Unknown, agree. This will turn into a cure for Liam. The tumor on his brain will shrink down and he’ll be cancer free in a matter of months. This whole SL was just a way to get Hope back at FC. I’m guessing Daphne will be heading back to Paris soon, and she’ll be off the show for good. She was never added to the opening credits….I don’t think so anyway.

DeleteYou're right, Daphne photo was never on the opening credits. I'm still amazed how quick they put Jermaine Rivers (Damian) photo on the opening credits on The Young and the Restless, like a couple of days he was first on the show, they usually wait over a year before they do it.

ReplyDeleteAll the women beg the guys to get with them to a point of nausea. They chase so hard, any attraction is buried with the neediness. No one likes badgering and relentless "we" talk. So beneath Brook to have to find a way to make everything circle back as to how it's just like their relationship.

Whatever they do, I heard the actor who play Liam quit the show. So whatever happen next he will be gone. Will they recast him while he goes away on an experiemental treatment ? Maybe. Or they will make him die away from his family ? Maybe . We never know wirh those writers
ReplyDeleteOh that makes me sad. I didn’t know he was leaving the show. I like Liam. As annoying as he can be, I like his character and think he adds something to the show when there’s a SL he can sink his teeth into.
DeleteIf Scott knows he's leaving, he and Brad Bell aren't saying and they shoot weeks ahead. There were rumors that he might jump into the vacated role of Michael Corinthos who is currently in a coma on General Hospital where Scott played Dillon Quartermaine 2003 - 2007 but that role has been filled by a former Noah from The Young and the Restless. I, too, wrongly suspected this because Liam's head should be at least partially shaved 🪒 for more believability of the treatment for his brain 🧠 bleed.
DeleteMost fans think it's a mistake to let this talented actor go but he hadn't been onscreen much until his current health battles. 🤨 Matthew Atkinson was popular and had extreme chemistry with AN and was let go so it is possible. 😰🤷🏼♀️
There have been no confirmed reports of MA being let go or of SC leaving. I wish people would stop spreading these false rumors.

Matthew Atkinson was removed from the Bold and the Beautiful website cast list in September, opening credits, along with Joshua Hoffman, in December and closing credits, along with Joshua Hoffman, in April. Matthew Atkinson removed the Bold and the Beautiful from his Instagram bio in November. His Wikipedia gives an end date of 2024. He and other actors, e.g. Darren Brooks as Wyatt, who pop-in sporadically can absolutely be on recurring status - it appears the show doesn't announce departures - it leaves us hanging. I'm only going by what I see. I, for one, would love nothing more than MA to return full-time as Thomas. 🤷🏼♀️
DeleteDarin Brooks and Rena Sofer (Quinn) both officially announced that they were no longer with the show and the show confirmed it as well. When Kim Matula (previous Hope) left, it was reported that she was moving on to bigger projects.
DeleteWe usually know when an actor/actress is leaving. I'm simply saying that without it being confirmed, it's speculation.
Granted, if Matthew has indeed moved on to other things, the show needs to recast him. Thomas is needed.
So there's Ridge doing what he always does. He stands there smiling and letting Brooke caress his face while she talks about how they belong together. And people wonder why she continues to do that. It's because he won't tell her to stop. 😩
ReplyDeleteCarter's and Hope's reunion doesn't seem to be a happy one. Carter looks like he's wondering if Hope is just using him for consolation because Liam is dying and Hope just looks sad. What is going on with those two?

Steffy needs to give Liam some space to think about things and not pressure him to take the treatment. It's the same chemo/radiation process that he will have to go through and it will indeed take a toll on his already frail body. He saw his mom go through it so I understand him not wanting to go that way.
At this point, Brooke is like a dog with a bone. I will say the same thing that I said about Daphne, she should leave Ridge alone and let him come to her, if he wants to. As it stands, I am sure he is amused by Brooke constantly begging for his affection and begging for him to come back to her.
Elle, they seem to always do that at the end of episodes…..some character has some weird expression on their face, then it turns out to be nothing and it goes nowhere.
DeleteI’m thinking Hope and Carter will definitely try to mend their differences. But if Liam survives, it could turn out that Hope and Liam do actually reunite as a family.
Steffy is just doing what she always does. She wants everyone to follow exactly what she says. She never lets people make up their own minds. Liam will probably get the treatment, because if the show isn’t cancelling him, then the treatment seems like the best way to explain a recovery. In Steffy’s defense, I will say again that I am proud of her efforts in reconciling with Hope . That was very big of her and it will reduce stress for Liam.
As far as Brooke is concerned, I just can’t stand this writing that’s making such an accomplished, beautiful woman look so desperate to get that loser, Ridge back. It’s become almost comical it’s so absurd.
I feel as though Carter and Hope won't last. Carter seems to have doubts about why Hope is back and all is forgiven. I'm also not sure that Lope will reunite. I'm just not getting that vibe from Hope. It seems to me that she has moved on from Liam. Anyway, we will see what happens next.
DeleteI think Steffy just wants Liam to live and it's really not about the kids. It's why she is insisting that he goes through with it. They might be making way for a Steam reunion. Who knows?
I'm starting to get bored. It was emotional, touching scenes with Liam, Steffy and Hope. But after seeing almost 2 weeks of it, it got tiring. He needs time to decide, on his own.
DeleteWhat I saw today? Brooke is relentless with Ridge. He was showing subtle signs, he's not really interested. Brooke continues to insist she is his destiny. Katie? Stay out of it. It's none of your damn business.
Carter's face at the end? I don't think he's to sure anymore. As Elle said, is he feeling used again, but now as emotional support? Bet he will try and convince Daffy to stay.

ReplyDeleteBrooke sounds like a parrot 🦜 repeating the same lines to Ridge. Ridge acts like a stunned speechless bird when Brooke tries to convince him they are each other's destiny. Lock them in a cage until they sort this out once & for all. Then, we don't want to hear about it any more because I don't care whether or not they end up together! 😂
