DeleteD, I felt that way when Sheila first came back, but then I discovered that I only like her in small doses. This current run, for me, is just way too long.

DeleteI do like RJ and Luna, but for some reason when most of the show is about them (and Poppy), it doesn’t really feel like we’re watching B&B. Their characters are just too new.

Also, just a side comment….it was pretty ridiculous that out of the blue….everyone starts thinking about Sheila and the threat she poses at the same time. lol. That’s so B&Besque of the writers. 🙄🙄🙄

Lynn at this point the writers are just flipping coin what to write and about who. No finishing any storyline, everyone acting super weird, at one point something is a huge deal, next week it's forgotten etc. But you're right that the regulars feel more like B&B. When it's RJ and Luna I don't even bother to watch anymore.
DeleteMilla, agreed. I read again about the forthcoming Xander scene. The author even said it was already supposed to have happened. So Xander is either going to reappear to shake things up some more, or the writers decided ‘nope’ at the last minute. I believe you are absolutely correct on the coin toss theory. Doesn’t get more sophisticated than that! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. And I also think they realize the only SL the viewers are truly invested in is the Hope and Thomas storyline. So they are gonna milk that one till the end of time. The meme that I posted of the two skeletons holding hands with Hope saying…..”I just need a little more time” doesn’t seem to far fetched anymore. Lol

DeleteYeah, what's up with that? I read some spoilers that indicated Xander was not done causing trouble yet, and that Thomas was going to plan some big romantic surprise for Hope. That was supposed to happen in February, but February is almost over, and it doesn't look like that's happening. I guess the only spoilers that are truly reliable are the official ones that come out at the end of each week?
