Absolutely Lazy writing indeed, it's actually frustrating. Lol Brooke LOVES getting her ego stroked lol. Look, I understand the show needs Drama, but we can not have the same Drama again. Maybe they could have Brooke fall for Eric all over again, and have her going after another sisters man (Poor Donna). I mean it's not far fetched, Eric loves Brooke, and clearly if Brooke can sit and reminisce with her Sister's baby daddy over their life together, it is clearly not above her to do it again. And her line with Eric would be "I had him first" (now that Stephanie is no longer here), or how about another clumsy Brooke moment with her and Liam. Or let's get another Hope and Wyatt back together again story. Or her all of the sudden wanting Thomas... I will take ANY OTHER drama at this point, over this Brooke, Ridge, Taylor story again.
Brooke really can't help herself. She just had a close call with Deacon, now here she is sitting and reminiscing with Bill in the home she shares with her husband. Who does that? I always say that Brooke will never learn. "Oops, it was a mistake" is the story of her life.
@BBfan101 I have watched Bill with Li and to me I didn't see that he was interested in her but more of being friendly to her. Even though Bill is trying to get back with Katie, he still carries a torch for Brooke, as he has shown today. Katie just can't trust Bill's intentions; she still believes that he still has feelings for Brooke, and he has shown that today as well. These writers are pathetic they have gone not just to laziness, but stupidity. Don't you ever wonder if Bradley Bell is doing this as an intention to shut down the soap program.

Look i am definitely not for Brooke BUTTTTTT, i always hated how they made Ridge the male "damsel in distress" bla bla bla. This man played these women so much. Standing up Taylor to "be there for Brooke", ditching Brooke to be there for "Taylor". And now it's back to oh poor Ridge he is not happy. If the writers did not kill off Taylors character so many times, I doubt this would be an issue because he always ended up with Brooke, every time Taylor "died". Which says a lot.
I think Taylor said it perfectly! Ridge loves 2 women. And this is why he acts the way he does always bouncing from one to the next.
He acts like a damsel in distress because it's how both women have treated him over the years. Brooke was always in his head about Taylor not being right for him for whatever reason and Taylor does the same thing. It is never "I deserve better than a man who continuously goes back and forth between 2 women." Instead, it is always Ridge being a victim of the woman he is currently with.
Absolutely Elle, and that is what frustrates me about the writers... I wonder why the b&b female writer don't interject because for so long, this show has dogged the female characters but never held the men to the same standard. They always excuse their behaviour and make them out to be the victims, the only male character who always gets heat is Thomas, the others get forgiven so quickly.

Speaking of Bill, I hate how he claims Katie is the love of his life, and is the woman who understands him best, yet every opportunity he gets with brook, he says the same thing to her.. He has tried many times to get brook back, it wasn’t that long ago he was asking Hope to pitch for him, when the kiss with Deacon and him sleeping in his bed happened..
But, I will say this, even though I can’t stand brook, it does annoy me that he can be affectionate with Taylor, but brook can’t give a simple hug to one of her exes.. HOWEVER, having said that, it’s also understandable why, because he is always on guard, if it might turn into more, which happens a lot, and that’s her own fault, and she has brought that on herself, through her behaviour over the years...
I don’t like Ridge, never really have, although when Ronn Moss left, who I could not stand one iota, Ridge became a little more likeable, but the writers, clearly are biased to the men on the show.. Add to that, they are lazy, and @Elizabeth made a very good point, and I have actually wondered the very same thing for a long time now, is that Bell Jnr, is purposely trying to get the show to fail.. But , I also think they are scrambling to come up with anything imaginative and are going back through old episodes where rating were at there highest, and are re doing those characters and story lines.. That’s why they brought Taylor, Deacon, Sheila back.. Then, basically, just cut and paste, or twist the dialogue around, or their favourite thing to do is, repeat, repeat, repeat..

Technically Brooke has always been second choice because Ridge always went after Taylor (Brooke always went after Ridge) and he only ended up with Brooke because Taylor's character was always being killed off (Morroco, then the shooting), each time it happened he was married to Taylor and ended up with Brooke because he thought Taylor was dead. So i don't know if one could really consider that being his first choice. But go off lol. I do agree that he should stay with Brooke and their stressful relationship and have Taylor find a new love, because this back and forth between the three is annoying.

