Instead of supporting Liam for the very first time showing growth, Bill is dragging him down the other way. Good that Ivy will come to shake things up (hopefully! Not like Xander)
Ivy will shake things up. Steffy doesn't like some girl coming around poaching her designated rebound guy that she has worked years to train just to let some twit walk off with him.
