Steffy all ready to start launching blame on Hope for the inevitable break-up of Hope and Liam, in order to cast shade anywhere but where it belongs-with Steffy herself. Steffy is way overdoing the evidence collecting to make any possible smidgen of scandal go back to Hope. Anything she can do or nag at Hope for feelings that are none of her business. Steffy knows dopey-dude Liam will accept & believe her when she tries to come off as innocent, in what would be her own scandal. Steffy positioning herself not as the homewrecker she is, just to play with people and use, use ,use everyone in her wake.

Oh Elle he will be blamed in some way. 🤔 And so much for trying to explain yesterday that Liam and Hope hadn't been that intimate in a long time. Liam just told us "I don't think she's ever been as loving and affectionate ." That was a quote. I'm not twisting anything.

DeleteI also said yesterday that all of Hope's actions right now are as a result of her feelings for Thomas. I don't want to theorize though, so I'll just end my comment here until another of our theories comes to fruition.
I'm going to add a little to that. The talk with Stefy at the end, Hope's face when they hugged speaks volumes.

Agree BBfan and I think Steffy has an inkling to what is really going on so she confronted Hope again first. She wasn't about to say anything to Liam untiI she is sure. I was hoping she would have talked to Thomas too, to see what he thought of that little episode. We'll see. Love Wyatt's scenes he adds humor to the show.

Which is exactly what I thought you were saying. A more clear way to say it (for understanding) would have been to say….Hope hasn’t been that passionate in her love making in a long time. Then there wouldn’t have been any misunderstandings on my part.

DeleteThe point is, D was correct when she said that Hope had been intimate with her husband in a way that they hadn't been intimate in a long time. Liam himself remarked on it today.
And our theories have all been coming through so far. We said that Hope has feelings for Thomas and that is being shown more and more. We said that given Thomas' changes, if Hope were to make a move, he'll back down, and we saw that happen. However, you are of the opinion that only you are right and only the LFs "win," so it is difficult for you to admit that we are right. But that's okay. We can accept our wins among ourselves. We don't need to make a big fanfare about it.

Not everything is some conspiracy in the making. Just like all the hype from the FF’s that it couldn’t possibly be Thomas who called CPS on Brooke, because that was way tooooo obvious and the writers couldn’t be that unimaginative. Lol. But as it turned out the LF’s were correct once again and it was Thomas who did the deed! So glob onto any little sideways glance or hand holding moment you want because you are desperate to assume there is some hidden meaning. The LF’s will “win” as you stated because Thomas and Hope will simply never be anything other than friends. Just like Hope accurately told Steffy in today’s episode. But I know you only listen to the actual words of the show when it suits your narrative. A fact that never ceases to amuse me. 😂😂😂😂

What’s your point about the level of “intimacy” or passion as I refer to it?? The LF’s have already addressed that multiple times as well. Yes, Hope is still shaken by the Steffy beratemet that occurred. And she knows she loves Liam, so of course she wants to have a close and loving night with her husband who she admitted she has not been spending a lot of time with. I think we should probably tar and feather Hope right now for doing such a thing!! 😂😂😂. God forbid she have a night of passion with the man she loves!! Ridiculous leap you ladies make!!! And like I already said on another comment, not a single unwanted daydream about Thomas lately or picturing Thomas’ face during their lovemaking. That had to be soooooo disappointing to the FF’s.

Okay so I watched the beginning of the episode on CTV ( all of us outside Canada can use a VPN) and there is over 2 minutes and 3 whole scenes that were cut from it! It begins with Hope at. The office. She thinks of her evening with Liam for a second and smiles. Immediately after she is remembering holding Thomas’s hands, her face gazing at him and then she lingers on his smile. She then moves things around on her desk and looks discomposed.
DeleteSteffy walks in and tells her in a much more kindly way that they need to talk about what she saw with her brother.
Thomas is quietly sketching and Taylor sneaks in behind him. She says how happy she is to see him working back at Forrester. She says how proud she is of all the work he’s doing and that he’ll surprise everyone by succeeding.
It then cuts over to Spencer pub and Liam hangs up the phone and he and Wyatt talk about having a coder take care of implementation of something on the new platform and we are at where the episode begins here.
Lynn maybe watch the whole episode before telling us yet again that FFs are making things up.

Thomas backing down was not about them holding hands. It was about what she said to him. I am pretty sure that you LFs were hoping that Thomas would draw in for a kiss after Hope said what she said. All so that you can, once again, talk about how he has not changed. But that did not happen! Thomas was quite the gentleman. He let go of Hope's hands, backed away from her and excused himself from the room. So yes, he did indeed back down because Hope was very vulnerable to Thomas in that moment. He saw it and he backed away before anything could happen.

BBFAN, I was able to see the beginning of the episode. And here’s what I saw….Hope daydreaming about her intimate night with Liam the night before. She had a very happy smile on her face and was enjoying reliving the moments she had with Liam. Then her thought switched to the Thomas handholding and she got a nervous and uncomfortable look on her face. Or did you miss that?
Nothing has changed. Her flashbacks of that handholding moment are still making her feel uncomfortable.

Since brook knows all of those secrets but she never exposed Taylor’s kids to them even to defend herself which is impressive
Brook did a lot a lot of mistakes

ReplyDeleteYes the beginning is missing. Hope was thinking about last night with Liam but then started thinking of Thomas. Steffy walk in and she said we have to talk. Then it switched to Taylor and Thomas before opening credits.