Taylor did get engaged to Rick without even really loving him... never acknowledged to Phoebe and only apologized once Phoebe confronted her crying "he was my first boyfriend, mom". Taylor has been with Eric, Thorne (multiple times, why didn't they stick?), Nick, Rick... That's what makes people hate on Steffy - because she makes it like her mom is the perfect one who never did those men while she did them alright. AND because she's high and mighty when she's cheated herself on Liam and on Finn getting pregnant.
I recently watched some episodes after it was presumed Thomas and Brooke slept together (he lied) and Taylor was so appalled saying even Brooke molested (?!) him. While few years armier she was ENGAGED to Brooke's son! I know it's nothing to do with the current episodes, but I think what "Logan fans" can always throw in "Taylor's fans" face is this hipocricy she and her daughter share, not acknowledging their own mistakes. It's one thing to make them, all characters do, another to just pass judgment pretending one is better when they are not.
@M The reason the past 'mistakes' are not acknowledged is because they weren't mistakes. Every relationship Taylor had with Eric, Rick, Nick etc. was WHILE SHE WAS SINGLE. This is unlike Brooke who purposely went after people's husbands then cheated on them, all the while exclaiming that it was a mistake. She's the queen of 'oopsies' for sure.
I love how Steffy cheating twice and with her father in law ( unforgivable apparently) is thrown up all the time . Both times she was pursued by Spencer men! She wasn’t chasing them, with Bill she literally told him to leave multiple times and he refused. Got her drunk and pushed her and pushed her knowing she was devastated about Liam making out with Sally more than once! Liam was also told to go home and talk to Hope. He lied to her and stayed at Steffy’s. However we are never ever allowed to talk about all the men Brooke pursued, tricked, manipulated, stole from their spouses, fiancés, girlfriends etc. Brooke hunted other women's men because she could. She slept with her husband’s sons, brothers, half brothers, slept with her sister’s husband, her daughter’s husbands including stealing one directly following her daughter’s miscarriage!!! Those were no oopsies or accidents or drunken mistakes. Those were cold calculated affairs!!! Brooke never cared who got hurt, never cared whose marriage or life was destroyed including her own husband or partner she was cheating on!

Hope listened to what Steffy had to say and, I believe, she was processing everything in her head and now understands Steffy and Thomas' feelings about everything. Hope cannot defend any of Brooke's past actions and despite coming there to put a stop to Steffy badmouthing her mother, she just had no defense after listening to Steffy.
@Colly Hope was living with Liam who was still married to Steffy. When her fans started bashing her on social media, she could not take it. She started using drugs and eventually had to see a psychiatrist. All the while, Liam was busy tearing up the divorce papers that Steffy had already signed. Lol. Poor Hopeless was planning a wedding with Liam while he was living it up in Aspen with Steffy. Yet people like to insist that Liam belonged to Hope when, in fact, Liam fell in love with Steffy and it was Hope who? Liam married Steffy 3 times, twice despite Hope's objections. He only ended up married to Hope this time around 1) because she was pregnant and he was obligated to after being badgered by Hope and Brooke and 2) because Steffy told him she did not want him anymore.
Sometimes, actually quite commonly, people fall in love more than once and with different people. It's old fashioned and unrealistic to expect couples to stay together forever. I feel some of you don't understand this concept.

