I think Steffy is just blowing off smoke as usual. She would get super boss bitxch and you think she is scary but she won’t actually do anything. I actually wish there was something she could do, but Hope and Thomas will continue their affair until something happens to make Hope wake up finally.

Mmysh I wish something would happen already, it’s so slow again 😫😫everyone is playing high and mighty but nobody is doing anything. This crossing over from office to office and between two houses to demand and threaten is painfully boring. Yes, Taylor almost was begging Hope to take Thomas back. Steffy's attitude is that she is the boss, not just at the office but in personal life too. Hope is just having fun.. no Hope, Thomas is not on the same page with you. When something happens, Taylor and Brooke are having a big fight. Both defending their own kids. Of course I'll hope nothing bad happens.. but I'm afraid that Hope is breaking Thomas's heart.

DeleteAnd another thing that got mentioned today by Hope was that she was IN LOVE in her marriage to Liam, but it all fell apart, and she was tired of begging for forgiveness when Liam could find no forgiveness for her. She also mentioned that she “still isn’t over the breakup of her marriage.” Hope continues to say that she and Thomas are just “having fun right now.”
Some of us knew that Hope truly loved Liam, and didn’t want her marriage to end. And she confirmed that once again today. She is not in love with Thomas as of now. And I sincerely hope she never is. And as much as I respect Hope standing up for herself against bitchy Steffy, Hope needs to get a grip and find some other new guy to play with!!
Thomas is sooooooooooo gullible to think that this is going to turn into this fairytale romance.
Taylor, please get a new hairstyle. You have a very pretty face, but that hair hanging in your eyes and covering your face is NOT flattering.
I love how Brooke is acting these days. The new Brooke is so pleasant and non- confrontational. She is so supportive of Ridge and has even backed off trying to interfere in the Hope / Thomas affair. She told Taylor today that while she doesn’t support the relationship, she realizes they will ultimately make up their own minds.
And Steffy should be having that snarky conversation with Thomas, not with Hope. Thomas is the one who is in jeopardy of falling back into his old ways. The only one who can take care of Thomas’ well-being is Thomas.
Since the sweet Hope (that I liked and respected so much) is long gone, we at least have the bonus of Hope 2.0 standing off Queen Steffy. It is about damn time that someone knocked little miss full of herself off her pedestal!!!! I am soooooooooo glad that Hope found it in herself to no longer be Steffy’s punching bag!!

Mmysh, great point about the abuse comparison. Oh yeah, Thomas sure has done his fair share of abusing Hope over the years. And I agree, her need for this over the top validation is ridiculous. She is a beautiful woman and I can’t believe that she is this insecure to need this Thomas fix to feel good about herself.
DeleteLynn I also think it was time someone stood up to Steffy. And did you see how taken aback she was "You really have changed". So the attitude of Steffy has always been a problem, but the overall premise in this case she is right about. Hope does not love Thomas and Steffy damn well knows it. Everyone knows it. I feel similar when she stands up to Brooke (even though Brooke is coming from a place of real care for her and not from a bitch boss one) - Brooke is right to be worried but Hope is a grown woman capable of making her own mistakes (yes).

And omg I also thought the same about Brooke. She is showing so much more (quiet) class than any of the other women. Her tone, her attitude. Btw I am really really looking forward to an episode where she remembers her past with Eric (I hope for a good long flashback) because after he's gone there's no more original memories 😭 history before 2012 remains only in our hearts.
Steffi is a dog. Interrogating Hope about Thomas and how she is apparently using and abusing him. When the subject of Liam came up and Hope pointed out that Steffi was part of the problem, Steffi knew to back off because the truth of Liam running to her and insisting she go back to him, still has to come out. At this stage I don't think Hope is aware of her true feelings for Thomas. She may think she is still in love with Liam but her feelings are still raw on the subject and she hasn't come to terms with them yet. Just because Liam didn't physically abuse Hope does in no way say she wasn't a battered spouse. Her mental state took a hammering over the years from Liam. The refuges are full with woman because of this. Give her time and she will truly come to realise how she feels about Thomas and let Finn deal with Liam for Queen Steffi's love and affection.
DeleteI don’t know if Hope is still in love with Liam, that’s one of those things everyone can speculate about but if it’s not thematized we don’t know for sure. And regarding Thomas, also we know only what we have already seen and she as said: we’ve seen her suffer from his evil a lot and we’ve heard her say very clearly, without any hesitation, that she doesn’t love him and is not in love with him (both were stated). We saw however that the words of Finn that she deserves better made an impact. She was thinking about it on numerous occasions. I don’t think we’ve seen her question if she is in love with Thomas.

DeleteThomas should have worked in another line, not with Hope. When you're healing, you can't be in any contact with your obsession. Noone thought about that. That's why Thomas is having sex and everything with Hope, because he hopes that will become a real loving relationship. Thomas thinks that when the time is right, Hope is falling in love with him. That's why he is risking everything.

So desperated to get a real loving relationship. If he was wise, he'd stay long away from Hope. But when Hope kissed him, he thought that she was falling in love with him.

Hope is saying she is becoming like her mother because that's all Taylor and Steffi can throw in her face to try and hurt her. Hope is just going along with the pair of cows but will eventually prove them wrong. Of course after a long relationship some women run amok tasting the freedom before settling back down to their normal self. This, I think, is what is happening with Hope.

And Taylor is exactly as imperfect as Brooke, more even.
