  2. So disappointing that Ridge won. He is so damn cocky! And it’s gonna be even worse when Ridge gives Eric his pity win because of what Ridge just found out. I’m sure Eric would not want the win under false pretenses.

    1. Eric will never know that's a pity win, I'm sure

    2. I’m thinking that if Ridge tells Eric he knows about his condition, Eric may get suspicious. After all, that’s why Eric didn’t want anyone to know until after the showdown had been finalized. Who knows how it’s gonna go. Just hoping Eric stays on the show. 😊

    3. I really can’t understand how ridge won
      Eric’s designs were much better
But as i said before the writers never let ridge lose before
And i expected they will play it like this
Ridge will know and the arrogant will say eric has won out of pity and in his son’s brook and carter he will be the hero
Just unfair Writing especially if eric is gonna go

    4. Why bash Ridge after he just found out that his father is dying? Where's the compassion? I think bashing Ridge is a bit unfair. Anyway, since there's nothing to bash Taylor for since she hasn't been on the show, let's bash Ridge.

      Delete
    5. Ridge has been acting like a cocky arrogant ass (more than usual) for weeks. We are commenting on his actual remarks and the way he is acting. There is nothing controversial here. Ridge is acting like an ass with all his comments to everyone about how he is soooooooo sure he is gonna win. How it’s “his time now and Eric doesn’t have a chance.” We are commenting on the actual show!! At what point has Eric ever said he misses Quinn?? At what point did he bring up Quinn’s name?? At what point did Eric have flashbacks about Quinn?? Who did Eric confide in about being “bored with Donna”??? Absolutely nothing that I mentioned directly above happened. I like it so much better when you don’t play dumb, Elle.

      Delete
    6. If Ridge seems to be acting cocky (more than usual) to you then just maybe it's because he sees something different with his Dad and doesn't understand what it is. Some of us see it different. Did Ridge know all this time his father is on his deathbed? No....if he knew maybe he wouldn't be so "cocky" to you. No need for the playing dumb insults because some opinions are different than yours. If Eric really cared about Donna he would have considered her feelings about what she might be going through trying to keep his secret.

      Delete
    7. D - I wasn’t talking to you. I don’t appreciate your need to judge my comments when you weren’t being addressed by me. Elle can handle herself. She doesn’t need you to protect her.
And yes, Eric REALLY CARES ABOUT DONNA and has told her multiple times that he loves her!! Eric’s pride has taken over his ability to think rationally about his condition and letting people in on the secret that he’s dying. The same can be said for Eric’s keeping the secret from his own son, or putting that burden on his grandson. Eric’s putting Donna through this is no more or less inconsiderate than Eric has been to any of his close family members. Eric became obsessed with solidifying his legacy and everything else was going to take a backseat to that. It doesn’t mean he doesn’t love Donna or doesn’t love Ridge or doesn’t love RJ. He loves them all dearly.

      Delete
    8. Ok so now we can't comment on anything that is said unless it's addressed to you. Got it...tell others that then when they jump in with their opinions (🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣) when it's not addressed to them. I know Elle can handle herself. You don't need to tell me that.

      Delete
    9. D - Please notice that if you are debating with someone other than myself, I don’t jump in and tell you how you should be conversing with that person. The way you conduct yourself on the blog is your business. There are many variations of thought and interpretation about things that actually happen on the show. But you like to scold people for the ‘way they communicate’ if someone goes against Elle, BBFAN or Colly. You’ve done it for years. If I am telling YOU that I like it better when you don’t play dumb, then feel free to come back at me however you see fit. But Elle doesn’t need your protection. And maybe the funniest thing about your take on my comment was that you failed to see that it was actually a compliment to Elle. The fact that I recognize she is not a dummy - so why is she playing dumb in her comment?