It was less than a month ago when Ridge was shaking Bill’s hand and telling him he owed him for rescuing Finn and flying him all the way to Monte Carlo. So his “nemesis” really isn’t his nemesis. And to that point, Taylor is Brooke’s nemesis…yet there are zero rules or boundaries surrounding that cluster!!! Ridge just hates everyone. That’s not Brooke’s problem.
All of Brooke's other husbands worshipped her indeed, but instead of loving them back, she was too busy trying to get Ridge to notice her. She eventually became saddled with him so she should not complain now. She always knew where Ridge's heart really was.
If Ridge was in a secret meeting with Taylor, then Brooke was also in a secret meeting with Bill. The only difference is, Brooke got caught! Despite that, Ridge has reason not to trust when Bill and Brooke are alone together just like Brooke does not trust when Ridge and Taylor are alone together. The hypocrisy is Brooke continuing to blame Taylor for what Ridge does when Ridge is the one she needs to take issue with. Taylor did not commit to Brooke, Ridge did!
And if Bill is no longer Ridge's nemesis because he found Li then took Finn to Steffy, then Liam should not look at Thomas as his enemy. Instead, he should remember that if it wasn't for Thomas, he would still be in prison. Rather than obsess about Thomas obsessing about Hope, he should accept that all Thomas wants is for Hope to be happy, even if it is with Liam.
I believe Ridge’s heart is really with Brooke. And based on what I read I think my belief is going to be proven true. Brooke has not been hanging out or going to parties with Bill. Him showing up at Brooke’s unannounced isn’t even remotely comparable. You know that’s true no matter what you say here. Now as far as Liam and Thomas are concerned, Liam doesn’t trust that Thomas has changed. I don’t either. And I think we viewers are about to see that based on Steffy’s and Thomas’s scheming toward the end of Friday’s show. Bill may have a slight agenda with Brooke, but as we can all see, Brooke wants Ridge back and is not interested in Bill. I hope that changes. I hope after Ridge pledges his love to Brooke, she then dumps him!! He deserves NO woman. He’s a pompous ass!!!
And while I believe Ridge is ultimately responsible for any inappropriate interactions with Taylor, Taylor has responsibilities as well. She should absolutely not be pursuing a married man. It would be different if Ridge and Brooke were legally separated and in the process of ending their marriage. But that is not the case!! How many times have the Forrester fans complained about Brooke throwing herself at a married man? About ten thousand times! 🤣🤣🤣🤣. But when Taylor does it, then it’s everyone’s fault except Taylor’s??!! Not buying it for a second!
The OP was being specific to Ridge going over to Taylor's when she stated that "Ridge just came from a secret meeting with Taylor." I took that to mean that Ridge did not divulge to Brooke that he was with Taylor hence it being a secret. I was merely stating that if that is to be considered a secret meeting then Brooke was also having a secret meeting with Bill since she also did not divulge to Ridge that she was with Bill. Not sure what "hanging out or going to parties with Bill" has to do with Ridge and Brooke having secret meetings on that specific day.
Liam has not trusted that Thomas has changed? He sure trusted him enough when he was in prison and asked Thomas to take care of Hope and the kids. Back then he believed in a changed Thomas. When Hope found Thomas at SP after Justin had locked him up, he told Hope what Vinny did so that she can go to Baker to let him know that Liam did not run over Vinny. Liam was rather grateful for what Thomas did because he knew Thomas had every opportunity to be with Hope. He seemed to believe in a changed Thomas back then. Now, all of a sudden, he doesn't trust Thomas? If that's the case, then Ridge also has every right to question Bill being at his home. And given Brooke's penchant for defending her ex-lovers, he also has every right to question Brooke's motives.
Regarding Brooke, the "Forrester fans" don't complain about Brooke throwing herself at married men, we complain that she throws herself at them, disrespects their marriage and sleeps with them. Taylor telling Ridge that he will never be happy with Brooke is a far cry from Brooke's behaviour. I reiterate that Ridge is the one that committed to Brooke because he is the one that has initiated kisses with Taylor every single time.
I do remember Taylor, having a lot of self respect and pushing ridge away many times when he kissed her or had any advances towards her.. She did not do what brook would have done if the roles were reversed!! brook would have jumped in that bed like a frog desperate for a meal!! And I think some forget that Ridge moved back in to take care of brook with her ankle.. he has not put his wedding ring back on and he has not slept with her yet, despite all her “let me show you why you love me” moments!!
That's correct Colly. Taylor did not want to be a rebound however, things have shifted and Ridge is no longer running to Taylor as a rebound.
To be honest, Ridge may not have fully re-committed to Brooke but, as he likes to remind his children, he is still married to her. He needs to respect his marriage just as much as Brooke has to. Brooke kissed Deacon and Ridge kissed Taylor. They both have to do better if they want their marriage to work otherwise, they are just beating an old horse and it would be best if they do go their separate ways.

