ReplyDeleteKrista should have sat this episode out until the strep throat was healed. That high pitched voice is 🙉🙈 I can't take her seriously. But Taylor looks so relieved that she doesn't have to pretend anymore. She was thinking of Ridge and wanting him this whole time. Hahahah and again gunning for Rome. No Rome for you, Doc, get it finally! And "connect with Ridge" there lol 😅 this so ain't happening.
It pains me that Brooke is working so hard for this idiot :( and all he can say is basically that he can't promise he won't hurt her. If only there was a mechanism in your brain to stop you from doing crap, Ridge...
@Milla I too also liked the way Thomas handled that matter about Taylor and Brooke, he actually took RJ's advice for a change. Taylor is a mess, mess, mess, she has lost Ridge once again.
DeleteMilla, although I can’t stand Ridge in the way he plays all the women in his life, I actually liked what he said today. He admits how much he loves Brooke, but has reservations about them falling back into their same old patterns. I am NOT happy with Brooke for pushing this. She is going ALL in on Ridge, but she absolutely shouldn’t be!!! He should be groveling to her. And even then, I would want her to make Ridge prove himself before any relationship was entered into. Brooke is acting impulsively and it goes against everything she has been trying to avoid for months.

Hope’s and Thomas’ conversation was perfectly fine and on the up and up until he put his hand on hers, then we see that stupid look on her face. This whole Thomas / Hope thing needs to be put to rest!!! If something is gonna happen between them, then let it happen already! If not, then move this garbage along!!!! This might be the most strung out storyline that ever occurred in the history of soaps!! Yes, I’m gonna say the words - move it along already, writers!!!
Lynn I had actually written that at least the Brooke Taylor drama put the googly eyes on pause but alas 😅 the hand ruined it. And that hand I will acknowledge will remain in the history of hand touches as significant 😀😀

And Ridge... I also liked that he admitted how much he loves her (btw have you noticed that he says this to her, the woman, and to Taylor it's always "I love you, our kids, our family you mean the world to me yada yada") and if he wants not to fall into old patterns he should make it a point to just be a normal man who respects his wife. You're absolutely right he hasn't made up for what he did and that's the part that annoys me the most - Tha Brooke just gives him her forgiveness and is even trying to convince them of how they belong together INSTEAD of the OTHER way around. He should be the one convincing her.

Why is Brooke begging Ridge to take her back??? He’s correct they don’t to keep putting each other through this again. Clearly the 8 failed marriages to each other, and the fact neither of them has changed, is a recipe for more pain and heartbreak.

Also, I am glad to hear that Steffy is NOT going to interfere with match making Ridge and Taylor again, not only that she will notice Ridge rekindling his love with Brooke in Rome as well. I wouldn't be surprised if Steffy texts her mother from Rome and tells her that Ridge is back with Brooke. Well, that will make another sting in the heart for Taylor, she really screwed up her plans in getting Ridge back, I wouldn't be surprised if she leaves town again.

DeleteSomehow I don't think Rome will go down the way people are saying it will. I just don't think we've seen enough to assume that Ridge and Brooke will reunite in Rome. I believe that's what the writers and producers want fans to think but something else will be at play.

I desperately want to believe what? That Taylor kissed Hector once and slept with James once? That is the truth! And she came clean to Ridge about it, something Brooke would never do.
You can try to spin it all you want, no matter how many relationships Taylor had, she will never compare to Brooke and the things she did. There's a reason the show keeps highlighting Brooke's past. It's because it doesn't compare to anyone else's. Brooke WAS the worst of the worst.

Well well!! Brooks went from “choosing herself” straight to practically begging Ridge to go back to her.. And Brooke, that’s not how a “lady” sits, that’s how a man sits, when he is using body language to show a woman his pecks and the size of his 🌭 and walnuts!!
ReplyDeleteI think Ridge is being hesitant because he knows that Brooke is doing what she normally does, and trying to stick it to Taylor.. As she pointed out not so long ago and he reiterated and reminded her today, they r not teenagers anymore and shouldn’t just fall back into old patterns… I see some r impressed by Ridges stance with Brooke, but I think that he is not biting , because he knows Brooke’s sudden and instant change of heart is to try to stick it to Taylor, and he doesn’t want to hurt Taylor.. I think he was serious when he said he doesn’t believe in “eternal”, ie. “destiny” anymore, and that he feels lost.. I feel he is not going to jump in with Brooks again.. And I think he may just want to be with Taylor, or alone for a while?? I could be wrong??

Ridge is yet to find out how Brooke truly feels about his son, which always put them at odds with each other in the past. If the Taylor character is back on the show for the foreseeable future, why not? It has to be done right though. We need to see Ridge truly move on from Brooke first. The things he said to her on yesterday's show could be the beginning of him really looking at his relationship with Brooke from a different standpoint.
Hi lovely ladies!! I am sorry I have been gone for so long!! I have been very busy busy this year!! Our top pain specialist asked me to help him with a project he wanted to start, where we work with the prisoners in our jail get off heavy drugs and manage their pain while that happens.. so I have had a lot on my plate between work and family life!! Awwwe thanks unknown, hey D, sorry lovely, I hoped to have been able to pop in more often, but I only get to watch the shows and catch up on the whole week on the weekends and Friday.. sometimes I can watch some earlier in the week but by the time I catch up on the shows and read all the comments I am too stuffed to comment myself.. it’s a very emotionally draining work I am doing at present, however it’s very rewarding..
