DeleteElle at one point I remember Li was concerned Steffy and the Forrester family could cause trouble for her son. She didn't like Steffy at all in the beginning. Li has a twisted side to her I think.

ReplyDeleteSheila is delusional. And she lacks insight. She's the only person who thinks shooting her son and his wife, then leaving them both for dead is no big deal. She's so hopeful. She's smiling like she's actually visualizing how happy she will be with Finn and Hayes.
Douglas is cute, but too much of the "I want my mommy and daddy together so we can be a happy family" can get to be annoying.
Should I bother watching today's episode?? Some of the comments have me curious. ex. Douglas is coming off as a pervy weirdo? I figured Deacon and Sheila wouldn't get caught by Hope, no shock there and Forever, Sheila doesn't smile...she snarls and it is so creepy. Is it 😴 show today?
DeleteNot that exciting today. Deacon nicely tells Shelia they are "done" as of today. (We shall see how long "Daddy" & his 9-toed lover stay apart.) Li begs Finn to do something about Shelia telling him to think outside the box. (Blah, blah, blah.) Figure it out, son, so you can get your family back. Douglas makes Hope thinks Thomas texted her & Thomas thinks Hope texted him to meet at Thomas' place where young Douglas somehow has a romantic dinner waiting. (Sure, we all believe he did that by himself!) Same song, different stanza: Douglas wants him & his parents to be a FAMILY! (Shocking, I know!)

ReplyDeleteCan it be true…..will Sheila actually leave Deacon’s??!! I doubt that will last for 5 minutes. A showdown between Li and Sheila seems like it’s coming. However, it would be more fitting if Finn ended her. But then he would have to live with that guilt…..and that would be rough on him.

Elle, it has nothing to do with hating Douglas. I like Douglas. His acting and lines on this episode weren’t natural. It was all very corny. And yes, he has been saying the same thing for years. Over and over again. Maybe that’s why it was annoying. What little boy sets up a romantic dinner for his parents ? I’m picturing Mac N Cheese for a kid his age ? But I doubt that’s what he’ll be serving up.

They are finally giving RJ a purpose on the show. It would be nice if the writers could give Douglas something new to be involved in as well. We had to endure….ad nauseam….the non-stop whining and crying from Steffy and Thomas wanting their parents together - two completely grown adults who we all know would never act this way in real life. So this parent trap thing has been done to death on this show!!! Give it a rest, writers. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

Indeed Lynn! Douglas is way too smart and the actor way too good to be pigeonholed in the child who, no matter what happens, never learns that his mom and dad are not going to work. How many more times does he have to be disappointed?