She slept with his family members to get him jealous, tried to threaten Taylor to stay away from him, tried to keep his son away from him... she did everything in the book to get Ridge to view her as an option, the right option.
Taylor does not want to be an option, which is why she rejected his advances when Ridge first walked out on Brooke. However, Ridge is now remembering what he had with Taylor and he has stated that their kiss in Monaco was more to him than them just being caught up in the moment. When he makes his final decision, it will not be him taking the next best option because he can't get what he wants from Brooke, it's because he would have taken the last number of months to think and really consider what and who he wants in his future with him.
@Hilary That is definitely NOT true of Steffy. Steffy told Liam, in no uncertain terms, that she is done with his back and forth between her and Hope. She is not going to fight for him anymore. That's why she told him to go be with Hope even though Liam wanted to talk and work things out. She said no and she has stood by that no.

Well, I was talking to Rose, however, all I can say is, Oh my, you have such a great imagination.. I am unsure if you missed anything today or yesterday?? But, I will say, if Ridge loved brook soooo much, and she is his destiny, then WHY, is he telling Taylor he loves her , not once, but over and over and over, and even prior to today, he has said it.. Almost EVERY time he is with her, he pretty much tells her how he really feels about her.. He RESPECTS every word she says to him and how much she cares about him, and what a difference to his life she makes, and made in the past.. Why, because even if Taylor was not there, he knows brook has never cared much for his “other” family and would not have given him the same level of support he needed at a time like that..

@M, like I said earlier today, in response to you lovely, the original producer was William Bell, and the show was awesome, until he died , which was in 2005.. you, yourself stated it was that year when the tables turned with the Ridge, Taylor, brook triangle.. and yes, you are correct, because that is the same year that Williams son Bradley Bell, took over the show.. and since then, bit by bit, the show started to go downhill, and history was rewritten..
many many people have noted that over the years since he took over.. So now he has basically driven the show into the ground, so much so that, there has been talk in recent years that it might be axed, and add to that , it would be pretty hard to guess that the show, if you were new to watching, was even about a fashion house.. how long has it been since the last fashion show??
So what I personally, see happening now, is that CBS, I am pretty sure, but not 💯 sure, only renewed the show for a year this time, however, don’t quote me on that, I just remember reading that somewhere recently, and I also see that they are bringing back popular characters from the past, and story lines with those characters, from the past, in an attempt to raise ratings.. most people used to love Tridge, until, I repeat, Bradley took over in the year 2005, and rewrote history!! And I see now, the writers are going to do it again, and maybe reverse the whole destiny crap that was invented by Bell JUNIOR!!
That's why I so root for Bill and Brooke. It'll be amazing to see a sexy, real man around her who has eyes only for her and current Taylor fans would be happy that she finally is with Ridge. Win win 😀

@M, I know, but we need to stop and think that, it’s extremely big shoes that Krista Allen has to fill.. It must be very stressful taking over from an actress that spent decades playing and perfecting.. And maybe Hunter Tylo would give any tips or researching is very different to actually being that character for that long.. she would have been told what Taylor is to be, a Happy, sweet, nice girl, opposite to brook, and then try to do her best to be that “already, well established” character.. I have noticed that Taylor is getting stronger and standing up to brook a lot more, and worste of all , look at the scripts they give her.. they are making her like that.. she can only work with what she’s given.. so in all fairness, I think Krista Allen I’d doing ok… she is still very new to the role.. give her time!! They all have challenges with the scripts they are given.. this is what people don’t think about, or forget.. yes, if u don’t like what the characters r doing fine, but having a go at the actors themselves is a bit unfair, and I am not saying that’s what anyone is doing..
I know that, it's not fair to Krista but the Taylor character is gone to me, just like Ridge was. I'm not saying everyone should feel like this, just that I can't love her only based on her name - someone put a new brunette there and said that's Taylor. On the bright side, whoever is on her side and feels Taylor through her, should rejoice that she'll get what she wants soon (or at least it seems). In some cases a new actor is an improvement - for example Hope used to be this self-absorbed teenager, now this beautiful woman has given depth to the character.
@M I agree with you about Hope. Annika Noelle has made the character a lot more tolerable. I can actually root for her. The previous one was snobbish and entitled. Couldn't stand her!
@M, Elle, yes I agree about Annika, it’s funny, when she started, I didn’t like her, and like u Elle, I couldn’t stand Kim Matulla either.. But as time went by, and Annika established herself, I actually started to like Hope a bit.. Still not a fan of the character, but I do really like the way Annika portrays her.. Hopefully, Krista will establish herself over time.. In real life Krista is a very down to earth person, and has many great qualities about her..
When Taylor hit him with some home truths today, you could clearly see the look on his face!! He knows Taylor is right.. He admitted he doesn’t even know if he want to fully reunite with brook.. not in those exact words, but he said, he doesn’t know what he’s doing, so, that says a lot to me.. so the theory, “rejected” Taylor today?? I really don’t think that’s what he did..
Not sure why others feel Ridge rejected Taylor. She said a lot and his response was that he loved her then he hugged her and left. For all we know, he came home to tell Brooke that it was over between them. But he certainly did not reject Taylor.

