We have seen him have deep conversations with Taylor about their past and what he is doing in the present. He has had no such conversations with Brooke. And finally, Hope confronts Steffy yet again (as if the first 2 times didn't prove to be a complete failure) to accuse her and Taylor (not Thomas - we see you, Hope! 🧐) of coming between her mother and Ridge. Again! 😴

@Maur I was thinking the same thing - they are hating Ridge, hating Brooke, still wanting him to leave her because "she makes him miserable". Yet the moment an alternative shows up for her that we all root for - it's "Bill is also a waffler!" and grasping at any straws, including the one with Katie which was so clearly just tying the loose end to allow them both move on within minutes after. The real rooting is and always will be that Brooke suffers. Well I'm not worried about that. She will suffer and she will come out on top, as always. She won't run away for years "to Paris".
