When Hope and Liam were discussing remembering everything about Beth, after they just held her in the clinic. They mentioned her 10 little fingers, 10 little toes and the birthmark (on her leg I think). They never wanted to forget anything about their little girl.
the birth mark was on the dead baby but im a little concerned as to why Hope went into early labour unless the baby isn't Liams lets wait for all the twists
