Thomas was mentioned, yet Brooke didn't tell Hope that Thomas was in town & what happened. That is strange that Brooke wouldn't share that with Hope.
Delete"Let's get married today" worked for Ridge. Carter probably figured that he had nothing to lose (except he does!). ❤️💍❤️

DeleteI am OK with Hope and Liam. I always liked Lope until I saw him go all in on the idea of Steffy,. Then I thought he was a total dog, just like Ridge. But now that Hope has had her dating fun outside of her relationship with Liam, it seems a little less awful that she’d get back together with him. He seems a little more sincere now. So hopefully that sticks. I do feel bad for Carter. As much as Daphne bugs me, it seems like she really cares for Carter, so they will probably end up together. It’s so ridiculous how the writers make Carter look like the one who always gets dumped….especially since he’s HOT as heck! And then they make Ridge the guy who every woman wants, but he’s old and obnoxious most of the time! I wish Carter the best.
I agree with everything you said, Lynn. I think eventually Hope & Liam will remarry. I also think Hope will have another baby with Liam - probably a little brother for Beth.

I don’t like Brooke pushing Hope towards her destiny! Liam was a complete waffler. If Steffy was available he would be trying to get her back.
Hope deserves better than being second choice. Not to mention her relationship with Liam wasn’t a healthy one and forgetting anything negative about the relationship may be Brooke’s way to rationalise being with a man who can’t trusted but why oh why would she want her daughter back in that position again?
Carter will feel used when Hope gives back his ring and he just got her line back for her. Curious to see how he reacts when she dumps him .
I know a lot of people hate Daphne but I think she would be really good for Carter. She is a confident woman with her own career and everything apart from Forrester and doesn’t need Carter to do anything but love her.
Carter needs a woman who isn’t in love with multiple people.
Personally I think Hope just stay single and enjoy her freedom. She clearly isn’t ready to be married to anyone. Brooke could never be alone, it always worked against her.
Steffy did the single mum thing a long time after she walked away from the toxic triangle. Then met Finn. I would wish for Hope to be happy in herself then find a man she can love and trust and she doesn’t have any history with.
Lynn: Indeed, in these scenes, Katherine Kelly Lang looks even more beautiful than usually, and she always looks stunning. I truly think she is in the top 5 of the most beautiful 60+ women in Hollywood.

DeleteBBFAN, since Carter is on his own now, it seems reasonable that he and Daphne may have a future. She isn’t as annoying as she used to be. So that part is good.
DeleteI didn’t get the feeling that Brooke was pushing Hope in any direction. She was simply discussing Hope’s dilemma with her. Brooke just told Hope to follow her heart.
I am glad Carter was the bigger person and gave Hope a graceful exit so she didn’t have to dump him. That was kind of him to give her a pass.
I hope Carter goes very slow in pursuing Daphne and doesn’t jump right in. His heart needs to heal.
I think since Hope already has her little family with Liam, it will be very easy for her to fall back into that. I expect Hope and Liam will be getting remarried soon.
That look at the end, says it all Hope is definitely not ready to get marry to Carter.

DeleteThomas was clearly a rebound. And he gave her what Liam couldn’t offer…his complete and total love and commitment. I can see how she would fall for him (temporarily) given those circumstances. But truth is, she should have never gone there with Thomas! It was always super gross in my opinion.
