DeleteJust give Eric what he wants. Humor him! Don't argue, and don't tell anyone especially Ridge. Allow Eric his dignity! Work hard for him and honor his wishes. Eric doesn't want Ridge to have an edge by knowing his business.
ReplyDeleteFinn surprised me when he said to Hope, ( paraphrase) Maybe Thomas has changed but can you be with his history? Hope should have answered with, Well Steffy has quite a history, Steffy shot Sheila first, Steffy killed her cousin, Steffy endangered her child when she went into a drug stupor so there was no supervision for the child, etc, Don't ever think Steffy is better than Thomas.

Well after Hope's little heart to heart with Finn, I can only hope that she is able to hold a higher standard for herself and move beyond spineless Liam. B&B writers can move forward and leave that crappy story line. Whether it is Thomas or a new love interest, no more Liam for her.

Milla, Finn NAILED IT 🔨 in his analysis of Thomas and Hope’s “feelings” about Thomas! Or said more accurately…..Hope’s feelings about Thomas’ feelings toward her!!!! She loves the IDEA of what Thomas offers her. She is NOT in love with Thomas (the man himself.) It’s literally what the LF’s have been saying all along!!! Hope simply loves being loved 100% with no outside forces muddying that up.

And we’re still waiting for Finn to find out about the kiss between Liam and Steffy. And since Liam has become a HUGE point of contention in Finn’s and Steffy’s marriage, I am convinced the knowledge of that kiss (actually kisses) could be a breaking point for Finn!!!

Thomas could be Hope's destiny and is the only one she truly loves, after going through a few dozen other men like her mother. 10 yrs from now it will be a Hope and Thomas keyhole moment like Ridge and Brooke's destiny reunion. D - this Thomas / Hope thing has been going on for quite a few months. So I think we all have a pretty good sense of it now. And what we know is that Hope does not love Thomas. She is using him because he makes her feel good. You can tell based on things she says to people that she is still very broken by the way things ended with Liam, the man she truly did love. But for me anyway, I don’t want her reuniting with Liam because Liam has proven to be a total dog.
DeleteThe fairy tale romances are not made of lustful sex and feeding of egos like we’ve seen with Thomas and Hope. They (the writers) don’t seem to be setting the stage for a fairy tale romance between Thomas and Hope….in my opinion.
As far as Hope and Finn, I don’t see that going anywhere long term either. But it would be some poetic justice if Hope and Finn slept together. 😂😂😂😂😂
I agree that it’s not fair of Eric to put RJ in that position. I can see Donna giving RJ permission to tell his dad because Donna agrees that Ridge has a right to know. I feel so badly for Eric, but I also think he’s being selfish in not telling his family what’s happening. It’s clear Eric doesn’t want pity. He just wants to beat Ridge on a level playing field.
DeleteLynn not sure if the kisses with Liam will be addressed at this point. I think it may be something swept under the rug. Although it would be good to see Finn after suffering so much over her, to have some proof that his wife isn’t squeaky clean and able to keep pretty big secrets.

DeleteWhat kills me is how loyal Eric has always been to Brooke even though she never loved him and treated him terribly. She only used him to try and be close to Ridge, to make him jealous and of course get a toe into the Forrester family. I remember here stalking them through the tabloids in the early days. Eric for her was gold digging! She loved the glamour and lifestyle etc not the men. I never thought she really loved Ridge, she loved his celebrity and money but not him. It was all about the conquest, getting one over on his wife, fiancée etc.
Her ego needs constant feeding, that is why she wouldn’t let Thorne, or Eric, or Bill, or Nick, Deacon, or Ridge etc etc etc go completely! She wanted every man to want her and the thrill of stealing them from their wives etc. 😠