    10. Thanks lynn you said it all
      Facts are bashing
And talking about things DID HAPPENED is not bashing
Did he respected his father or even care to listen before he knows that his dad is dying
So he only can be good if his dad is sick or dying
Maybe if he agreed to do this with his father from the beginning and treat him like he is expired just go home
Yeah he cares about him sure but he couldn’t even set down and talked to him or even looked at him
So yeah its just facts we don’t bash just to bash its not our thing 😉
The rest not worthy of commenting after your comments

    11. Ridge's behaviour, according to you, is just YOUR OPINION. I saw no such behaviour from Ridge. I saw a man who was confused about why his father was doing all of this and I also saw a man who was very concerned about why his father was doing all of this when he should be proud of the legacy he has built and should be enjoying himself. However, what I have NOT seen, is people getting on your case for your opinion. The snide remarks and being called out all the time are getting really old.

And oh, I'm not playing dumb (personal attacks are also getting old), I'm simply doing what you folks do all the time. Guess it's not much fun being called out, huh? So you have to resort to personal attacks.

      Delete
    12. Elle, I think the same way. Ridge asked RJ that what's going with your granddad, is he okay 😃 I think Ridge is confused because Eric has changed. It began with the stapler. They both want to win so badly.

      Delete
    13. Indeed Patologi. It did begin with the stapler. We first saw Ridge's confusion then and, since that, we have seen him express concern about what's going on with his dad. Maybe people expected Ridge to drop everything he was doing so that he could work on Eric's collection with him.

      Delete
    14. Today Ridge reached his highpoint of cockiness with all that "I beat my dad, I beat my dad" and "I won, I won" it actually made me admire the actor a lot for how convincingly he switched to totally defeated by the realization what he is about to lose. His arrogance is about to subside for a bit. I have absolutely no idea where this bs circulating is coming from that Eric wants to give the company to RJ and kick Steffy out, I suppose it's from "spoilers" or misinterpretations (although I'm not gonna lie, it would be fun to watch), but so far I've not heard him indicate anything like that! It's not even in his power to do that.

      Delete
    15. Elle, you completely miss the point! At what point was Quinn’s name brought up on the show? Her name hasn’t been brought up by Eric once since she left the show! Not by Eric - not once! So to slam Donna and say Eric must miss Quinn and be bored with Donna IS BASHING JUST FOR THE SAKE OF BASHING! This is not complicated. And I think I’ll randomly bring up Thomas on today’s show even if he doesn’t make an appearance and start some nasty conjecture about him. Your “point” is not well taken!

Since Ridge is on the show daily these days acting like a pompous ass, we have every right to comment on that episode’s events. Just like you have been commenting on how you perceive Eric to be acting because Eric has been on the show everyday. I am gonna call out unnecessary bashing whenever I see it!! And bringing up some random Quinn theory is just that!! Maybe you ladies are just mad because Eric obviously loves Donna so very much!!! That’s what the show shows us!!

    16. Lynn I really hope Eric's condition doesn't worsen by this awful challenge now turning (potentially) into a lie he later finds out. Although I would probably do the same if I was Ridge, especially if the guilt of being so tunnel-visioned (is that a word?) kicks in. He knows how old his old man is, it can't really be a surprise his condition especially in light of how he's been acting.

      Delete
    17. Haha I also wondered where the heck Quinn came from, she's not been relevant in what? A year and a half now? Thankfully. We have Sheila, that covers it when it comes to murderous wild cards.

      Delete
    18. Yeah elle he shouldn’t drop everything in his hands and at least sit with his dad to at least talk
Because his father is like on 20‘s 😂😂
So there is time to help him in something so important to him
I guess go watch the episode again
Ridge barley looked at eric while letting him down but sure he is not at wrong

      Delete
    19. Yeah lynn and milla The writers made a very arrogant man win instead of giving a terminally ill Eric a victory, and To make things more annoying In my opinion Eric's designs were just more beautiful.
It happened as i expected the writing is so predictable
I was against ridge also when he challenged thomas and also won barley
But i guess at that time i will get an applause 👏 and ridge will be the bad guy 😂😂

    20. If Eric takes CEO and the office back he is absolutely kicking Steffy out with Ridge! She shares that office as Co-CEO and had nothing to do with their pissing match! Steffy was working remotely there she isn’t gone. In fact she is back on screen this week. Why should she be chucked because Eric has this crazy idea about destroying Ridge all all costs??

