ReplyDeleteI was listening to a podcast yesterday where the podcaster talked about how Liam ends up going to Rome, she was trying to analyze that question by thinking, Is Wyatt pushing him to go? Will it be that Deacon persuades him to go? Or just like I heard tonight, Steffy, invited him to come at the last minute. Now, how about tonight, here Brooke is finished with Taylor and Taylor tries to talk to her as if they are still friends. But at the end Brooke kind of let Taylor know that Ridge and her are planning to rekindle their relationship in Rome and that much feel like an OUCH! to Taylor but, Oh Well, she screwed things up so now she has to pay the consequences for what she did. By interest in Taylor, is starting to fade into the sunset.

DeleteBrooke is the one chasing Ridge who has told her clearly that while he will always lover her, he doesn’t want to go back to the same toxic relationship they have had for so many years.
Absolutely neither of them have changed so nothing about them being in a relationship will change either! Brooke claims she has changed, yet is doing exactly what she always does. She’s spoiled and always has to have her way and prove she’s right. So once again she’s on the hunt for Ridge.
So as much as she wants Taylor to believe that she and Ridge are going to Rome as a romantic interlude under the guise of a business trip, it’s all Brooke. I have no doubt she will stop at nothing to get her way. She’s her own worst enemy at the moment. She knows that she and Ridge just destroy each other but she wants to win and rub it in Taylor’s face.
I wish she had more self respect and both ladies would move on past the waffler. He does not seem to want to be with either of them anymore. Wise man.

Delete@Elizabeth Brooke acted rather cocky. She purposely left Taylor thinking that she and Ridge are on the way to reuniting in Rome even though Ridge has been pushing back against her advances. Taylor just might have the last laugh. At least for this go-round.

Elle so agree. I have said a few times Taylor will have the last laugh. The way Brooke feels about Thomas and hasn't been honest with Ridge will put an end to anything Brooke has planned.
DeleteLadies, I am not quite sure who Brooke thinks she is telling Taylor she is not going to Rome?? Last I saw, Steffy and Ridge were the CEO’s..Brooke only just scraped it in to get go, so 🤔.. She also had a bit of a panic when Taylor said she was going?? Taylor has just as much right to go there to support her children.. As Taylor so rightly pointed out , Hopes line wouldn’t be in existence if it were not for HER SON Brooke!! So suck it up!! All this Taylor bashing for being dishonest,, yet I distinctly remember Brooke asking Ridge not to tell Taylor about their little flirt session the night of the dinner.. I also remember that Ridge was going for Brookes cheek under the mistletoe and she turned his head and kissed him on the lips!! And her behaviour at the moment, well, everyone can see that for themselves.. I must say though, when Brooke admitted to Taylor that Ridge doesn’t believe in “destiny” anymore, then hinted she will remind him, is a little embarrassing.. it shows Ridge has really grown up a lot, Brooke, not so much!!

I’d like to point out that Hope is wearing a skirt even shorter than Steffy’s lol. I’m sure LFs will claim it’s sexy and classy and how trashy Steffy is for wearing one that is longer but still short 😂🤣😂.
Taylor is spot on, Brooke was never transparent and has certainly not changed.
Brooke told Taylor she only wanted someone she had history with, and since Eric is taken ( not that it ever stopped Brooke before), Bill isn’t her cup of tea anymore or Deacon, that leaves Ridge who is currently in Los Angeles. The others on her very long list of exes are out of town. Brooke is her usual smug self. She is only going to Rome to get Ridge back. Honestly, I think it’s more about proving the whole “destiny “ thing she’s been spouting for years than about Ridge himself. She can’t stand that he isn’t falling at her feet and that trying to seduce him didn’t instantly turn him into her adoring slave like it used to. She wants to prove she can still make him jump when she waggles her wee pinky at him.
Eric, seriously, give it a rest already, we all know you just have to have Brooke as close to you as possible.
Again, Ridge is spot on, he and Brooke need to break the cycle of hurting each other and everyone around them. Why do RJ and Eric want to perpetuate a toxic relationship?? Loving each other, doesn’t make you good for each other.
I don’t think Ridge should be with either lady. Find someone new for all of them.
I’m glad Steffy encouraged Liam to go to Rome. He should be there celebrating his wife’s success with her instead of pouting at home. She was very classy and didn’t as LFs claim pretend she was certain about it. Just voiced her concerns to Liam and encouraged him to be there for his wife.
@BBFan If Bill Bradley would bring some new female faces to B&B may be Ridge could find a new woman to have a relationship with. I just recently read an interview article with Thorsten, and he personally said that he would like to have a new love relationship with another woman, he was especially thinking about that actress who played Flo's mother and Quinn's best friend from Vegas. (I forgot her name)

He has said it enough to everyone, he's done with the toxicity and hurting everyone he loves. Brooke won't stop trying just so she can rub it in Taylor's face and prove she's every man's destiny.

