CC exactly. After the company returned to the Forresters, Ridge had a choice and chose Taylor, then accepted her engagement; no one forced him. He was the one who betrayed her. How narcissistic and selfish do you have to be to leave your fiancée and then marry the person who destroyed his daughter and son's family on the same day? And that line about Steffy and Thomas being adults and not being able to influence him. Steffy didn't force him into a relationship with Taylor, and Thomas wasn't even in town at the time.

Lynn I agree on some points but where I disagree is that Ridge sees his son struggling, is worried for him and marries Brooke on the exact day he dumps Taylor? This is on Ridge but as a woman who loves a man you have to try to love their kids so Brooke shouldve put Ridge on pause since he has no sense. Taylor also should've seen this coming. But I will say….Thomas was in attack mode toward Brooke before he even realized they had gotten married. Thomas has it in for Brooke. I don’t see that ever changing. And Brooke was trying to be calm and understanding. But Thomas wasn’t having it.

DeleteWow! That was an intense and entertaining episode! One of those episodes that you are upset when it ends. You want another 30 minutes. Thomas has lost his mind! He might need some medication, or in-patient psychiatric treatment. Who knows what he would have done to Brooke if Ridge had not come in. What if Brooke had been the building alone. Taylor needs to contact some of her psychiatrist colleagues ASAP to get that guy some help. Preferably away from LA. Maybe Switzerland or Hungary. And I am so over Steffy and Thomas quoting their grandmother Stephanie referring to Brooke as the "slut from the valley". They always forget that the women bonded and had a tender moment as Stephanie was dying. And for a short time not too long ago Brooke and Taylor were friends. And I loved that. I wish the writers had kept that going. It was fun to watch.