Eric doesn’t just want a line he wants to come back and run things. Why do you keep ignoring the fact that he financially destroyed FC at least twice??? He’s really bad at running the company. Wonderful designer but zero business sense! Seriously?? You hate Ridge so much you want Eric who is acting irrationally at best to destroy the company he founded with Stephanie?

      Delete
    21. Wtf? Who said anything about wanting Eric to destroy anything lol 😅 and Eric himself is not out to "destroy" his son. Even if he could (and he can't!) that's not what he wants. Geez. That's a gross overreaction to what we actually see on screen (what we speculate in our heads is NOT what we see).

    22. Thank you….Milla and Mmysh!!

  3. Eric is all the way about winning the show. Maybe Ridge tells him that he won. Maybe he can't manage of losing the battle 🤔

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Eric brought this on himself. He knew his hands weren't as they used to be. He also knew that RJ had never designed anything in his life. And to top it off, he has not been thinking clearly or with much clarity. I think Eric's main focus was on winning and getting back his old office than producing something winnable.

      Delete
    2. Ridge kept begging him to stop the whole thing and offered to do designs together on the Couture line, Eric refused. He wanted to destroy Ridge.

      Delete
  4. I know Ridge was excited when Brooke and RJ first walked in, but I was like "shut up, can't you see they have something serious to talk about". It's sad, but I am glad Ridge finally knows, so he can cherish what might be limited time with his father. Also I'm sure RJ is relieved that he doesn't have to keep that secret.
I agree Ridge will say Eric won. But then what happens if Eric says he wants to take over. Hopefully they can convince him to go relax, enjoy his "win". Go out on top. A drop the mic, and walk off the stage moment.

    1. Because of his sick ego
He should feel guilty because he put his father through this when eric asked for his help and he let him down with even listening or even act like he cares
And now he is the hero 🤮🤮🤮

      Delete
    2. Well that's an unfair statement. Ridge didn't put his father through anything. It was Eric and his delusions that put him in this position. I guess there's nothing to bash Thomas for these days so let's bash Ridge. I'm getting a little sick of it.

      Delete
    3. I guess elle you need to go and rewatch the episode when the first time eric came to ridge
If this is the right treatment for a father for you it’s not for me
And yeah its good i don’t see tommy these days 🤮🤮
And when its facts its not bashing
It dose not matter to me how you see it
Because for some characters you will never see it even when/if the character itself said it 😂
But what is really sickening is bashing the brook for things didn’t happened or now with the donna thing
And its so funny that ridge was a rapist in some of your comments while accusing us of like him and support him while its not true but yeah sure since that was to defend thomas talking advantage of Caroline
So i guess you need to be sick of that not the facts i wrote about

    4. Ridge didn't have the time to help Eric with his collection because he was too busy working on the collection that was already approved for production. Yeah, bad Ridge.

Bashing Liam because you don't like him saying that Steffy was always the one or for him acting the way he's acting now is okay yet we were called out for bashing Liam when he and Hope were still together and he was likeable in your eyes.

      Delete
    5. If you'll say that you don't like some characters actions, here it's always bashing 🤣 And some of characters can be bashed but not the others 😁 But it's just my opinion. I hate being so over sensitive, that I always feel sorry about other people, I don't like this at all 😪

      Delete
    6. So my own feelings I don't like 🤣

    7. All this competition was bad idea, that can make "bad blood" between father and son. But not now. I think Ridge is gonna be very caring to Eric after what he heard

      Delete
    8. As someone who is usually objective and sees all sides, I appreciate your comments, Patologi. You're very accurate when you say that some characters can be bashed while others cannot be bashed. It's like you've committed some great sin if you bash Donna or Brooke or Eric. Yet, Taylor and Steffy get the same bashing, even worse, but that's okay. I don't get what's the big deal. It's a show, for goodness sake.

    9. Eric didn’t just want a line he at 80 yrs old wants to kick out the CoCEOs for NO reason other than ego!

He was treated respectfully all these years by Ridge and Steffy. He has had NO worries at all on the direction they are taking Forrester etc.

