Hope seems to be trying out her new line of prison theme clothes. Black and white stripes on everything! Even the jewelry will be little handcuffs. Maybe she can talk Steffy into it for when she gets arrested next time.
ReplyDeleteThat’s the first time in a long time I’ve heard Thomas raise his voice to Hope. He’s clearly dug in. And Hope is as well. But they are cheering different teams.
ReplyDeleteI felt sorry for Steffy today. It seems Finn is going to be saying soon that he needs to go live by himself for a while and I don’t think Steffy will handle that well.
Carter seems oblivious to the fact that Zende has a big crush on Luna. Carter should have said….”Don’t get any ideas man, Luna and RJ are very happy together.”
It’s annoying to me that all Luna and RJ do is compliment each other. No dialogue. Boring and lazy writing!
Lynn I don't believe Steffy, Hope, Brooke, Eric, Ridge, Thomas or all of them combined has ever been complimented as much as Luna for holding a clipboard. It's getting beyond ridiculous everyone talking only about how amazing she is allllll the time. What the actual f?! Why are they going so comically overboard?

I really liked finally seeing the dark Thomas spark again 🤩 the actor really really shines when Thomas is in his evil element. I also felt bad for Steffy. Hope is inordinately invested in Steffy and Finn's marriage. It's really none of her business.
Milla, exactly! Why is it constantly on Hope’s mind? It’s not like she even really likes Steffy. Part of her should actually be happy if their marriage fails, because Steffy had always caused trouble in Hope’s marriage to Liam. So the devil on Hope’s shoulder would root for Steffy to lose. Although, we also know how forgiving Hope is, so I’m sure she doesn’t wish Steffy harm.
DeleteAnd as far as Luna is concerned, YES!…..All she’s done is hold a clipboard and locate an old stapler. It’s not like she has spent even a second designing anything. The writers on this show probably spend a good two hours a day writing for the next episode. Lazy!!! It is mind numbing, you are right!
Lynn even 2 hours are too much, to me it looks like they ask chat gpt and copy and paste whatever it suggests 😂
DeleteAs for Hope, it really reminds me of when Finn all of a sudden was all "you'll never be with Hope as long as I live and breathe" - they are awkwardly setting up something to happen between them. You're right that Hope doesn't wish Steffy harm and that she is coming from a good place, just where she's going won't be too peaceful 😅 I can totally see this ending with hair being pulled.
Regarding the over-the-top praise for Luna, that's just the writers' go-to move for when they introduce a new young woman at Forrester. Non-stop gushing from multiple characters about how incredible she is, how everybody is so impressed with her, how she has such a bright future at Forrester Creations, blah blah blah. They did the same thing with Zoe, then Paris, and now Luna. They just change the name and recycle the exact same dialogue.

DeleteLynn, I am so friggin over the scenes between RJ and Luna.. It is really just monotonous and as Milla pointed out, mind numbing!! And I think Carter might have an idea about Zendes attraction to Luna, which I think is why he brought up RJ?? But I don’t think he wants to just assume.. Well so far it seems Finn is stepping up, but you can see Steffy is terrified his grief for Sheila will send him packing again.. I just hope he mans up and prioritises her , but we all know where this heading!!

Think I dozed off, Lynn you're so right on Carter not saying something. Maybe Zende should be looking at the other interns. Luna is happy with RJ. Still can't believe she hasn't asked him about the earring. He's just waiting to plant it and ask RJ to come by the guest house and see it. RJ and Luna? so sick of hearing how beautiful "honest" she is, and RJ is so protective and she doesn't want to hurt him etc. Hope? when has she ever been this concerned about Steffy and her marriage. Steffy and Finn? he as a doctor should know they are both suffering PTSD and get help. Still not sure I believe Sheila is dead. What is happening with the body now? But we all know where they are going with this. It's getting boring.

DeleteColly I didn’t mean that Thomas was acting evil but that his raised voice and pointed attitude was usually used when he was being his normal evil self. He has been all calm and smiling the past months and tonight the first time a spark of not so nice Thomas. He really doesn't like Finn and it's mutual and is only going to get worse from here. If of course the lazy ass writers don't abandon this storyline like they did many others to keep us in this limbo.

😂 D. Do we have any hope that the writing will get better? This RJ/Luna/Zende storyline is painful to watch and doesn't make any of the parties involved look good. RJ learnt the art of fashion design in a day but can't figure out that something is wrong with his girlfriend? Then Zende shows up saying how lucky he is to have Luna and it doesn't make RJ suspicious at all? 🤦🏻♀️

Mmysh, when did Thomas conspire with Sheila about Brooke? If you're referring to him finding out what Sheila did and not telling Brooke, that's so far from "conspiring with Sheila." From what I remember, he threatened to go to Brooke with what Sheila did and Sheila kept calling him to remind him that she did him a solid because it leaves the door open for his parents to be together. That is what fueled Thomas' hesitation in saying anything.

