Unknown like I said Brooke got drunk because once again someone had to interfere in her life. The psycho Sheila who doesn't have to handle things the way she does. She put everything in motion knowing Brooke's problem with alcohol. I don't condone the way Deacon and Brooke were acting, but alcohol does cause people to act differently. Deacon could have pushed harder for Brooke to stop drinking. The kids should have never happened, but Deacon wasn't so drunk and he should have left. Brooke should tell Ridge what happened, but he will automatically flip out and run to Taylor telling her everything and not taking into consideration what led to all if it. I don't take away from Shiela being to blame for setting things in motion, but like Taylor said to Steffy handle Sheila carefully because she is unpredictable. So it was set in motion from the day they fought. Unfortunately Sheila doesn't fight fair. This is also why Ridge wanted Deacon to stay away because trouble follows him. Now Taylor, literally hasn't done a SINGLE thing to Brooke since being back. All she's done is console the father of her children, who the writers have decided to emphasise to us that they are really great friends and have a great relationship. It's convenient that Hope now clarifies that that's Ridge's home to where as not so long ago she was reminding us that Ridge was kicking her off "her" mother's property. She also hated how Ridge wasn't supporting "Brooke" when she needed her mom to support her relationship with Deacon and now has the nerve to demand that Taylor stay away whereas she didn't give Ridge the same courtesy when he asked that she keeps Deacon away from him and Brooke. Barge into other people's homes throwing around accusations then demand that they stay away. Poor Taylor. She looked dumbfounded at what was spewing out of Hope's mouth. To be honest, so was I! First, Brooke paid Taylor a visit and now, here comes Hope. All this shows is just how insecure they both are about their stolen and made up families.
@Maddy, Ridge chose Taylor over Brooke when he married her and had a family with them. He found Taylor on an island and proposed to her right then and there leaving Brooke behind in the dust! Brooke lied and manipulated for many years to have Ridge back. As for Hope.... yes, Steffy did "steal" Liam away from Hope in the beginning but after that, Liam continued to choose Steffy over Hope simply because HE FELL IN LOVE WITH HER. He did it time and time again. Even with that last betrayal with Steffy. When he thought he saw Hope kissing Thomas, he made a beeline straight to Steffy's because Liam has never been able to get Steffy off his mind or out of his heart. Remember, he did not just sleep with Steffy, he told her that he still loved her and wanted her back. Steffy is the one that turned him down and told him that they cannot tell anyone because she did not want to lose Finn. The only reason Liam returned to Hope was because Steffy did not want him. Brooke and Hope KNOW that their current family foundations are shaky and can crumble at any moment. With Taylor being back, Brooke knew that that was a huge crack in her family foundation and Hope is well aware that Liam can leave her and return to Steffy at any time which is why she shared her insecurities to Finn when Liam and Steffy were spending so much time together with Kelly. And while Sheila would have done what she did to get Brooke drinking again, Brooke shouldn't be questioning why she got the urge to drink. Instead she should remember that she got into Sheila's face when she had no right to. She should also do some self reflection and look deep down inside in order to face the fact that Taylor returning to LA is what is causing her undue stress and therefore the need to take a drink was birthed. Sheila's little switcheroo only hastened what would have eventually happened, which is Brooke drowning her sorrows in alcohol out of her insecurities about Taylor being back.
I like how Paris' mother is giving her a little pep talk about maturity and choosing the right man for the future and not because of what she may be feeling now. It's wise advice and I hope the little girl listens to her mama because I don't think I can stomach watching Paris and Carter together. Just like with Thomas, it makes Carter look like a pedophile being wrapped up in the arms of this child!
I love Carter but he is being a hypocrite. He was so angry at the fact that Zoe and Zende were exploring their feelings for each other behind his back but yet, here he is doing the same thing in reverse. If he is such a stand up guy, he should come clean with Zende and let him know that Quinn told him about the plan to propose to Paris. He should also let him know that he was the one that told Paris about the proposal and try to explain to Zende why he told her, based on the conversation that he and Paris had. It's unfair to stand there and listen to Zende wonder if there is another man in Paris' life when he can answer that question outright. And Zende, why can't a young girl like Paris want to remain unmarried without it having to do with another man? She put everything in motion knowing Brooke's problem with alcohol. I don't condone the way Deacon and Brooke were acting, but alcohol does cause people to act differently. Deacon could have pushed harder for Brooke to stop drinking. The kids should have never happened, but Deacon wasn't so drunk and he should have left. DeleteI don't take away from Shiela being to blame for setting things in motion, but like Taylor said to Steffy handle Sheila carefully because she is unpredictable. So it was set in motion from the day they fought. Unfortunately Sheila doesn't fight fair. This is also why Ridge wanted Deacon to stay away because trouble follows him. Now Taylor, literally hasn't done a SINGLE thing to Brooke since being back. All she's done is console the father of her children, who the writers have decided to emphasise to us that they are really great friends and have a great relationship. If it were Brooke speaking to Ridge, you probably wouldn't see anything wrong with that.

