    1. Eric thought he was free of relatives, no such luck

    2. Eric had better keep his eyes open or Thomas will be hitting on Donna. If Thomas doesn't, Ridge will.

  2. Ridge is originally Marone and Douglas, not Forrester,So Steffy isnt original Forrester either... She is Finnegan;Hayes,Douglas.Marone. Bridget and Rick are more Forresters than Steffy...

    1. Thomas will fight for custody then flake out on the responsibility of it.

    2. Steffy back in control and telling Ridge and mom what they will be doing and where their happinessis according to her.

    3. Amazing Nina, was just saying the same thing and saw you too! Finally someone remembers the reality that none of Ridge's kids are the Forresters. Someone should smack that smugness off Steffy's Marone face.

      Delete
    4. Do Steffy and Thomas even know who Massimo Marone is? They can't claim another name if all they know is one name.

    5. being someone biological parent doens't make them a parent. eric is the one who raised ridge and gave him all he has and adopted him so he is a forrester. plain and simple but this booklover123 is a hater of the show and just types gibberish daily

    6. @Elle: Ignorance is not an excuse. Their daddy should remember who his dad is. When he was Ronn Moss there was a time he was very proud and even wore a Marone ring. The writers should remember that Ridge was not "born" in 2013 or whenever TK came, but had a whole life and history before that which now means nothing.

      Delete
    7. Plus there were a few years when the Marones were still around and involved when grown-up Steffy and Thomas and the others were there and had storylines. They know.

    8. M.D We've all seen that these writers do not care about history. The fact is that Ridge, Thomas and Steffy grew up as Forresters, worked their way up in the Forrester family business and are known as Forresters in the public eye. Why would they claim to be anything else but Forresters? Their true heritage does not represent them at all. They are not in the shipping business, they are in the fashion business.

  4. Loved seeing the Forrester men together today!

Brooke, Brooke, Brooke.... smh. As soon as Liam and Deacon left, there she goes getting all crazy. Does she really expect Ridge to side with her against his own son? I swear Brooke never learns.

So Thomas has put some thought into this decision and is not being rash. Good on him! Can't wait to see what happens next. This should be good.

They've been teasing the Brooke and Taylor fans for far too long. With Steffy's repetitive dialogue, I am thinking that something is bound to happen soon. Don't think I can go on for much longer with this drivel.

Li is so appalled at Jack for the cheating he did once a long, long time ago but seems to be okay with the self-confessed betrayer who continues to cheat even at his age. Lol.

    1. Of course she does Ell!! Brook expects that when she says jump , he will say how high!! And I too am so over the steffy dialogue.. JMW must be over it too!! She comes back from maternity leave early, only to jump back into the same repetitive dialogue.. it’s not a good idea for Thomas to move into Eric’s, because Donna will be watching every move thomas makes and will report back to brook..

    2. Colly, I completely forgot about Donna. She's so irrelevant. 😂😂 I guess the one good thing with this setup is that Douglas is already used to Aunt Donna taking care of him. 🤣

      Delete
  5. Ah Steffy you're technically not "the Forresters", with all due respect. The actual blood Forrester heirs are Rick, Bridget and Felicia's son... That doesn't change the fact that Douglas should be with his dad, just shouldn't be forgotten who Ridge's dad really is/was.

  6. Finally Ridge found his balls and got off his high kissing horse... Now I hope Brooke dumps him, not for the kissing itself (she's definitely not one to judge) but for his hypocrisy. Playing the victim going to his daddy's for months to whine only to do the same and willingly (no alcohol). Both women are better off.

    1. Brooke is so desperate for Taylor not to have Ridge that she will overlook his indiscretion. She will justify it since she also kissed Deacon. As long as Taylor doesn't win, is all Brooke will be concerned about.

  7. It sounded like Bill said that he and Katie were not married any more. I don't remember them getting divorced. I thought that they were separated...