Elle, I agree, Thomas wasn’t to know Steffy would over hear him and confront Sheila.. Also it was only a couple of days that he found out, and he told Sheila he was not going along with it and was going to tell his father.. but he never got the chance to, because Steffy overheard him talking to Sheila, when he said that.. Then the shooting happened.. And if I remember correctly, Thomas was talking to Ridge and about to tell him about it , when Ridge got the call about Steffy being shot, and they rushed to the hospital.. So firstly it was only a couple days that Thomas knew, and when he went to tell Ridge they got the call about Steffy being shot.. Thomas could not predict Steffy overheard him.. Just because Thomas blamed himself, does not mean he is to blame..
DeleteSheila was the one who did what she did, to get back at Brooke for confronting her at the restaurant.. Thomas had nothing to do with it.. He did not conspire with Sheila, and the conversations he had with Sheila, she tried to convince him not to say anything and each time he told her no , he was going to tell Ridge.. And he told her that on that call that steffy overheard, then Ridge came into the office, Thomas was about to tell him, then Ridge got the call!! So no, Thomas did not conspire, was about to tell ridge then the call came.. Sorry Mmysh, it’s like when it was mentioned Hope and Brooke said nothing to Ridge about Thomas falling into the vat of acid, and i am pretty sure it was you who said it was only a couple days then Brooke told Ridge, that’s no different to this, only Thomas was about to but they got the call about steffy..
Milla, admittedly Thomas did try to be sympathic of Finn’s feelings to begin with.. But I think after Finn bailed and left Steffy on her own that night, it really upset Thomas.. even Li was shocked he left Steffy alone that night after being attacked..

Well, the shooting was NOT Thomas’s fault though.. It was Sheila who pulled out a gun and shot at Steffy and Finn.. And no, it’s no different, just because you could lose your freedom.. By your logic then, it was ok for Brooke and Hope not to tell Ridge his son is dead, for a couple days, which is what they thought, but not ok for Thomas to not tell Ridge about what Sheila did for a couple days, because it was Hopes freedom at stake?? That that sounds like an excuse to me?? Also, then by your logic, it’s ok for them to hide it, because it was a matter of hope losing her freedom, to Thomas not telling that he was on mullholland drive the night Emma crashed, because he thought he would lose his freedom.. Same reasons, same logic according to you?? Sorry, but that’s basically what you are saying.. Thomas was about to tell Ridge when they got the call.. it had only been a couple days, just like Brooke and Hope, but your saying it’s different because Hope was scared of losing her freedom?? I think we will have to agree to disagree on this one love!! 🤣🤣

But when you know a good thing and it will help someone in any level especially when this person is a part of your family supposedly
You don’t need to wait for the right time or oh how i told them this or and any introductions or a couple of day
You tell them right away to give them relief
So its not the same thing unless of course not telling them will benefit you and you need to use it for your benefit

DeleteFinn is grappling with knowing that his wife killed his mother even though he says he believes that she did it in self-defense. I think the show is trying to show us why Finn is feeling this way. It's because, in his mind, he thinks that Steffy purposely ensured that Sheila was dead because of the fact that she said she wished Sheila was dead.
DeleteActually Mandy, that’s right, she did stumble, and fell backwards or sideways from memory and her head hit a rock right on her temple.. Ally was attacking Steffy and Ally picked up a big rock to throw at Steffy’s head, Steffy reached for the tyre iron, hit Ally with it to stop her smashing her head in with the rock, then Ally lost her balance, fell and her head landed on a rock, right where the temple is.. So Steffy didn’t actually kill Ally..
DeleteElle you are right, that seems what the writers are doing.. They made a big point of it beforehand that he couldn’t understand why Steffy would say that.. But, still, how can he not understand why she would say that after the decades of torture to the family, and all the people Sheila shot, including him and Steffy and everything else, the stalking, the break ins that Sheila made to their home, who wouldn’t feel that way??

ReplyDeleteHope has 2 children, HFTF, and a relationship with Thomas. I think that should be enough to keep her mind occupied. She doesn't need to be staring off into space worrying about Finn and Steffy's marriage.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Finn and Steffy should consider moving to a new house. I've heard of people doing that after something traumatic happens. It would a fresh start. I'm sure they can afford it. And, they won't have to deal with Liam using his key to just walk in whenever he wants.
Either move, or they could both benefit from some counseling. Especially Finn.
When Hope said to Thomas "that is what I love about you", I was shocked he didn't propose again! I didn't see the ring around Hope's neck...

If she waits too long, Zende is going to blurt it out to RJ, bragging about it, or he might overhear her mom and Zende discussing it. If Luna is an honest person, she better fess up before she actually becomes preggers and doesn’t know which one is baby daddy.
