I saw it as though he was trying to make a deal with them. Bring back HFTF and I'll talk to Hope about Daphne. He probably thinks the news of a HFTF comeback will lessen the blow of him telling her to put Daphne in the past.

Lynn, I will admit that Taylor is feeling insecure. Whenever she feels like she has to compete with Brooke, she tends to leave Ridge alone and run away to protect herself. That's her MO. She ran off to St. Thomas years ago, then again 2 years ago when she went to Aspen with Steffy, and she usually just leaves LA until we see her years later. This is new. I wonder how Ridge will respond? Given his response to Brooke when she suggested they remarry, it doesn't seem like he's interested in walking down the aisle with anyone anymore.

ReplyDeleteI know why they are writing this into the story to break up Carter and hope, but it's ridiculous to bring Daphne back because it's not as if she can't do her perfume thing from Paris for God's sake especially with all of the technology now with teleconferencing, even doing that together online for the launch or she could come back just for the launch or they could go there, which would be best because that way Carter wouldn't even have to be around her. I don't see the big deal about her anyway, they certainly could have chose a much more beautiful actress than this woman. And Steffy sang Daphne wouldn't go after Carter again because he is engaged as laughable because she went after him knowing he was committed to hope I'll be at Steffy had asked her to break them up, and as if staffing ever went after anybody else's man even married 🙄