    1. I don't think they ever got remarried after Brooke's divorce from Bill. I thought Bill and Katie were living together when the last Bill/Brooke kiss happened and Bill and Katie have been broken up since the fallout except for some moments here and there. I don't watch all the time, though, so I could be wrong.

    2. Thanks! I incorrectly assumed they were married given the living arrangement they had and a shared son. My bad!

  8. Hey “wanna-be Diva” Steffy…..you are absolutely sickening to listen to. Do you ever just shut your loud mouth, and stop barking orders?? If I were your mom or dad, I would have shut you down weeks and weeks ago. Same boring dialogue from Steffy, Taylor and Ridge. I swear these actors don’t even need to learn new lines. And now that the cat’s out of the bag, I hope Brooke tells Ridge to go pound sand!!!
None of the tug-a-war games with Douglas are even necessary. If, and only if, Douglas can prove to a judge that he can now be a “fit” parent, then Hope and Thomas should share custody. This isn’t complicated.
Please writers….can you move this along so the “Forrester women” can change clothes??? Steffy’s butt is about ready to fall out of that ridiculously short dress. And if Taylor doesn’t put on an actual “top” in the near term, I’m gonna stop watching.

    1. in reality thomas shouldn't have to prove crap he is douglas father and he only agreed to the agreement with hope because he didn't have his crap together and at a later date he could go and change the agreement well that time is now so sorry for hope and liam they can't raise a kid that isn't theres and a kid liam never even wanted due to him being thomas they seperated because of it for gods sake

      Delete
    2. You are incorrect. Hope adopted Douglas. Hope absolutely has rights. And a judges very rarely just rip a child from one home where they are thriving to put them in a different home / different school etc.
If Thomas was simply using Hope as a long term babysitter because he was too messed up to be a good dad, then he needs to pay her the going rate of $25,000 for time and expense. Your answer is ridiculous. And if you were paying attention to what’s going on you would know that Hope is Douglas’s legal mother.

  11. Well glad to see ridge is supporting his son.. I don’t like the way hope talks, saying things like I would never stop Douglas from seeing his father, firstly she is not his mother, secondly , she did just that the other day, when Douglas wanted to play more catch with Thomas and hope made him go read a chapter that could have been done before bed.. and brook, who the hell do u think you are smh.. she says, WE won’t let that happen..

I think Thomas moving in with Eric is a bad idea.. Donna will keep tabs on every move Thomas makes and report back to brook.. I can see it’s headed that way, because why would the writers have him move to Eric’s , instead of buying a house like he was originally going to do.. I can see Donna and brook scheming to make Thomas look unfit..

I think Thomas should start with a week with him and a week with hope, a transition period to help both Douglas and hope adjust.. then let Douglas lead the way.. he will get a feel what it’s like to live with his dad, and if he doesn’t like it then he stays with hope.. but it’s obvious Douglas wants to be with his dad all the time, for him to question if Thomas misses him when they r not together.. it’s time now, and hope just has to accept that.. but of course, brook will scheme and do everything to stop it happening.. and brooks that pompous to think that she will talk to ridge and he will side with her against his own son in a matter this important!! Smh..

    1. Agreed, Colly. I like the idea of one week with each parent. That way, as you said, Douglas can then say who he wants to live with.

I'm tired of Brooke feeling she's entitled to some kind of involvement with everything happening in Hope's life. She can be a supportive mother without getting directly involved. But then again, it was her shady idea to have Thomas sign over maternal rights to Hope so I guess shes already invested.

      Delete
    2. Hope adopted Douglas, so she is his mother. Adopted parent are real parents. Hope is Douglas' mother just as much as Li is Finn's mother and more than Eric is Ridge's father because Eric never adopted Ridge.

