That said, I am doubtful Bill will accept responsibility for his role, but I hope I am wrong. Katie will be furious that Will took the risk, that Bill got Luna pardoned, that nobody told her about Will trying to trap Luna, that Chief Baker & the PD did not storm in Luna's apartment as soon as Will's cover was blown, etc.
