Delete@Mandy Ridge and the rest of the Forrester men have always been so mesmerized by Brooke that they don't think about her dirty deeds, all they think about how well she is in bed. If you notice even though Brooke almost killed Thomas, when she pushed him off the cliff, again he came back to her, I always thought there was something wrong with that picture.
DeleteRidge knew exactly what were the circumstances around that pushing so there's no surprise about that picture.
DeleteI remember Ridge wasn’t best pleased Brooke wanted him to back up her lies to the constabulary that Thomas was alone when he fell and they didn’t know what happened.

So Liam lies like a rug, shaking his head "no," to Hope's question if he has seen Steffy. Brooke was purposely keeping Ridge out of the loop. Steffy does the same with Finn. C'mon Hope quit explaining, dopey-dude Liam is deflecting just like he accused you of doing. Liam reeks after all he has done and she has forgiven him in the past. Everyone go your separate ways.

DeleteJust watched on You Tube, Hope showed Liam that she took her ring off. Finn made it very clear to Steffy that he doesn't want to see Liam over stay his welcome especially since (as Finn said) wear out his welcome. Every time Finn said specific things to Steffy, her eyes started to pop out, another she is getting more and more fearful that "The truth" will come out any time now. Brooke tried to bite her tongue not to say anything to Ridge about her visitation with Thomas.

DeleteAnd Waffler Liam stands before Hope claiming he's done nothing wrong, not admitting, he did run straight to Steffy...not once but twice...and laid a lip lick on her, not once but twice. Guess he has selective amnesia. Hope had a least the back bone to be honest and he stands there and lies ...omitting the truth is lying...

Delete@Debbieinnorway Brooke has always lied to Ridge, but somewhere down the road she gets exposed. I remember when Taylor was pregnant with Thomas, Brooke kept that a secret and then it finally came out in the open.

Elizabeth, exactly, Brooke has lied to Ridge a million times. She actually lied about seeing Thomas change, because she just admitted to Ridge that she didn’t trust that he had changed etc.
DeleteShe accused him twice of manipulating Hope at chez Thomas. Brooke refused to admit her personal pick for Hope , Liam, Bill’s son, isn’t perfect and doesn’t love and her daughter as he should! Brooke is so selfish and needs to be right so bad she wants her daughter to stay in a toxic marriage so destiny can be fulfilled. Never mind that it’s all in Brooke’s head. What kind of parent would force their child into that for just so they can prove they are right???
@BBFan If I had spouse who thought like Brooke about my child I would have dumped that person down the toilet🚽 so I could never see or hear that person ever again! Flush! Flush!

ReplyDeleteI was thinking the same. And none of them seems particularly worried about their daughter. Oh well, we'll get divorced, it's what we do on this soap. Carter will help expedite it anyway, he has a dedicated drawer of blue papers.
DeleteHope and Liam have always had this issue at the heart of their relationship. Liam fell in love with Steffy very soon after he and Hope got together. So it literally has always been both of them since the very beginning!!! Liam went back and forth between them for years and years. He was married to Steffy three times and was happy but unfaithful. He has been married to Hope twice and been happy but unfaithful.
DeleteLiam is a serial cheater and cannot, will not admit it! His inability to fully love and commit to one person is the root of the issue.
If Hope hadn’t gotten pregnant with Beth, Liam would have followed through his engagement and remarried Steffy. Hope knows it and she has never had confidence in her marriage. She’s always worried Liam will run back to Steffy. Liam slept with Steffy while married to Hope so of course she is worried.
I’m so proud of Hope standing up to Liam and making a choice not to love with the verbal and emotional abuse anymore and to out herself first. How can she be a mum if she’s allowing herself to be treated like rubbish???
She doesn’t want her children being the parent in the relationship like she had to be with Brooke who was either drunk, chasing men or crying because her heart got broken.
👏👏👏 Bbfan. I watched today on my phone and was floored how Hope finally let all that out. She must feel sooo much better. I was waiting for her to say to Liam about the divorce "You want it, you got it". Liam so deserved to hear that. Great show today...and thanks ladies for all the best wished. 🤗

Delete🫰in the morning. I'm off IV's so if sodium levels are good in the morning I can go. But only (a male doctors words) no physical activity for 5 days, no stress-dont look at bills, if the place isn't as tidy as I like, deal with it later (and I'm OCD when it comes to my house). Unplug from the internet, what's happening in the world, I can't do nothing about it so absolutely no stress. I had to laugh and say "Yeah ok" thank you for your best wished.

