DeleteThere should be questions about what drug they were overdosed on, and who would have access to those drugs. Poppy had the motive, Tom could ruin her "baby daddy" scam with Bill, and Hollis may have seen that evidence in the backpack, now mysteriously gone. Li sees the opportunity to accuse Sheila as her obsession and hate cause her to push her own agenda, just like Stefy's 'barge and butt-in,' affliction. Li would help Poppy out if it framed Sheila. Maybe there were other papers besides Poppy's to Tom claiming he was the baby daddy, proving Poppy uses it regularly to extract money from men. Or that slimeball Jack is Luna's father, as he was the Johnny Appleseed of Los Angeles, impregnating every woman he walked by. How the dorky dweeb did that is the biggest mystery.

DeleteTom's research was off the internet/library. I can't imagine there being anything Deacon doesn't know about Sheila, just the opposite. He knows all of her evil deeds better than anyone.

They don't want to believe that she has changed. The only problem now is... Finn Finn Finn.... why? There is NO evidence yet of Sheila doing anything to Tom and Hollis. Only the Forresters and Li suspecting it, no evidence. I bet we will see Finn visiting Sheila behind bars, if they don't find out who really did this. And then he might tell her that he had to act like that in front of Li and Steffy.
DeleteNo. Sheila is a shooter type killer. She kills in rage, shot Brooke, shot Taylor, shot Stephie, ran lee off the road. She had no motive to kill Tom. Tom only found out what the world already knew. But I will say this, who are the two people that would most likely want to set Sheila up?

DeleteSteffy and Li have a lot in common, they were basically the same woman while talking to Finn in the morgue. Same vicious tone, arrogant look etc.

DeleteIt could be the perfect crime, except that they don't have any evidence of Sheila killing any of them, unless they find the drugs in Sheila and Deacons apartment. Might be why Li is there, to hide it somewhere for the police to find.
DeleteShe is also a doctor, knowing how to administrate drugs and dosage. Blaming it on Sheila being a nurse LOOOL... yeah, the only reason why she can do that is because no one knows about the 'beef' she might have had with Tom and Hollis. Hell, I am sure not even Tom or Hollis knew what she had against them. There are no dots to connect Li to Tom and Hollis. But she might have slipped up somewhere. Especially that backpack, her face when Sheila brought that up lol
Also Hollis might have been an accident. Li might have put the drugs in several drinking bottles to make sure Tom took one of them. Then when Hollis took one, he didn't know there was drugs in it.

Why doesn’t anyone on the show point out the obvious….the killer would have taken the backpack after killing Hollis. I am not sure what they were expecting to find there in plain sight if foul play was involved.
I also had a theory earlier (like Malin mentioned) that Hollis could have drunk a tainted bottle of some sports drink he found in Tom’s backpack. Maybe Hollis was never intended to be killled. And he was poisoned by accident. But if that were the case, then the backpack would have turned up. And Hollis definitely had an encounter with someone at Il Giardino before he died. So it could go either way. Li was looking quite guilty in today’s episode. Could mean something, or it may not.
What is most always true is that anytime Chief Baker is involved we can count on it being a very stupid episode!! 🤣🤣🤣

DeleteAnd why didn’t Deacon tell Chief Baker he knew about the backpack that Hollis discovered in the storeroom?? Hollis told Deacon about the backpack. It happened when Deacon came down looking for Hollis to bring up the wine. Or did Deacon not hear him??

DeleteLynn you can still be correct about the drink. Let's say the killer is Jack. He came to meet Hollis like he said and wanted also to retrieve the backpack without causing problems. But Hollis had already drunk from the bottle. So he dies, the killer panicked takes the backpack and disappears. Of course that's similar to - Sheila wanted to protect Steffy from Sugar 😀 we can never know for sure if true.
DeleteMalin yes they all make those guilty faces and say stuff to throw us off. You never know because Sheila, Poppy, Li, Jack and even Bill have had suspicious moments. And not to forget Justin who I still think was there for a reason.

ReplyDeleteWell B&B's attempt at an Agatha Christie mystery is some summer fun. Obviously NOT Sheila. Li, Jack & Pill popping Poppy all have a connection to who is Luna's real Dad. But Bill isn't stupid, so just maybe he asked Justin to do some spying for him , he's not careless.

ReplyDeleteSo arrogant and judgmental. Everyone knows Sheila has a past. A terrible one. But that doesn't mean she should be the only suspect every time something happens. Sheila should have reminded Steffy and Finn about how she saved Kelly from drowning.
If I were Deacon I would have thrown all three of them out of my place. And what kind of police detective would have civilians searching for evidence? Especially if they have a personal connection to the case. And when detective Baker walked in. "Did someone say murder?" So cheesy! 🧀
I can't wait until they all find out who the real killer is. I hope it's Li. She's so mean and nasty. 👿
Li had a hand in this for sure! Alone - or with Jack or someone else. Her face when Sheila told about the backpack was very telling. She did this to hide a dark family secret about Luna and Poppy, AND to frame Sheila for it. Kill 2 birds with one stone so to speak. Pride and family is very high on Li's list. NOTHING or NO ONE is gonna ruin her familys name. It is too convenient that Sheila had a hand in this. Why would she murder someone in her own 'home' so to speak, she wouldn't because she would know that she would be a suspect straight away. No, someone is framing Sheila. ReplyDeleteIt's Luna😁 did we not see how the writers suddenly write Luna and hollis in as being friends, in one episode they are such good friends that she is weeping his death. Luna wants a rich dad. She found out that this homeless man is her real dad and she was already getting use to the idea of being rich. Hollis definitely knew his killer.

Girl I like you but lately you're grating my nerves.......all the women on the show are grating my last half nerve.
I think Hollis was drinking from a blue bottle the night he died.
ReplyDeleteAnd like I said before, the guy that approached him that night was taller than him because he looked up. Maybe he died cause he drank one of Tom's drinks, I agree with that theory. I think the person he was looking at and telling that he needed to talk to was Jack. It can't have been Sheila, she'd already been there and dismissed his wish to talk about the backpack. The 3 Nozawas are too short, he would have looked down instead of up. And Justin, I don't think he knew him well enough to be wanting to talk to him about the backpack.
Tom thought he was Luna's father, so he can't have had evidence of Jack or Finn being the father in his backpack, so this can't be the reason for anyone trying to kill him.
So as far as who the killer is? I have no clue! Not Sheila, not Luna.
ALL the Steffy haters, you can't blame Steffy, Li or Ridge for thinking it's Sheila, she's murdered numerous people before....get off your high horses about Steffy.....
ReplyDeleteIt was Justin. Rehired by Bill to frame Sheila for making an ass of him. And to cover up that he found evidence that Poppy has been dishonest with him about Luna's paternity. That is why he has been getting suspicious of where Poppy is disappearing to at odd times.
ReplyDeleteI also keep thinking about Bill and Justin, in some combo. Then my second place is Jack (maybe in combo with Poppy or alone to protect her secret). Any of the women - I don't think so. Li, despite being such a hateful shrew, is a good person deep inside and has no motive to kill them.