Eric was always a terrible businessman but amazing designer. Forrester hasn’t totally recovered from the last time Eric brought it to the brink of bankruptcy again because he was arrogant etc.

Eric’s line is insanely expensive to produce and would not only remove the currently popular and successful couture line but HFTF too! Eric’s little competition just took the ENTIRE year’s budget for HFTF which is also currently and popular and profitable line!

The fact is the buyers were not wowed by Eric’s designs. So his sinking ALL of Forrester’s resources to make a costly line to the exclusion of all others, one that won’t sell very well is going to be the ruin of FC again!!!!!

But you’re right Ridge has no right to be concerned or say that Eric shouldn’t be trying to be CEO again.

NO one has questioned Eric’s place as the co-founder of Forrester or his legacy of design. That is 100% in Eric’s head!

Ridge not having the time and knowing Forrester didn’t have the current resources to give Eric a full line of his own wasn’t him being a jerk.

He offered to have Eric add designs to the current couture line.

Eric is the one demanding his own line which as was shown in the sales wouldn’t be sustainable.

I agree Ridge has shown constant concern for his father. He didn’t want the competition at all. He knows something is wrong all along.

That doesn’t mean he should agree to being summarily fired and watch Eric destroy Forrester for the sake of his ego!!

      Delete
    10. Eric was the design head while Stephanie was the business person in the company and that model worked well. Stephanie was no angel but she was a shrewd business woman and they had a successful partnership for decades.

Stephanie knew Eric was a philanderer he always was. She put up with it because he always came back to her and they kept their family together.

Eric didn’t build Forrester alone and when he took over running the company so he and Brooke could be king and queen, he lied and cheated and threw his wife out the company she was SOLE owner of for spite! All the while hiding that fact. He then proceeded to bankrupt Forrester and lost the company to Bill. Eric kept giving his Logan ex wives his Forrester shares even though they had cheated on him and used him for money.

Eric learned nothing and kept making bad decisions for the company when he got the CEO seat back.

Steffy’s shares are what got Forrester back in the hands of the Forresters again.

Steffy and Ridge with Carter’s help brought Forrester back from the brink. It’s still recovering.

So sorry I didn’t want Eric to win and drive the company back into the ground again.

I do have concerns especially when he allows his girlfriend who is an incompetent co-receptionist to make hiring decisions because people are perceived as nice. Never mind interviewing, looking at resumes, proper vetting etc.

By the way, what Eric said about being personally involved in the hiring of all interns etc shows he was being accorded proper respect as the patriarch of the company!

I think Ridge will be torn between wanting to make Eric happy and knowing that doing so will spell the end of Forrester and Ridge and Steffy being fired for NO reason! It’s an impossible situation

      Delete
    11. I bash liam not because what he is saying because of his behavior
Unlike some even murder is justified and let us blame the victim because our favorite can do no wrong
And yeah ridge the rapist in your opinion is bad but its still depends 😂😂😂😂

      Delete
    12. Elle, for the umpteenth time, this isn’t about bashing as in what we we see on the show and have opinions about. It’s about making crap up and stating it as fact. A comparable example would be me stating that Thomas is gay and I know it must be true because of the clothes he wears and the way he checks out Carter!! So therefore Thomas is GAY! Do you consider that fair bashing when I pull something out of nowhere and state it as fact?? That’s the way the Donna / Quinn thing was presented. Something was entirely made up just to make the Logan women look bad. That’s called hating just for the sake of hating.

      Delete
    13. I especially loved the Brooke is to blame for Quinn and Eric's marriage falling apart 🤣🤣😭 now that takes Logan HATE to a level even I could not imagine.

    14. Exactly just like brook agreed with finn about thomas i couldn’t believe we saw comments of brook wants finn hope
And this comments that we want this coz steffy deserve this we never wrote that or even thought of

    15. Oh, you mean like when y'all say that Thomas is going to be jealous of RJ? Or when y'all say that Thomas will revert to his bad behaviour soon, even though we are seeing no signs of it.