DeleteBBFan, I'm still reeling from Brooke telling Ridge over and over that she's choosing herself one minute to now, basically begging him to take her back. You're right, she hasn't changed. Even Ridge sees now how toxic their relationship was. They need to be apart from each other and find new relationships. That's the only way that they can move past this toxic cycle.

Elle 🙃 yes he did bring up Thomas again. And Hope is getting tired of it. She said what she did just to shut him up and have one night without him saying Thomas's name, but he still had to shake his head at the end. Too bad Hope didn't see that. It proves nothing she can say means anything to Liam. He just doesn't have faith or trust in her, and Thomas will always be the manipulater in his eyes.

He has said so many times: "Thomas hasn't changed. I don't trust him. You shouldn't either. You should not have taken him back as your designer. He doesn't need to go on this trip to Rome". Dude, shut up already! But first, tell your wife you love her and trust her. Wish her the best of luck, and tell her you know she (and Thomas) will do an awesome job. That's what a trusting and supportive husband would say.

ReplyDeleteI liked this episode 😀 as much as I enjoyed the catfight between Taylor and Brooke, it was also sad that none of them seemed sad that they were so close and then boom all gone. But it was deserved how Brooke pointed out Taylor’s sneakiness. And Taylor again didn’t have the decency to apologize for going behind her back like that. And if I were Brooke I would throw it in her face that if it wasn’t for someone’s meddling I’d still be married to the man. But the bit about "you have nothing to do with the company" was way overdue. Taylor should focus on her patients if he has any.

Liam… sorry but you’re doing all the wrong things. Instead of seeing it as an opportunity to go to Rome to *support* your love, you see it as keeping tabs and making it all about you and how you don't want to feel. And whining to Steffy of all people. It was a surprise she urged him to go. If he is smart he would go with the intention to be there for her. I want this Thomas obsession to end.
DeleteI'm sorry but why should Taylor apologize for anything, just because she doesn't know that Brooke kissed Ridge at Christmas and come downstairs in her nighty and got right up on him like she was going to take him to bed except she pushed off, just teasing him, doesn't mean that she wasn't doing stuff behind Taylor's back, it just means that Taylor doesn't know it yet. And I loved how Brooke listed all her contributions at FC and how she is still very involved in the company! Just so sick of people questioning Brooke’s role at Forrester. And Brooke is 100% correct, this is a BUSINESS TRIP, and Taylor should not be tagging along. But clearly the woman has NO PATIENTS and absolutely nothing better to do!! Look at Eric go, trying to turn the trip into something romantic for Ridge and Brooke. Eric really is a HUGE Brooke fan!!
But the best part of the show is what Hope says to Liam at the end…”Liam, I love you more than anything!! You are the man I want! This life we built, this family! I will not let anything jeopardize that! I made my vows to love you and cherish you! And nothing is gonna change that over the next few days! I will come home to you, our family, and our life!”

Ah Lynn, when I heard Steffy say confused, I knew you would bring it up. 😂 It's amazing to me though that Steffy "doesn't know what she's talking about" when she was "being a bully to Hope" for calling her out on her feelings for Thomas, or when "she was spreading gossip" around the office, but now, she is to be believed. 🤦🏻♀️ My dearest Lynn, Steffy was only trying to make Liam feel better about the fears he has about Thomas. That's all it was. And besides, how would Steffy know whether or not Hope is confused? Up till this point, Hope has not admitted to Steffy anything regarding her feelings for Thomas. So yes, she was just trying to calm Liam down.

I think this is some little devil part of Hope that we are seeing…that has been suppressed forever…working it’s way out! I would say EVERYTHING points to her NOT BEING IN LOVE WITH THOMAS. And that’s a super good point that she never envisions a future life with Thomas, just these stupid sex thoughts. I never really looked at it from that angle, but you are absolutely correct!

She has said all along that she thinks Hope is developing feelings for Thomas. Steffy has never once said…Hope is in love with my brother. Not a single solitary time! I absolutely believe what Steffy said to Liam is EXACTLY what she believes. That Hope is having confusing feelings about Thomas and that she is also aware that Hope loves Liam very much. I guess you only think your characters are telling the truth when they say the words you want them to say. I find that very funny!!! Just like she said that she THINKS Hope has confusing feelings. Nothing is sure in Steffy's mind, which is why she keeps asking Hope for confirmation of those feelings. Rest assured that when Steffy says, for a fact, that Hope has feelings for Thomas, I will believe her!

DeleteElle, I don’t understand your point?? What I’m saying here is that Steffy was being very forthright with Liam. She wasn’t trying to spare his feelings. And her exact words were that she thinks “Hope has confusing feelings about Thomas.” And that’s what I’ve been saying all along. Hope knows she loves her family with Liam, but she is also being pulled in Thomas’ direction. That’s the very definition of confused. I just hope Rome ends this debate once and for all.

ReplyDeleteI noticed that too. She definitely had filler done to her lips. Maybe she’s trying to play catch up with Steffy. Lol. Steffy’s lips are about 4 times the size they were when she was younger. I also noticed Krista Allen’s eyes look different almost like she had an eye lift as well.
