Now, let's see how Ridge reacts if Deacon has a relationship with Taylor, I hope she can tell Ridge where to go.

To be fair Ridge and Taylor were very happily married. Brooke’s machinations to break them up didn’t work until after Taylor “died”. Ridge truly loved Taykor and he was the love of her life. Bfan, he has always been a player.. always, the worst actually.. I couldn’t stand ridge when ronn moss played him, but I think half of that was because I couldn’t stand ronn moss himself.. he wasn’t a far cry from his character.. he was a ladies man and thought he was all that and plus some!! He put a lot of himself into his character.. arrogant too!! When TK took over, I started to like him a bit more.. TK managed to make ridge a bit more likeable somehow.. but after everything he just put Taylor through and leading her on, and he did, to do this.. and the writers were very lazy on him breaking the news to her.. it was quick, blunt and cold.. she deserved much better than that..
Colly I agree. I couldn’t stick Ridge or RM. TK definitely has brought some warmth and humanity to the character. That being said, Ridge was a complete git to Taylor and I hope she sees him for the selfish tosser he is. Really he and Brooke are the mirror of each other. She’s meaner and more self centred though. She deliberately hurts others whereas Ridge is more of a “I’m so clueless that my self centred was is destroying someone else who truly cares about me”. Brooke was cold to Deacon too, especially after she leaned so heavily on him for support and ego boosting!
Ridge was very cold in his communication to Taylor and I wanted to slap Brooke for her snarky, gloating, ugly comments. I never knew what Ridge saw in her?? She’s mean and manipulative and devoid of any empathy for others.
