However, I do not see her as standing on a pedestal pretending to be perfect. That would be Hope when she barged into Steffy's home a few weeks ago demanding that Steffy and Taylor do not interfere in her mother's marriage even though she had no qualms whatsoever interfering in her own mother's marriage by bringing her father back in their lives and she also had no qualms inserting herself into Liam and Steffy's marriage while Steffy was pregnant.
There is nothing wrong with Steffy wanting better for her dad knowing the many times he has had to deal with Brooke and her drama. Now that her mom is back, she is seeing a way out for her dad. She is not putting herself on a pedestal looking down at others, she is just seeing the situation for what it is. Her dad is on a roller coaster when married to Brooke. And Steffy doesn’t own her mistakes, oh please….everyone just acts as if they never happened.

It seems that the budget of this show only allows up to 10 actors at a time per week. And not only, the quality of dialogues and the story is getting so poor, always filming in 3 same scene sets repeating same lines over and over. Watching Mondays and Fridays only is more than enough to keep up with the plot.

There are also covid regulations to observe, I would imagine. They can't have everyone on set all at the same time so maybe one week for one set, the other week for another set and so on.
Agree other soaps have fired actors for violating Covid restrictions and had production shut down. It’s closely regulated and only so many people can be on set. They film as much as possible to reduce the number of people like all the behind the scenes ones that have to dress the sets etc.

Zoe made mention of the type of girl that Paris is. I agree she isn’t listening to her mum but I think Dr Mum has the wrong approach entirely. Paris is saying she doesn’t want to be tied down and mummy is pushing Zende as the perfect man for her. She should be agreeing that Paris is clearly too young and immature for marriage and should concentrate on her career. Also point out that it’s inappropriate to be fraternising with Co-workers etc and that if Paris doesn’t want to be with Zende she should be upfront instead of leading him on.

Her telling Carter not to hurt her daughter is fine, and honestly he needs a more mature woman. Paris is a little girl , Carter is a grown man and needs to look for a woman with some substance instead of 20 somethings. If Katie wasn’t still cowing to Bill and scurrying back whenever he wriggles his finger and flip flopping just to let him use her again before cheating on her with Brooke, she might be good for Carter. Honestly those two have good chemistry.
Carter has said over and over he wants a wife and family. Look for a woman at the same place career and life wise. One who is ready to settle down and have babies and ISN’T already in a relationship!
All that said, Paris needs to get called out about her selfish behaviour. She doesn’t care if she blows Carter’s life up. He tries to push her away and back off and she refuses. She doesn’t care about hurting Zende or she would just break up with him. The way she rubbed herself in Finn she would definitely sleep with him if she got the chance. Steffy hates seeing her da always entangled in Brooke’s latest drama or round of cheating. FFS, Brooke and Ridge have been divorced 7 times! 7!! Brooke cheated on him over and over and she was sleeping with Ridge and his father Eric ( who was actually her husband at that point) and with Ridge and his half brother Nick at the same time and both times had to get paternity tests for children.
The fact is Brooke has literally cheated on every person she’s ever been with . Hope is no angle either . She was married to Wyatt and sleeping with Liam at the same time and they are brothers. She had an affair with Liam while he was married to Steffy and got pregnant with Beth, so she is NO angel either. At least Steffy own her mistakes which Hope and Brooke don’t! They blame others or rationalize what they do!!
Brooke will lose Ridge , because she didn’t trust him enough to be honest. No one else is to blame for that but her!! He begged her to be honest and told her if she just came clean he would forgive her anything. SHE decided that she had to keep her secret and make herself a victim again!
The fact is Brooke has attacked Steffy, Quinn, Taylor, etc for doing much less than she does. That would be Hope when she barged into Steffy's home a few weeks ago demanding that Steffy and Taylor do not interfere in her mother's marriage even though she had no qualms whatsoever interfering in her own mother's marriage by bringing her father back in their lives and she also had no qualms inserting herself into Liam and Steffy's marriage while Steffy was pregnant.
There is nothing wrong with Steffy wanting better for her dad knowing the many times he has had to deal with Brooke and her drama. Now that her mom is back, she is seeing a way out for her dad. She is not putting herself on a pedestal looking down at others, she is just seeing the situation for what it is. Her dad is on a roller coaster when married to Brooke. Thomas manipulated his own kid several times. He asked his own child to lie for him. He witnessed the accident of the girl who was going to tell Hope her baby was alive and didn’t render any assistance to her. Vinnie gave him date rape pills that he was going to use on Hope on their wedding night. All of those things Thomas has done.
Steffy slept with Bill and wanted to keep it a secret from Liam (now somehow Brookes kiss is a major betrayal). Steffy slept with Liam while she was with Finn and told Liam to keep it a secret (somehow Brookes kiss is a major betrayal). Both times she only came clean because she had to (she was knocked up). And Steffy doesn’t own her mistakes, oh please….everyone just acts as if they never happened.
Meanwhile everyone keeps throwing Brooke’s mistakes back in her face every chance they get. I’m not saying Brooke is a saint, very far from it, all I’m saying is that I hate hypocrites, and Steffy is queen of them right now.