  12. Douglas moving in with Eric & Donna! 🤣 That should be interesting! How long before we hear Douglas say, "I saw Donna smear honey on Great Grandpa Eric ..."? 😂

    ReplyDelete
  13. obviously douglas isn't all that happy with hope otherwise he wouldn't of told thomas how much he wants to be with him..why is every one overlooking that fact. douglas knows that thomas is his real dad and that hope isn't really his mom so he is getting older it makes sense he would want to be with thomas now.hes living with people that are not his family at all if was different when ridge was there but he hasn't been and looks to be like he may be moving once again. screw brooke and hope they always think they can make things the way they want to

    ReplyDelete
  14. So let me get this straight….when Ridge supports his son, Thomas in a disagreement with Brooke and Hope over custody of Douglas, then Ridge is doing the right thing by supporting his son.
But when Brooke supports Hope having a relationship with her dad, Deacon, then Brooke is disrespecting her marriage to Ridge????
All I got to say is….WOW!!! The hypocrisy runs deep. Hard for me to read these comments and keep a straight face most days.

    1. That is not what was said, Lynn. And you know it.

      Delete
    2. Actually I think that’s exactly what was said.

      Delete
    3. And Brooke is absolutely no different than Taylor who is always getting involved in Steffy’s affairs. That’s what moms do, they defend their kids. Taylor is still living with Steffy and is constantly playing the wanna-be psychiatrist every time she opens her mouth!! Does Taylor or Ridge or Steffy for that matter propose a 50 / 50 arrangement??? Of course not!! They think it’s much better that Douglas be ripped away completely from Hope and that somehow that would not be traumatic for a young child?? Taylor of all people should know better!! If the “Forresters” proposed a transition into Douglas’s life so that Thomas had him part time, that would be reasonable. But that’s not at all what they are suggesting. And Thomas will go crazy again and be a neglectful dad, because that is exactly what Thomas does. Thomas is unstable and always has been.
Now onto Brooke having a “right” to an opinion….Since Douglas has been living on the same property as Brooke for over a year, and Hope legally adopted him when Thomas wasn’t capable of being a good dad, explain why Brooke doesn’t have a right to her opinion?? Of course she does! At least Brooke doesn’t rant and rave about how “everything is gonna be” like Steffy does. Brooke simply talks to Hope about it one on one, as it should be. I am so sick of seeing ridiculous Taylor and loud-mouth Steffy. I just want to fast forward every time those 2 women are on screen.
People should seriously quit bashing Brooke for every word that comes out of her mouth when clearly Steffy and Taylor are worse X 100!!

    4. YES! I could not agree more!

    5. What was said was that Brooke was disrespectful to Ridge in the way she handled the situation. Telling Ridge that Deacon was free to come and go as he pleased because this was her house was disrespectful. She completely dismissed Ridge's feelings on the matter and did not even try to understand where he was coming from. Remember, Deacon is Brooke's ex-lover. Ridge was bound to have an issue with it. It had nothing to do with Ridge not wanting Brooke to support Hope because he even went as far as to say that Deacon could be a part of Hope's life once they found somewhere else to live. It was never about Brooke's support of her daughter. It had everything to do with Deacon's comings and goings in his and Brooke's home. This is what has been said over and over again about the matter.

Ridge was, in no way, as disrespectful to Brooke about Douglas living with Thomas. He explained to Brooke that Thomas discussed it with him and Eric and they agreed that he and Douglas could live at the Forrester mansion. Brooke was the one who got all up in arms and started shouting.

    6. Lynn, I'm curious. After Deacon and Liam left the table, didn't you hear Brooke say that Thomas taking Douglas is not going to happen because Thomas cannot take care of Douglas. Then, in today's show she told Ridge that she is not going to allow it. That is Brooke ranting about how things are going to be. It wasn't her opinion, it was her stating how things are going to be.

Noone can say that Thomas will revert to how he was before so it's unfair to base this situation on what might happen with Thomas in the future.