Or when y'all say that Steffy wants Liam back based on kisses that Liam initiated, even though Steffy told him, in no uncertain terms that she is married and he needs to go home to his wife?

  5. Apparently Eric’s condition was misdiagnosed who knows what the writers will show that’s what I read anyway it was wrong results against Eric and he might live and needs a transplant and Shelia saves him , don’t no what to believe until you watch it for yourself I guess

  8. How much Donna loves Eric. Pfftt. Didn't she do the dirty on him when they were married? What happened to the shares that were given to her as divorce "spoils"? If she loved him so much she could have declined them but instead grabs them and sells them. Quinn was put down because of her affair with Carter. Does anyone remember how and why that affair started? Because of Eric's ego in not telling Quinn of his ED. This was long before the affair with Carter. If he had been truthful maybe there would be no Eric and Donna now. I've never heard of ED being "cured" by a roll in the hay by an ex bimbo. Quinn may have had her quirks like trying to get Ridge and what's her name together but she wasn't sleeping around on Eric at that stage. Quinn left town with nothing but what she earned herself. She was no gold digger. Wonder how much Donna will make out of it this time around?

    1. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Quinn also loved Eric dearly but to hear it being told, she was never devoted to Eric. Why? Simply because she was not liked. But were they called out for their unfair comments about Quinn? No.

      Delete
    2. Quinn made some action at the show 😃 Exciting things sometimes

      Delete
    3. Brava!!! The main cause of issues for Quin and Wric was actually Brooke hating on her. Telling her she wasn’t good enough for Eric. Trying to throw her from her own home etc. Brooke always hated Quinn and more than anything she can’t stand that Eric loved her so much because Brooke wanted to be Eric’s great love.

Brooke physically attacked poor Shauna etc and went on an outright campaign to have Quinn run out of LA for NO reason other than her belief that Quinn was beneath her! It kicked off the whole Shauna Ridge thing.

Katie and then Donna threw themselves at Eric way before he and Quinn had any issues.

The fact is I feel bad for Ridge. I’m sick of hearing how arrogant he is. The fact is he is a mini Eric. He emulated his father and was a womaniser etc just like Daddy!

Eric doesn’t just want the line he is demanding the CEO back and wants to turf Ridge and Steffy out of their company that they jointly own majority shares in!

Eric bankrupted Forrester more than once for his Logan ex wives and lost the company because of his arrogance and mismanagement. Steffy and Rudy earned their places and have been doing a great job running the place and it is finally recovering. It’s not there yet. Again, Eric’s demand for his own line etc has taken away the full budget from HFTF which is currently a very successful line. Not to mention Eric’s old school designs were not what the buyers wanted!!! Ridge’s sold out Eric’s didn’t. Eric’s are super costly and will put Forrester back in the home again.

Eric winning isn’t just his designs winning it means Eric destroying Forrester financially and the livelihood of thousands of employees with it!

How is that honouring his legacy?? Eric isn’t being rational. And whether or he is actually dying his judgement is clearly impaired!

Ridge is going to struggle with wanting Eric to have his legacy line and knowing it means financial ruin for Forrester if he does.

Think about it. Eric’s parting gift will be to fire Ridge and Steffy just so he can sit in the CEO office again! He will watch the company he built with Stephanie crumble while he gloats!

  9. RJ mentioned that Eric had TIA strokes. Here are some symptoms...

    People may experience:
Muscular: difficulty walking, muscle weakness, problems with coordination, or weakness of one side of the body
Whole body: feeling faint, light-headedness, or vertigo
Speech: slurred speech or impaired voice
Visual: blurred vision or vision loss
    Facial: muscle weakness or numbness
Also common: difficulty swallowing, mental confusion, or reduced sensation of touch

    1. Thanks for the info. So maybe the strokes are happening too frequently? Is that why he's dying?

    3. The tremors haven’t been explained etc. I’ve seen TIAs first hand but Eric isn’t really presenting like that. His coughing up blood constantly doesn’t fit that either. He would have multiple things going on.

This storyline is so dumb and as usual the writers don’t do their due diligence 🙄🙄🙄
