Donna is being so loving and devoted to Eric.
Wonder what Brooke will say to Ridge. Hope she stands up for Eric, he always stands up for her.
Since all these soaps seem to repeat the same storylines, I would say Eric has ALS ( Lou Gehrig’s ). General Hospital has Gregg with it now. None of the soaps have anything original.

Lynn Taylor as usual is being this bitter woman who can't have a conversation without the Logan hate. To her everything has always been about the bad Logans (and yet she slept with each man with Logan blood apart from RJ) and for that I also want her gone. But if we put this aside, she was saying valid things to Thomas and directly shot the question - does she feel like you and answered it herself. I wish Ridge would be like that to try to show Thomas this affair is a bad idea. Brooke is looking out for her daughter the absolute same way Taylor is (and would be) in the many cases her kids did crap. She's not right, Hope is to blame, but I understand her. And her not fighting this little affair is a smart of her to protect her own relationship. Plus there's no talking sense into "new" Hope 🤢

DeleteBut some of the things she said to Thomas (outside of her vendetta against Brooke) were legitimate concerns. Thomas is on Cloud 9 right now. But as soon as his reality check hits (Hope dumps him) he is going to be completely broken. And he’ll probably revert back to angry, vengeful Thomas. Then Hope can blame herself when that happens. I don’t like new Hope at all.
I pretty much only have Brooke now as my fav. And even Brooke has been getting on my nerves a bit lately. There’s simply no one to cheer for anymore. 😔😔
Absolutely agree Lynn. Hope either dumps Thomas or in some other way this bizarre relationship blows up and I want to see what Thomas does. Or there may be some misunderstanding where Hope thinks Thomas is guilty and shows her true feelings for him - namely that deep inside she never trusts him and is always on the alert for more evil from him.
DeleteI also don't want who to root for anymore. Why did they give us a flavor of Scott (Liam)'s supreme acting skill in that scene with Hope only to trash him afterwards. I am rooting still for RJ to help his granddad. And for Eric himself.

DeleteIt's that smugness in Brooke I don't like. Making it clear to Taylor, she had plans to be home to "Ridge". At least Taylor called her on that one, and then the comment to Ridge> It was quite a surprise to see Taylor?? and the same smug look. It's not looking good for Eric, but think we all knew that and RJ really does need to say something but lets see what this doctor says first. Maybe it's nothing like what we are thinking? It was a real zzzz show today.

ReplyDeleteOh Brooke really is showing her true colours lately!! Even her own sisters don’t like her attitude.. She hasn’t changed one iota!!! I don’t care what anyone says, she will never change.. it’s no surprise she didn’t finish the conversation with Taylor, because she can’t hear that her daughter admitted she has turned into her!! What a blow to her ego!! Or perhaps she sees it as a compliment.. There was no need for her snipe and grin today.. As someone above wrote, she is like a dog pissing on a tree.. very classy and mature.. She also should have given Ridge and Taylor privacy to discuss their kids, but of course, she can’t do that , in case she has to pounce on Taylor about Hope!!

Ridge, the answer to your question “why not do a collection with you”, perhaps it’s because he asked you and you told him you are too busy and he should just retire!! I feel for RJ, he really is in a bad position.. It’s unfair of Eric to put him in that position..
lol Colly, I thought the same thing yesterday when Taylor said your daughter thinks she's turning into a younger version of you. It was the look on Brook's face. At first it looked like she took it as a compliment, then when she thought about it, it was a big blow to her ego. Reality setting in.
DeleteD, the it was quite a surprise to see Taylor comment, was just stupid.. Taylor has every right to come to forrester to see her son and update Ridge.. It just shows how insecure Brooke is, and I think it also has to do with her not wanting Taylor to know what’s going on with Hope and Thomas.. That was clear when Ridge went to tell Taylor, and Brooke looked at Ridge, and said Riiiiidge, and gave him that look!! Like, what r u doing, don’t say anything… Who does she think she is to try to stop Ridge discussing his son with Taylor?? That’s why she wouldnt leave today.. She was worried Taylor would tell Ridge what Hope told her about turning into her mother..