      Delete
    7. Lol. Very odd way of looking at things, Elle. How is Ridge not being disrespectful when he’s advocating that Douglas be ripped from his HOME with Hope, Liam, Beth, Brooke, etc ???
It seems extremely disrespectful to me. And Brooke can’t stand Thomas for all the manipulations and problems Thomas has caused over his many years of being obsessed with Hope. Not to mention keeping the secret of baby Beth from Hope and Liam, etc. Brooke can’t stand and doesn’t trust Thomas just like Ridge doesn’t trust and can’t stand Deacon. So your examples are simply not justifying anything you are saying….in my opinion.
Douglas is a ticking time bomb. We all know it’s true. And just like Ridge was EXTREMELY UNSUCCESSFUL in keeping Thomas in line before, Ridge will be COMPLETELY UNSUCCESSFUL again. And Thomas will ultimately blow it all up. Then daddy Ridge will come in and defend him like he always does.
I will say, as I’ve said for days, compromises should and could be met. But just like Ridge was being completely unreasonable about the Deacon thing, Brooke is being unreasonable about the Thomas thing.
But you ladies saying Ridge should defend his son 100% and Brooke should not defend her daughter is preposterous.
Parents should always defend their kids while ALSO respecting their spouses wishes at the same time.
And moreover, Hope lives on the property so it’s her home too. And Hope should absolutely have a right to see her dad at her house.
The elephant in the room is this….Brooke CLEARLY DOES NOT have her sights set on Deacon. So Ridge's fears are unfounded. However, Ridge and Taylor and all their touchy feely kissing and playing house together….Brooke absolutely SHOULD be setting boundaries for Ridge surrounding Taylor!!!!! Because that’s the only relationship that is inappropriate! Period!

      Delete
    8. Regarding Ridge and Taylor, I think EVERYONE agrees that Ridge is a dog. And yes, I agree that Brooke needs to set boundaries but I knew she wouldn't. I knew she would pass it off because she is desperate for Taylor not to have Ridge so she would not do or say anything to cause Ridge to run back to Taylor.

I am pretty sure that Thomas will sit Douglas down and discuss the new arrangements with him and hear what Douglas has to say. He is not ripping anyone from anywhere.

Hope, otoh, walked into Steffy's living room and ripped Phoebe out of Steffy's arms when she learnt that Phoebe was her daughter. There was no understanding on Hope's part about what the poor child might go through being in unfamiliar surroundings or not sleeping in her own crib or not having the only mother she has known around. Hope acted horribly in that situation. What goes around surely comes around. And Thomas has not even treated Hope the way she treated Steffy.

      Delete
    9. Lol!!!! Elle, seriously???? How many times how you complained about Brooke saying she will never change her ways??? That it’s just a matter of time before she sleeps with or kisses someone else??? And so in your opinion, Brooke is not capable of change. However, Thomas absolutely is capable of change ???? Unbelievable! You make me laugh.
In the 3 1/2 years I have been watching this show, Brooke HAS NOT SLEPT WITH ANYONE OTHER THAN RIDGE.
In the 3 1/2 years I have watched this show I saw Thomas manipulate and use his son in a despicable manner (basically pimped him out) to try to win Hope’s affection. He tricked Zoe into marrying him in an effort to get Hope to love him. He made out with and talked to a mannequin. He ran one of the models off the road and she died and he never even reported it. He hid the truth about Beth for months to try to get Liam back with Steffy so Thomas could have Hope. He literally tried to kidnap Hope. He schemed with Sheila to try to get Taylor and Ridge back together. And those are just the ones that come to mind!! Thomas has only been acting somewhat “normal” for 6 months or so. And I’m being generous in saying that!!! But yeah, sure let’s just all assume that Thomas is completely reformed and ready to be a full time dad!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
And along with that, let’s assume that Brooke is just waiting for the next man to pounce on even-though she has done no such thing in literally YEARS!!!
      Absurd!!

