Luna should stop defending zande
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't matter if he knew she was impaired or not. The bottom line is, he KNEW that Luna was his cousin's girl!! And never should have had sex with her!!
Brava 100% agree!!! I think part of her defense is coming from her auntie Li who told her she would ruin RJ’s life etc just like her mother. Luna is blaming herself instead of Zende!
DeleteRJ was 100% correct that Zende never respected their relationship that he constantly hit on Luna and knew exactly what he was doing, even though Luna didn’t. Whether or not she was lucid, Zende should have walked away, ring RJ to come get Luna and left it there. Zende jumped at the chance to sleep with Luna!
She literally told him early that evening, and every other time he tried it on with her that she loved RJ and was committed to him and their relationship.
Zende is a dog. Carter was easy on him because Carter had done something very similar himself. So he couldn’t act too judgmental.
DeleteThere is definitely a guy code, but Zende had zero regard for that! And it was even more important that he respect RJ & Luna’s relationship because they are actually family! Zende has been trying to get at Luna for months. And that’s why RJ punched him. Zende deserves exactly what he gets!
The Hope spilling her guts to Liam was anticlimactic. No more sure what the future holds for Hope and Thomas than I was before I watched that scene.
BS to this crap with guy code. Carter knew to give Zende shit. He started to then hit the brakes.

Agree 100%! Zende KNEW about Luna and RJ, he shouldn't have continued it when she was in his bed. He should have asked questions like: What about RJ? I thought you were together? It might have woken Luna up from her minty haze and realized it wasn|t RJ, but Zende. She would have been mortified, but still none of them would have done anything wrong. It could have prevented this whole thing. But instead, Zende pushing for weeks/months to try to get with Luna, blinded him when she was laying there in his bed. He did like a lot of men, didn't think with his big head, but his smaller one.

@ Big fan, I think Carter should have been much harder on Zende than he was. Carter spent about 15 seconds of his talk with Zende focusing on Zende’s part in all this. And it deserved a hell of a lot more than that! And as soon as Carter started to barely come down on Zende, Carter stopped and said…..”Well, you don’t need to hear this from me man.” Actually Carter, yes, Zende most certainly does need to hear this from you and pretty much every single person at FC. I hope this causes major problems for Zende and his future position with the company. Zende STILL has feelings for Luna, even after everything that’s happened! And it was just recently that he told her he’s waiting for her if things with RJ don’t work out!! He 1,000% has broken the guy code and just about every other code that exists on being an upstanding human being!! Zende is a complete 🐍🐍🐍!!

ReplyDeleteOkay, I'm in the minority based on what I've read so far, but I don't think Zende is a dog or some sexual predator. Luna was awake, lucid, and able to communicate. It wasn't like she was passed out. He thought 'finally, she's into me'. It would be different if he heard her call him RJ. Then that would have let him know there was something wrong with her. I think he was genuinely sorry it happened. But I understand RJ being furious at him. I hope RJ and Luna can make it through this.

DeleteZende knows according to him and how he speaks about Luna that Luna is not the type of wh@re to ditch her adoring boyfriend at a party, and sneak across the courtyard to crawl in bed and have sex with a man she never dated and to whom she had said "No thanks" many times.
That insulting, degrading opinion of her that night is one reason she should stop defending the guy.
Zende should have at least asked some questions: "I thought you loved RJ?
He is just across the courtyard.
Are you sure you want to do this? Now?" It would have let both of them know something was terribly wrong. Instead, he jumped her bones, no questions asked.
Luna keeping the secret from RJ was her only betrayal.
RJ had a right to know immediately, and certainly before she had sex with him two days later.
RJ has a right to feel betrayed about that. Luna also did not tell RJ that since the encounter, Zende has continued to sniff around Luna and hit on her and ask her to be his girl if RJ ends it, or even if he doesn't like being with him ( zande ) its more of a win for her
So knowing she was drugged and knowing she is devastated and uncomfortable with him, and he still trying to come at her this behavior is predatory NOW, if it wasn't that night. That is the other reason she should stop defending him.
Luna showed some really great acting when crying to RJ, the actress is really great. RJ not so much 😅 his angry face was so funny. And the barging in and the punch 🤣🙈
ReplyDeleteWell well well… Hope admitting that her Thomas madness was in fact very influenced by wanting to rebel and not be like Brooke. Still it was kind of lame to share her soul-searching with Liam of all people. The man who until 1 year ago was the husband she was going home to. It can't be easy to hear this from her. I almost wished he would respond with "ah and I've been thinking about how much I want to be with Steffy and will keep showing up at hers to try my luck". Good for him wanting to be a dad, I don't know if it will make for any good storylines though.
I wish Poppy would stop popping up, she's so useless.
DeleteWhen Hope said she was questioning a lot of things lately, Liam said "Yeah, like the guy you defended for his stability skipped town as soon as you wouldn't commit fast enough."
Hope ignored that and said she questioned her own behavior and the reasons behind it.
the man Hope was "drawn to" because he adored only her would not respect her feelings enough to give her the very reasonable time she needed before making a lifetime commitment.He took their son and left the country and quit her line. It is hard not to see that as punitive more than protecting his heart.
you know I think the relationship was unhealthy and sick for a woman to be attracted to her predator, her child's abuser, the man who kept her baby from her to get in her pants,
the sociopath who smiled when a woman died and left her to die alone, etc.,

Another point Hope said she never wanted to be like her mother,
she meant in terms of accepting a man with a divided heart.
but how about not wanting to be like her mother in terms of cheating or unhealthy, inappropriate relationships? She rebelled against one aspect of her mother's history, behavior and choices by embracing her mother's worse traits to do it.

It was sad watching a once-strong, healthy, stable relationship between two people who seemed matched by their core natures, principled, decent, compassionate, kind broken and ruined and reduced to two people who have been trashed and who seem lost,

It was nice to hear Liam admit to his fatal flaw of waffling....AND nice to hear a character in this show realizes it is not only fine, but healthy, to be SINGLE and find fulfillment outside of a romantic connection.
I have a feeling that maybe Scott is leaving because Finding himself is the same excuse for leaving that Wyatt gave Bill before Darin left.

Yes, she will always be tainted in my eyes too. It was so disgusting to me to hear her say she has completely forgiven (which must equate to “forgotten” as far as she is concerned) the fact that Thomas lied about Beth and participated in keeping her child from her.

Which ever way you want to take Hope's confession to Liam, it is fantasy land, but she did admit she loves him and it wasn't rebellious or meant as pay back to Liam. She wanted to make that point. No matter what everyone else thoughts were, she truly does love him. That's my story and sticking to it. 🙂

She did tell Liam she had feelings for Thomas and that she loved him. But you clearly missed her rebellion comment, or however she worded it. She literally admitted it.

Yes she did say again she truly loves him. But apparently not enough to want to marry him. And please people don't come again with "not that you guys have to eat your words in the future when whatever happens". Nobody knows what the future is, it is based on lazy writers mood that can never make me eat anything. Plus all of us have made "mistakes" in their predictions because guess what - guessing right the show is not the point of it. I'm looking at right now and happy about no more Thope on my screen.

DeleteIt's still the fact that he didn't ask her, what about RJ? That might have snapped her out of it, instead of hopping right into bed with her. He knew they were still together when she left the party. I think RJ will eventually forgive her. Zende no chance.

So Poppy just stopped taking her mints. I don't know for how long she had been taking them, but I am assuming for a long time and on a regular basis. And now she acts like her usual self (other than realizing she shouldn't try to stop Luna from telling RJ the truth). Like it's that easy to stop using drugs.