Taylor has told Ridge how she feels, and been affectionate with him, however, she has not resorted to brooks tactics, because she has waaay to much class for that.. She has not used sex to manipulate him and she has not initiated one single kiss they have shared.. Ridge has initiated all the kisses they have shared.. Taylor could have easily have slept with Ridge, when he tried after the punch up with Deacon, but she said not gonna happen.. brook would have jumped on him like a Hare in heat.. And she even had class enough to say no to his offer to drive her home after the family gathering.. So, what is your point again??

If you feel the need to obsess over something that happened 2 decades ago, that’s your prerogative. I prefer to live in the present. That’s my prerogative. Absolutely Elle, and that is what frustrates me about the writers... I wonder why the b&b female writer don't interject because for so long, this show has dogged the female characters but never held the men to the same standard. They always excuse their behaviour and make them out to be the victims, the only male character who always gets heat is Thomas, the others get forgiven so quickly.

Add to that, they are lazy, and @Elizabeth made a very good point, and I have actually wondered the very same thing for a long time now, is that Bell Jnr, is purposely trying to get the show to fail.. But , I also think they are scrambling to come up with anything imaginative and are going back through old episodes where rating were at there highest, and are re doing those characters and story lines.. That’s why they brought Taylor, Deacon, Sheila back.. Then, basically, just cut and paste, or twist the dialogue around, or their favourite thing to do is, repeat, repeat, repeat..

Technically Brooke has always been second choice because Ridge always went after Taylor (Brooke always went after Ridge) and he only ended up with Brooke because Taylor's character was always being killed off (Morroco, then the shooting), each time it happened he was married to Taylor and ended up with Brooke because he thought Taylor was dead. So i don't know if one could really consider that being his first choice. But go off lol. I do agree that he should stay with Brooke and their stressful relationship and have Taylor find a new love, because this back and forth between the three is annoying.

That's what makes people hate on Steffy - because she makes it like her mom is the perfect one who never did those men while she did them alright. While few years armier she was ENGAGED to Brooke's son! I know it's nothing to do with the current episodes, but I think what "Logan fans" can always throw in "Taylor's fans" face is this hipocricy she and her daughter share, not acknowledging their own mistakes. I know the hug was innocent, but why would Brooke take that chance? She could have said: "Bill, I would hug you right now, but I don't want Ridge to walk in and see that. He would definitely get the wrong idea". I hope Ridge will at least get an explanation. We have seen how people jump to the wrong conclusion. Like when Liam saw Thomas kissing mannequin Hope.

@Colly Hope was living with Liam who was still married to Steffy. When her fans started bashing her on social media, she could not take it. She started using drugs and eventually had to see a psychiatrist. All the while, Liam was busy tearing up the divorce papers that Steffy had already signed. Lol. Poor Hopeless was planning a wedding with Liam while he was living it up in Aspen with Steffy. Yet people like to insist that Liam belonged to Hope when, in fact, Liam fell in love with Steffy and it was Hope who? Liam married Steffy 3 times, twice despite Hope's objections. He only ended up married to Hope this time around 1) because she was pregnant and he was obligated to after being badgered by Hope and Brooke and 2) because Steffy told him she did not want him anymore.