DeleteIt seems that the budget of this show only allows up to 10 actors at a time per week. And not only, the quality of dialogues and the story is getting so poor, always filming in 3 same scene sets repeating same lines over and over. Watching Mondays and Fridays only is more than enough to keep up with the plot.

DeleteAgree other soaps have fired actors for violating Covid restrictions and had production shut down. It’s closely regulated and only so many people can be on set. They film as much as possible to reduce the number of people like all the behind the scenes ones that have to dress the sets etc.

I don't like Paris but it's not only her fault what is going on with Carter. Carter has not said NO definitively. He says that he SHOULD NOT be doing it but then takes off his shirt. And he does not tell her to stop or push Paris away. Instead, he responds in kind.

I think mummy knows her daughter very well and she has spoken to her daughter about Zende however, after seeing the kiss between Paris and Carter, she has realized that Paris is not taking to all of her guidance. As such, she has decided to have a little chat with Carter. Nothing wrong with that. She did go a little overboard with the threats but she spoke facts. Someone has to put a stop to Carter because with all his declarations to Ridge and Katie about learning his lesson after Quinn, it seems he has not. He seems intent on sabotaging himself, his job and the relationship he has built with the Forresters and I, for one, am happy about what she told him.

Paris is saying she doesn’t want to be tied down and mummy is pushing Zende as the perfect man for her. She should be agreeing that Paris is clearly too young and immature for marriage and should concentrate on her career. Also point out that it’s inappropriate to be fraternising with Co-workers etc and that if Paris doesn’t want to be with Zende she should be upfront instead of leading him on.
Telling Carter he isn’t good enough for her daughter, which honestly he is good enough! Grace idolises Zende who cheated on his ex wife so he’s no angel.
Grace thinks Paris is innocent, someone should let her know they were sleeping together. Paris was chasing Finn, Carter, leading on Thomas, is keeping Zende around when she just wants as many fellas as she can.
Her rationale about Zoe is a joke. Zoe was in love with Carter’s money, job title , and that they could be a “power couple “. Carter was only an option because Thomas and Zende Forrester rejected her. Carter was the next best thing. I never saw any true affection from Zoe for Carter. Once again the writers are changing history, yawn.
Her telling Carter not to hurt her daughter is fine, and honestly he needs a more mature woman. Paris is a little girl , Carter is a grown man and needs to look for a woman with some substance instead of 20 somethings. If Katie wasn’t still cowing to Bill and scurrying back whenever he wriggles his finger and flip flopping just to let him use her again before cheating on her with Brooke, she might be good for Carter. Honestly those two have good chemistry.
Carter has said over and over he wants a wife and family. Look for a woman at the same place career and life wise. One who is ready to settle down and have babies and ISN’T already in a relationship!
All that said, Paris needs to get called out about her selfish behaviour. She doesn’t care if she blows Carter’s life up. He tries to push her away and back off and she refuses. She doesn’t care about hurting Zende or she would just break up with him. The way she rubbed herself in Finn she would definitely sleep with him if she got the chance. She didn’t want Thomas because he’s a package deal with Douglas and she isn’t ready or mature enough to step into step mum role. Which was one good decision she’s made. Her behaviour at the office is completely inappropriate and would get her fired anywhere else but Forrester. Their adoration of her will disappear in a second if they find out she’s panting after Carter and hurting Zende. She’s too far up her own arse to realize it!
I hope Zoe comes back and puts her in her place. Maybe Zoe will go for Zende again! Lol
