Technically the files for divorce prolly are processed so Hope has no legal rights. Thomas is gone be found unfit and Douglas will be hanging in the balance until Ridge takes temporary custody.
Why would they need to get permission from Ridge? It wasn't him the crime was perpetrated on..... Would make more sense to go to Hope, Stephy & Liam, in my opinion...... But Ridge because. .......???

YOU GO BROOKE!!! Brooke is 100% right. Psycho-Thomas needs be away from Douglas until he has his head checked, and everyone that has a different opinion they're just dumb! We are talking about a psychopath that terorised, used and abondoned (when the truth came out) his 5 year old son...set aside all the lies, the fact that he murdered Emma and all his past actions. He is incompetent of taking care a child at this moment. He first needs to enter a psychatric facility (since he didn't end up in jail) and then be with his son For Christ's sake....can't everyone see that??
I don't see how they let flow out. She falsefied documents. They both can't walk lol only on tvđ. I would go back to that hotel room. Flow is a target staying there. Wyatt looked like deer in head lights when he saw Flow. đđ He better not, Sally knows how to use a gun!
Brooke should kick Ridge to the curb. However she can not keep Thomas away from Douglas.