How disgusting can one be - after rolling with another man for what looked like a whole weekend, you go back to your family home and with that arrogant, smug face demand an honest conversation from your husband. And you can't even devote one sentence to Thomas only, but have to end it with Steffy and from then on talk only about her. Liam was super on point to call out her deflecting and to stay on point about what she did. And "owning up" - then how about telling him that you screwed Thomas? Then it's suddenly about Brooke. Is Hope being drugged? She sounds like Taylor who needs to take more time to form a coherent and consistent argument before she walks in a room to talk to people.

DeleteLynn the show is depressing me these days… it just tastes wrong all the characters just doing and saying insane things, nobody seems really happy, everyone anxious, hiding something, fearing something, yelling and breaking hearts. Great job, you ruined your marriages over kisses.
DeleteEvery year I think it can’t sink any lower and it surprises me and then I’m looking at the episodes of the previous year and wishing it had stayed that bad.
Milla, I’m super disappointed too. I think / HOPE we are going to have a reprieve for a while on the non-stop lust between Hope and Thomas. That was the MOST HORRIBLE week to endure, even with my fast forwarding through all non-talking scenes.

Oh yes the acting for sure is always great (except Kelly 😅) Even Ridge doesn’t bother me so much. And I had to laugh when Thomas facepalmed 🤦🏻 when Brooke was talking 😂 but the dialogue is abysmal. I honestly couldn’t understand what Hope wanted (except to blame Liam for what she did, how she ruined the family), that’s why I said she sounded like Taylor who walks in to Brooke and starts ranting without any direction. It’s exhausting to listen to them.

DeleteOh and when Hope yelled how she had "fought for her marriage" - pfff 😂 one conversation with your husband and then throwing yourself in another man's bed is *not* fighting for your marriage. I am all for her calling out Liam's waffling, no question. But she's not taking responsibility. She keeps saying she's sorry she hurt him which sounds like "I'm sorry you feel hurt but I'm not sorry for what I *did*" one thing I can't stand are fake apologies just so that the person can feel better knowing they apologized. I wonder how she'll apologize and explain it to her daughter. Of course they won't show us that.

Knowing that every argument, every betrayal (real or a misunderstanding) will send her man running to his other "true" love. Just like the Brooke, Ridge, and Taylor neverending game of musical chairs. Good for you Hope! Having said all that. I still would not expect to grow old with Thomas. Remember, this is a daytime drama. The decision makers think the viewers don't like that sort of thing. I actually do want to see that sometimes. Like Victor and Nikki Newman on Y&R.

DeleteLike Victor and Nikki? Victor has been married 15 times, including to his former daughter-in-law 🤢. Nikki has been married 11 times, once to our Deacon Sharpe. They have two children plus multiple children with other people. Victor and Nikki have been married to each other four times and what you might admire is them always finding their way back to each other. They’ve been wedded for a decade now this last time most likely because he’s 82 and only works part time. Not a lot different than Hope’s mommy and Ridge. LOL.I agree with you, Forever 36, that a lot of us would enjoy at least a few couples with staying power but such is not meant to be (so far) in soapyland.

Deleteam i the only one who is thinking more could of happened off screen with liam and steffy in rome. all we seen was liam kiss steffy and her pull away then it came back and they were on the plane getting ready to leave and all steffy was worried about was if liam had left rome yet and texting him. usually when they pull away from a story like this and come back with something clearly different than we left on its a surprise down the road.. so im guessing they slept together in rome and maybe steffy gets pregnant and here we go again who the father is. should be interesting down the road because if it was just a kiss a kiss remember i don't think it would be wrapped in this much secrecy ...stef would of came home and told finn because it was no big deal but it is because it wasn't just a kiss

Their marriage has been broken for a long time. Hope’s kiss with Thomas was just the last straw. Those two haven’t been happy together in years.
Yeah right "years"... They've been plenty happy until very recently. And said so time after time. And for sure will have again. They will remember what they shared, their home, family, love, even the hard times (Beth). That's what the show does - plays on memories and reunions.
