oh poor little brooke, taylor has been setting her up with other men so she can get to you ridge. well i don't think taylor was with you when you kissed hollis and then went on for days about how sexy and great that kiss was. but this is typical brooke get upset blame someone else for what you chose to do...it isn't as though taylor had a gun to her head to go out with hollis..then she will be so devestated her tears will start flowing and who is she anyway she broke the pact a few times by kissing and teasing ridge but she isn't talking about that is she. taylor needs to say f u to both ridge and brooke and go and hook up with a real man who will love her forever and that man should be deacon she will get even with both ridge and brooke...i used to like brooke but lately i can't even stand to look at that face

DeleteAt first I was about to say that Brooke is overreacting with the "planning it for months". But it is in fact true that all Taylor has been doing was trying to push any man on Brooke. Only now she did it in this conniving way involving Deacon. I loved how Brooke mentioned Taylor telling Deacon to call her up so that Ridge can make the connection how she lied to him in the face.

But to me as a viewer, realizing said "work" would mean not seeing her at all or just seeing her deal only with Hope's stuff, that's unsatisfactory. It's been I don't know how long since I've watched romance, real one, and it's high time 😀 other than that I agree with you. And I wish she didn't jump on Ridge so directly.

We are all assuming Ridge even cares about their pact or would give credit to whomever didn't break it. I think he will have a problem with the Deacon aspect of the story and about Taylor bluntly lying to his face, but not with her coming onto him.

D, of course Ridge knows that Brooke also was not 100% committed to the pact. When Taylor asked him outright about Brooke breaking the pact, his mind immediately went to the mistletoe kiss and the night of their dinner.

I think Ridge just flat out feels sorry for her and doesn't want to hurt her. Sad she sacrificed their pact... disappointing she lowered herself to such a level. Delete@Unknown The Deacon kiss was Christmas 2021. Christmas 2022, Brooke kissed Ridge. It was the kiss that was shown in Ridge's flashback when he and Taylor were talking about Brooke last week.

If the pact came before the mistletoe kiss, then Brooke perhaps should have thought twice. But like someone else pointed out, it was a MISTLETOE kiss, it wasn’t Brooke trying to get Ridge back, nor was it sexual. It’s simply a tradition. And Brooke didn’t initiate the idea of it…it was Pam!! Let’s remember what the pact actually was - it was that neither woman would get back together with Ridge, nor would either woman try to get back together with Ridge and there would be no romantic component to their relationships with Ridge! Brooke NEVER ONCE tried to get Ridge back. And Brooke never allowed Ridge’s sexual advances to sway her commitment to the pact. Taylor, on the other hand, told Ridge how much she misses him (in a romantic capacity) and and she wonders if they can’t get that back!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣. That was a clear breaking of the pact!! And that doesn’t even factor in the Deacon scheme!! But for this example I won’t factor the Deacon scheme in, because although what Taylor attempted to do with getting Brooke and Deacon back together was extremely underhanded, it didn’t actually break the pact. The reason the Deacon thing gets brought up is because it was part of Taylor’s larger scheme to win Ridge back - get Brooke out of the way so Taylor could move in for the kill!!!!

DeleteLol ladies. Someone actually told me that once before in court when I was fighting my daughter’s dad for custody of my young daughter. My attorney actually DIED of a heart attack just a few days before we were scheduled to appear before the judge in the custody case. So I was forced to represent myself in court. Scary, but kind of exciting at the same time! Needless to say, I won. And the judge even ordered my daughter’s dad to pay for my expenses related to the case!! Lol. I should have my own soap opera!!! 🤣🤣🤣

All the busy body meddling Steffy is so well known for drives me crazy. Hope and Thomas are adults and are responsible for their own lives, now that Thomas appears to have turned a corner now that he is seeing an effective psychiatrist.
Steffy look after your headcase of a mother. Make her your new project, because God knows she needs all the help she can get. Or perhaps nurse your own marriage because from the last I saw of your husband he didn`t appear thrilled at your interference in Liam and Hopes marriage and that Steffy is because your reputation with Liam proceeds you!

Lynn what I didn't like was that Brooke immediately jumped on Ridge, borderline begging him to get back together. Seeing how he was professing missing her and all her amazing things in the previous episode, she could have let him try again and be the active pursuer finally. He hasn't made up for how they even got there.