The OP was being specific to Ridge going over to Taylor's when she stated that "Ridge just came from a secret meeting with Taylor." I took that to mean that Ridge did not divulge to Brooke that he was with Taylor hence it being a secret. I was merely stating that if that is to be considered a secret meeting then Brooke was also having a secret meeting with Bill since she also did not divulge to Ridge that she was with Bill. Not sure what "hanging out or going to parties with Bill" has to do with Ridge and Brooke having secret meetings on that specific day.
DeleteLiam has not trusted that Thomas has changed? He sure trusted him enough when he was in prison and asked Thomas to take care of Hope and the kids. Back then he believed in a changed Thomas. When Hope found Thomas at SP after Justin had locked him up, he told Hope what Vinny did so that she can go to Baker to let him know that Liam did not run over Vinny. Liam was rather grateful for what Thomas did because he knew Thomas had every opportunity to be with Hope. He seemed to believe in a changed Thomas back then. Now, all of a sudden, he doesn't trust Thomas? If that's the case, then Ridge also has every right to question Bill being at his home. And given Brooke's penchant for defending her ex-lovers, he also has every right to question Brooke's motives.
Regarding Brooke, the "Forrester fans" don't complain about Brooke throwing herself at married men, we complain that she throws herself at them, disrespects their marriage and sleeps with them. Taylor telling Ridge that he will never be happy with Brooke is a far cry from Brooke's behaviour. I reiterate that Ridge is the one that committed to Brooke because he is the one that has initiated kisses with Taylor every single time.
Rose, in all fairness, Ridge is conditioned to be on guard , when any of brooks exes are around!!

She did not do what brook would have done if the roles were reversed!! brook would have jumped in that bed like a frog desperate for a meal!! @Hilary That is definitely NOT true of Steffy. Steffy told Liam, in no uncertain terms, that she is done with his back and forth between her and Hope. She is not going to fight for him anymore. Why, because even if Taylor was not there, he knows brook has never cared much for his “other” family and would not have given him the same level of support he needed at a time like that..

He finds comfort in Taylor because they have the same desires for Douglas - for Douglas to be with Thomas. And Taylor constantly kisses Ridge’s butt and sucks up to him. He is not in love with Taylor. He has told Brooke he loves her more than anything. He loves Taylor like a man who would love and respect the mother of his children. Nothing more. He was there to let her down easy and let her know that “he will always love her.” Those are the words a man tells you when he is getting ready to go be with someone else. Lol

Delete@Colly you have to admit that in past 17 years Ridge has only dumped Taylor. You don't do that to the love of your life. Starting with when she returned from the dead the second time, not once has he chosen her out of anything other than a misunderstanding (fake heart attack; pills; Thomas lying he slept with Brooke on an island). And as soon as the misunderstanding was cleared, off he went to Brooke proclaiming his love in sand, on the Eiffel Tower and so on.

Delete@M, like I said earlier today, in response to you lovely, the original producer was William Bell, and the show was awesome, until he died , which was in 2005.. you, yourself stated it was that year when the tables turned with the Ridge, Taylor, brook triangle.. and yes, you are correct, because that is the same year that Williams son Bradley Bell, took over the show.. and since then, bit by bit, the show started to go downhill, and history was rewritten..
Deletemany many people have noted that over the years since he took over.. So now he has basically driven the show into the ground, so much so that, there has been talk in recent years that it might be axed, and add to that , it would be pretty hard to guess that the show, if you were new to watching, was even about a fashion house.. how long has it been since the last fashion show??
So what I personally, see happening now, is that CBS, I am pretty sure, but not 💯 sure, only renewed the show for a year this time, however, don’t quote me on that, I just remember reading that somewhere recently, and I also see that they are bringing back popular characters from the past, and story lines with those characters, from the past, in an attempt to raise ratings.. most people used to love Tridge, until, I repeat, Bradley took over in the year 2005, and rewrote history!! And I see now, the writers are going to do it again, and maybe reverse the whole destiny crap that was invented by Bell JUNIOR!!
That's why I so root for Bill and Brooke. It'll be amazing to see a sexy, real man around her who has eyes only for her and current Taylor fans would be happy that she finally is with Ridge. Win win 😀

