If I were Brooke, I would have went to the last dinner, and I sure would have went to this one! He also had every opportunity to be with Brooke after Caroline died, especially since it was Caroline's dying wish that Ridge be with Brooke however, he instead went to St. Thomas to propose to Taylor.

I am laughing reading all the Steffy is so mean posts. Hope spent most of her life being a snotty brat to Steffy, Pheobe and Thomas. She got away with murder.
Hope was very disrespectful to Steffy when she was chasing and sleeping with her husband. She stuffed an engagement ring under nose while she was pregnant and still married to Liam. She then got pregnant with a married man and never accepted that loved or wanted a life with Steffy who he chose to marry 3 times! Well four but Hope destroyed their engagement with her baby Beth demands.
Did we forget that Hope manipulated Thomas, literally tricked him into signing over partial custody of her son after which Brooke shoved Thomas off a cliff and left him to die without calling emergency services???
Or how about ripping infant Phoebeth from the only home, mother and sister she had known??? Did she transition her, give the baby time to know her?? No she tore her from her mother’s arms and threw her into a strange daycare. Hope never thought for one second about what was best for that child.

It's like I said above. Steffy has a lot to not be nice to Hope about. Hope may be trying to be respectful now but it hasn't always been that way. Liam asked Hope why doesn't she tell Thomas that Douglas needs to come home today. First of all, Thomas is Douglas' dad. Why does he need to have a time period within which he can be with his son? Secondly, Hope has told Liam, more than once, that Douglas is enjoying his time over at the Forrester mansion with his dad. So, is Liam suggesting that Hope rip Douglas away from all the fun he is having with his dad? The same concern he has about Douglas being ripped away from his home, he is quite fine with doing it to Douglas now? I was pleased with Hope's response. I would love to see a discussion between Liam and Steffy regarding Douglas.
Hope stood out like a sore thumb at the Forrester family gathering. Glad Thomas was there to make her feel a bit comfortable. I also liked Ridge celebrating Hope's role in Douglas' life and Eric saying that she is always welcomed at Forrester family gatherings.

Anyone that has watched this soap from day one (like me) knows the whole story of Ridge/Taylor/Brooke. Yes, Ridge and Brooke were together, but when Taylor came on the scene, Ridge fell in love with her, they were married, and had a beautiful family. Ridge adored Taylor, but all the HOEgan asskissers (especially Booklover and Lynn) are delusional just like Bell Jr.
I used to like Brooke in the beginning but she began to get so obsessed with the Forrester lifestyle and began doing whatever it took to be a part of it. That turned me off. She hasn’t slept with Ridge, he hasn’t actually recommitted to Brooke, she said today that he moved in to take care of her after she broke her foot and hasn’t recommitted to her. She keeps snogging him but he has refused to sleep with her! That speaks volumes because she’s always used sex to manipulate him. He’s actually telling her quit taking crap about his son all the time. She’s so fake when she pretends she wants it like Thomas, bullocks!!!
Liam forgets his first born frequently, Brooke and Hope make sure it’s all about Beth and Douglas. His forbid he remember the daughter he had with his former wife! After all Finn is there and is more of a father than Liam ever is. Liam is relieved he’s back so he can go back to ignoring his daughter again without feeling too guilty. 🙄🙄

Why does he need to have a time period within which he can be with his son? Secondly, Hope has told Liam, more than once, that Douglas is enjoying his time over at the Forrester mansion with his dad. So, is Liam suggesting that Hope rip Douglas away from all the fun he is having with his dad? The same concern he has about Douglas being ripped away from his home, he is quite fine with doing it to Douglas now? I was pleased with Hope's response. What was up with that voice-over device that Douglas had? It was so random. Someone is going to get up to mischief with that device.
Elle I commented about that earlier today. It's a text over app where you record another person's voice and then text what you want them to say. I can see Thomas or even Douglas using it to get to Hope. We'll see where that goes.

I wish the two witches of Eastwick would same something about Hope and Douglas in front of Li and let Li tell them that adoptive mothers are real mothers. I wish that Steffy would tee Li off and Li started treating Steffy like Stephanie treated Brooke. Li doesn't seem to care much for the faux Forresters to start with, especially since Taylor took Sheila's side against her at the hospital.

If you knew anything about me, I adored Taylor, the real queen Hunter who played the role from the beginning and exactly this history you (think!) youre do aggressively defending. The fact that I dislike this Taylor, the actress but mostly how the character is stripped down to basically nothing but a giggly bombshell that makes Donna look classy, and her history erased (eg how she herself came back from the dead, how beautiful her love not only with ridge but also with Nick and with Thorne was) has nothing to do with the whole picture I have in my head. Anyone that has watched this soap from day one (like me) knows the whole story of Ridge/Taylor/Brooke. Yes, Ridge and Brooke were together, but when Taylor came on the scene, Ridge fell in love with her, they were married, and had a beautiful family. Ridge adored Taylor, but all the HOEgan asskissers (especially Booklover and Lynn) are delusional just like Bell Jr.

DeleteI used to like Brooke in the beginning but she began to get so obsessed with the Forrester lifestyle and began doing whatever it took to be a part of it. That turned me off. Then when Taylor came along and the way Ridge fell head over heels for her, it was Brooke who? (For Ridge and for me, lol). Ridge loved Taylor completely and loved their family, no matter what Brooke did to try to destroy it. The history is there. All people have to do is watch the old shows. However, they prefer not to watch in order to justify why they love Brooke today by being ignorant to history. I am sure if they saw Brooke's behaviour back in the day, they would sing a different story.
I agree Bell wants us to forget everything that happened in the first 30 years of the show and accept his revised history! Like Taylor said it’s like Ridge and Taylor’s history and love story just disappeared. Brooke is the Biggest hypocrite ever!!! She stole so many husbands and she was having sex with them!! Ridge kissed Taylor in Monaco by the way, more than once but Logan fans are still calling Taylor a whore! Why? She hasn’t slept with Ridge, he hasn’t actually recommitted to Brooke, she said today that he moved in to take care of her after she broke her foot and hasn’t recommitted to her. She keeps snogging him but he has refused to sleep with her! That speaks volumes because she’s always used sex to manipulate him. He’s actually telling her quit taking crap about his son all the time. She’s so fake when she pretends she wants it like Thomas, bullocks!!!

After all Finn is there and is more of a father than Liam ever is. Liam is relieved he’s back so he can go back to ignoring his daughter again without feeling too guilty. 🙄🙄
