@Unknown.... Vinny was very much alive before Liam ran him over. We clearly saw him still alive when Liam and Bill got out the car. Shortly after, he died. When Bill confirmed that Vinny was dead, that's when Liam passed out. So yeah, Vinny died because Liam ran him over. If you are suggesting that someone TRIED to kill him before he was run over, it doesn't matter. The FACT is he was still alive when he stepped in front of Bill's car.