ReplyDeleteAll if you can say what you want. I've already commented on Brooke telling Ridge what happebed. As far As Taylor goes Brooke isn't in love with Deacon like Taylor is with Ridge. Taylor can't be objective and won't be. And the difference with Hope is that she just wanted everyone to get along. She wasn't trying to push Deacon and Brooke together in a relationship like Steffy is. She also didn't want there to be problems between Ridge and Brooke because of her dad. Steffy doesn't care about causing trouble between Brooke and Ridge. Too many of you don't look at the extremes that Steffy has gone to compared to Brooke or Hope. She thinks she can tell everyone how things should be right down to her husband. He should be able to do what he wants concerning his relationship with Shelia. He can find things out on his own and handle them as he chooses. Just like Steffy brings up Deacons past and what he's done. She tells Hope and Brooke what they should do, but can't listen to her husband and let him make his own choices. Yeah Sheila is psycho, but she is Finn's mom and he has a right to make his own decisions. The point here is everyone doesn't have to be so judgemental about Brooke when Steffy has been rotten in the past too. And Taylor and Ridge had issues when they were together too so she's no saint either. Like I said the big difference is how people choose to handle things. Barge into other people's homes throwing around accusations then demand that they stay away. Poor Taylor. She looked dumbfounded at what was spewing out of Hope's mouth. To be honest, so was I! First, Brooke paid Taylor a visit and now, here comes Hope. All this shows is just how insecure they both are about their stolen and made up families.
@Maddy, Ridge chose Taylor over Brooke when he married her and had a family with them. He found Taylor on an island and proposed to her right then and there leaving Brooke behind in the dust! Brooke lied and manipulated for many years to have Ridge back. As for Hope.... yes, Steffy did "steal" Liam away from Hope in the beginning but after that, Liam continued to choose Steffy over Hope simply because HE FELL IN LOVE WITH HER. He did it time and time again. Even with that last betrayal with Steffy. When he thought he saw Hope kissing Thomas, he made a beeline straight to Steffy's because Liam has never been able to get Steffy off his mind or out of his heart. Remember, he did not just sleep with Steffy, he told her that he still loved her and wanted her back. Steffy is the one that turned him down and told him that they cannot tell anyone because she did not want to lose Finn. The only reason Liam returned to Hope was because Steffy did not want him. Brooke and Hope KNOW that their current family foundations are shaky and can crumble at any moment. With Taylor being back, Brooke knew that that was a huge crack in her family foundation and Hope is well aware that Liam can leave her and return to Steffy at any time which is why she shared her insecurities to Finn when Liam and Steffy were spending so much time together with Kelly. And while Sheila would have done what she did to get Brooke drinking again, Brooke shouldn't be questioning why she got the urge to drink. Instead she should remember that she got into Sheila's face when she had no right to. She should also do some self reflection and look deep down inside in order to face the fact that Taylor returning to LA is what is causing her undue stress and therefore the need to take a drink was birthed. Sheila's little switcheroo only hastened what would have eventually happened, which is Brooke drowning her sorrows in alcohol out of her insecurities about Taylor being back.
I like how Paris' mother is giving her a little pep talk about maturity and choosing the right man for the future and not because of what she may be feeling now. It's wise advice and I hope the little girl listens to her mama because I don't think I can stomach watching Paris and Carter together. Just like with Thomas, it makes Carter look like a pedophile being wrapped up in the arms of this child!
I love Carter but he is being a hypocrite. He was so angry at the fact that Zoe and Zende were exploring their feelings for each other behind his back but yet, here he is doing the same thing in reverse. If he is such a stand up guy, he should come clean with Zende and let him know that Quinn told him about the plan to propose to Paris. He should also let him know that he was the one that told Paris about the proposal and try to explain to Zende why he told her, based on the conversation that he and Paris had. It's unfair to stand there and listen to Zende wonder if there is another man in Paris' life when he can answer that question outright. And Zende, why can't a young girl like Paris want to remain unmarried without it having to do with another man? I would never understand why a man would think that because the woman does not want to marry him, that it must be because she is interested in another man.

Steffy has been trying to manipulate her mother and Ridge into being a "happy family." WHO DOES THAT? Who tries to convince their parents into being together when the other parent is married?