DeleteIf you see the two plus minutes that were cut at the beginning, it looks like early morning. Taylor dropped by on her way to the office. Which is born out in the conversation that she is in her way to see her patients.
DeleteIt’s hilarious when other doctors have openings in their schedule and drop by it’s no problem. I think it’s understood that we don’t see the show in a day by day basis in soap time. They skip weeks/months overnight. So it’s not like Taylor is there every day. But of course she gets slagged off every five seconds.
Also BBFan, an entire week on the show can be just one day, or half day or even one hour. So it's not like Taylor is at FC all day long and has not gone to her office.
DeleteIt's because she's never shown doing any real work, she's only shown hovering over her 30-40yo kids at their workplaces. That's not normal. Adding to that the abysmal level of actual shrink behavior and understanding of the profession and you have it.

The whole storyline is the same as always. I'm no big fan of Steffy but I'm sick of them always talking about how moral Hope and Liam are. Seriously, they've both done just as bad as Anyone else. Liam not only messed around on Steffy and it was with Hope and the reason they have Beth, but he messed around on Hope with Steffy yet and yet again when Fin was in the picture. They all are crap ..

He was bloody relentless and eventually they had sex, which Steffy has been solely blamed for and called slutty for. No one acknowledges Liam and Bill’s part in that… only Steffy. 🙄🙄🙄

DeleteD Liam told Steffy he made out with Sally when they were trapped. First time she understood because Sally kissed him and they thought they were dying. It hurt but she could handle it. Then he told her he kissed Sally again after that etc. it happened again after that. So Steffy was gutted and packed a bag and went to Eric’s. So yeah LFs act like Steffy was chasing Bill while married to Liam… NEVER happened.
DeleteBill was obsessed with Steffy and he literally electronically tracked her to Eric’s and forced his way in to the guest house. She told him to go numerous times. He spent hours bombarding Steffy, who was sobbing. He told how Liam didn’t deserve her and she needed a real man like Bill who would cherish her etc.
Steffy wasn’t looking for Bill or to cheat on Liam. That is the way LFs always portray it. The really hypocritical thing is Liam thought Hope was making out with Thomas and sought Steffy out! He went looking for her and slept her. Yet he actually did make out with Sally Spectra more than once, and Steffy is hurt and goes to be alone, she’s a slut who was chasing her father in law. She literally didn’t tell anyone where she was because she needed to be alone to process her husband’s betrayal. But yeah Liam has changed but Steffy hasn’t?? What has she done since the thing with Liam? Absolutely nothing. So if Liam is declared a new man, Steffy who has been nothing but devoted to Finn even she thought he was dead ( we can’t count after the shooting when she lost her memory and thought she was still married to Liam) she grieved for him and only thought of Finn.
She deserves the same clean slate as Liam, end of!
I was watching off and on back then. I don't know what the circumstances were around Sally and Liam but I DO know I saw them together but was told it never happened. So thank you for clarification of that. I take all their comments with a grain of salt.

And I never said “it didn’t happen.” I said it didn’t happen during the time you and I have been watching B&B. I have heard that years back Liam had some little something with Sally. But again - that was a looong time ago. I have been watching the show for about a year longer than you. And it was Wyatt who was bopping back and forth between Flo and Sally.

Steffy cheated on her husband one time and under extenuating circumstances. His own father targeted her and was determined to break up the marriage so he could have his daughter in law for himself. Again it’s all slagging Steffy off! Pot meet bloody kettle!!!

DeleteI think the main issue with Brooke isn’t the number of men she’s been with it’s the fact that she went after married, engaged or just in committed relationships. It was like a sport for her to prove she could have them!
Taylor didn’t do that. Ridge is the only one she pursued and that was after Brooke cheated or whatever. She wasn’t running around breaking up relationships or sleeping with multiple men at once. DeleteMy point was not about how many men each of them slept with. My point is that you cannot inherit something from someone who has no familial ties to you. Maur specifically said that the loosest (her word) were Steffy, Taylor and Brooke. Since Steffy and Taylor have no familial ties with Hope, then why is it wrong for Steffy to say that Hope is like her mother? Who else would Steffy say she got it from? Telling Hope that she is just like herself or Taylor makes absolutely no sense when Brooke is the loosest of all and she is Hope's mother!
And isn't that actually the point? To show the parallels between Hope and her mother?

You have to see that for Steffy ( no I don’t condone the taunting tone or reference to Brooke. It was very unkind) she still carries a lot of hurt. While Steffy has many times apologised to Brooke and Hope. They never once apologised to her for targeting her marriage. Did she mess up? Yes, certainly. But Liam forgave her and wanted to give their marriage another try because he loved her and their baby. He wanted the life they had spent years building!

Hope has Liam move out of the hotel he was staying in and had him move into the cabin. Sje was hitting on him before he moved in. Once he was there, she didn’t waste a day popping in and hitting on him. Brooke also had Liam up to the house and pressed Liam to divorce Steffy and be with Hope etc. She also pushed Hope to go after Liam.

DeleteOr the way I see it is that Liam wanted to be with Hope. Plain and simple. If he didn’t, no amount of hitting on or whatever you think Brooke was doing (MILs tend to be the least influential people in a man’s life) would do anything.
