house lol.

ReplyDeleteI'm okay with Steffy telling Hope about Liam. She needed to know. And we see Liam was not upset about it. I was surprised she told Taylor, but I don't think Taylor was going to give up. She could tell Steffy was troubled about something. Mothers know. Hope had to tell Carter, to clear up the misunderstanding of what he overheard.

DeleteThere is no passion between Carter and Hope like there was between her and Thomas. If she couldn’t say yes to Thomas, why would she be ready to say yes to Carter so soon. They are so boring together and I don’t think I’d want my aunt’s left overs to begin with. Carter is always falling in love with every woman who looks his way. He’s a player not really husband material. He’s not challenging enough to really want him for a serious partner.