      Delete
    10. That is because Hope had been deceived about her daughter being alive for over 6 months. She literally lost the first 6 months of her daughter’s life because she had been deceived about Beth’s death! I’d say that’s a little different than Thomas wanting and asking Hope to take care of Douglas while he attempted to get his shit together. And Thomas had full access to Douglas and there was ZERO deception going on!!!
Let’s see, if you found out your newborn baby had literally been stolen from you and you were told your child was dead, would you have handled things any differently than Hope??!! You absolutely would have jumped in your car instantly and would have taken back the child you were told was dead!! And Thomas had been in on the lie for MONTHS!!! He is cunning, underhanded, irresponsible and immature. So like I said, Thomas is far more likely to go back to his wicked ways. Then Hope will get full custody!! And karma will play out like it should! I honestly don’t think your examples hold any water.

    11. Wrong poster, Lynn. Lol. I will never say that Brooke is incapable of change. I do not like Brooke most of the time but I'm not a die-hard Brooke hater. I can give her accolades when deserved and I will not say that she is incapable of change. BUT!!!! If she displays behaviour similar to her past traits, I will acknowledge that it is who she has always been based on the things she did in the past. In my opinion, Brooke has changed in many ways over the years but there are also a lot of her behaviours that have remained the same, such as her selfishness and her lack of respect for marriage, and her desire to always want it her way and no other way. That is why she is a character that I cannot support for long because if she does a little good, she then goes and does a lot of bad that outshines the good. Just my opinion.

As for Thomas, if Brooke is capable of change then so is he.

      Delete
    12. I would have definitely jumped in my car instantly and rushed over to where my baby was. However, I would also have some compassion for the woman who had adopted my child because I would have understood that she was also innocent in the whole debacle. Hope could have handled that situation better. Even Liam was trying to get her to be reasonable but Hope was not having it.

    13. OK, Elle…..so what about Brooke’s very genuine happiness for Steffy and Finn?? No one will convince me that Brooke had anything other than true happiness and gratitude in her heart for Steffy and Finn’s reunion. Yet as soon as Steffy is well enough to think clearly after just having gotten back her dead husband, Steffy is already planning her diabolical plans against the evil Logans. It’s so uncalled for!!! Steffy doesn’t have a bit of gratitude in her entire being. It’s all about the world aligning exactly as Steffy sees fit.
And if it’s not you who says Brooke is incapable of change, I can point out another 5 Brooke haters on this thread alone who think Brooke is evil to the core and always will be. I think you are understanding your contempt for Brooke in your recent statement.
As far as Thomas is concerned, Thomas is crazy. Or at the very least he is capable of actual crazy behavior. And he exhibited that behavior recently. That is not someone who should just be blindly handed his son back. He needs a full evaluation to determine his fitness. Once that’s done, then shared custody should be able to be discussed.

      Delete
    14. That should have said…”I think you are understating your contempt for Brooke.”

      Delete
    15. I think that Brooke was happy for Finn and Steffy's reunion for Ridge's sake. She does not like Steffy just as much as Steffy does not like her because Steffy is a threat to Hope and her happiness. I know you've only recently started looking at Bold, but if you were a long time viewer, you would understand why Steffy feels the way she does. It's been shown over the years that she resents Brooke because of how Ridge always left their family to be with her. I do not like that it's always Forresters vs Logans for her but I do understand it.

Where Brooke is concerned, I really do not hate her. She's a fictional character. There aren't any characters that I hate with a passion (even though I might argue against them passionately, lol).

As for Thomas, it is left to be seen if he will regress to his former psychotic ways. I doubt it though. I don't think they would work so hard at redeeming his character just to have him revert to what he used to be. But we'll see.

  15. Douglas is a 6-year-old who still believes in Santa Claus. He does not get to choose where he lives. If Thomas & Hope can't agree on an arrangement, then the courts decide for them. The child loves both Thomas & Hope & in the past has wanted them all to live together as one happy family. Douglas wanting to more time with Thomas doesn't necessarily mean he is unhappy with Mommy Hope.