I am unsure but perhaps it was my comment that she has a great imagination, that might have offended her, although unintentional, I was just reiterating the very same statement she said to Pammy, and in regards to the way she starts her comments to those that disagree with her, she did make a strong point to me, that she has a BA in Communications.. so perhaps she was taught to write in this manner??
Delete@M, I know, but we need to stop and think that, it’s extremely big shoes that Krista Allen has to fill.. It must be very stressful taking over from an actress that spent decades playing and perfecting.. And maybe Hunter Tylo would give any tips or researching is very different to actually being that character for that long.. she would have been told what Taylor is to be, a Happy, sweet, nice girl, opposite to brook, and then try to do her best to be that “already, well established” character.. I have noticed that Taylor is getting stronger and standing up to brook a lot more, and worste of all , look at the scripts they give her.. they are making her like that.. she can only work with what she’s given.. so in all fairness, I think Krista Allen I’d doing ok… she is still very new to the role.. give her time!! They all have challenges with the scripts they are given.. this is what people don’t think about, or forget.. yes, if u don’t like what the characters r doing fine, but having a go at the actors themselves is a bit unfair, and I am not saying that’s what anyone is doing..
DeleteI know that, it's not fair to Krista but the Taylor character is gone to me, just like Ridge was. I'm not saying everyone should feel like this, just that I can't love her only based on her name - someone put a new brunette there and said that's Taylor. On the bright side, whoever is on her side and feels Taylor through her, should rejoice that she'll get what she wants soon (or at least it seems).
DeleteIn some cases a new actor is an improvement - for example Hope used to be this self-absorbed teenager, now this beautiful woman has given depth to the character.
@M I agree with you about Hope. Annika Noelle has made the character a lot more tolerable. I can actually root for her. The previous one was snobbish and entitled. Couldn't stand her!
Delete@M, Elle, yes I agree about Annika, it’s funny, when she started, I didn’t like her, and like u Elle, I couldn’t stand Kim Matulla either.. But as time went by, and Annika established herself, I actually started to like Hope a bit.. Still not a fan of the character, but I do really like the way Annika portrays her.. Hopefully, Krista will establish herself over time.. In real life Krista is a very down to earth person, and has many great qualities about her..

He admitted he doesn’t even know if he want to fully reunite with brook.. not in those exact words, but he said, he doesn’t know what he’s doing, so, that says a lot to me.. so the theory, “rejected” Taylor today?? I really don’t think that’s what he did..
ReplyDeleteNot sure why others feel Ridge rejected Taylor. She said a lot and his response was that he loved her then he hugged her and left. For all we know, he came home to tell Brooke that it was over between them. But he certainly did not reject Taylor.

While he sits on the fence and enjoys two women he wants his wife to continue to be faithful to him. What a hypocrite he is! Typical some men just want it all so I don’t blame Brooke while he is hovering like a worm on a leaf at Taylor and doing whatever he desires. Even after Taylor returned to LA, there went Brooke kissing Deacon, while Ridge was sitting on a plane, trapped due to bad weather, being faithful to his wife. Don't act like Brooke is squeaky clean.

She has not used sex to manipulate him and she has not initiated one single kiss they have shared.. Ridge has initiated all the kisses they have shared.. Taylor could have easily have slept with Ridge, when he tried after the punch up with Deacon, but she said not gonna happen.. brook would have jumped on him like a Hare in heat.. And she even had class enough to say no to his offer to drive her home after the family gathering.. So, what is your point again??

ReplyDeleteWe agreed last Thursday after you baited me, to respond to you, because I refused to respond to you prior to last Thursday, after you felt the need to chime in on my conversation to Elle about Bbfan, and made it a point to remind us of your snide remark the day before where you said “where is Bbfan, you are not your usual trifecta without her”, then when I said, I had seen the comment, but when I said I had seen it, but chose not respond.. But again, you still could not leave it alone, you had to tell me, “yet here you are, asking about Bbfan”, as though it was a game or competition, and both comments were accompanied by laughing faces.. It was clear as day, both Elle and I were genuinely concerned for Bbfans well being, nothing more..
