ReplyDelete. Ha ha Liam, Hope called your bluff and got divorce papers drawn up. What can you say, you threatened it, but you're a master of Partial Arts- you never finish anything. Then move on! Hope and Thomas could be the modern face of Forrester. Thomas's designs were well acknowledged and he can take over for Ridge. Everyone else around them are more upset than they are over a divorce started by a kiss. Hope has nothing but excitement ahead of her, Liam will be with Steffy as soon as Finn is out of the way. All neatly wrapped up.
DeleteBoohoo Liam, Wyatt warned you if you did not forgive Hope for the one kiss, it would be too late. Well guess what time it is....LATE!!! Because it has gone beyond "only a kiss"... Well played Hope. Liam thought that he was the control master. He didn't realize that you became a woman. How many times were you supposed to ask for forgiveness, only to be told about 10 times that he wants a divorce. Well he got it and now he can't take it. I wonder if he'll come cap in hand for your forgiveness. And Steffy it's now way too late for you to come clean to your husband about Liam..You may lose the best thing that's happened to you. I thought to myself that it wasn't a big deal and there was ample opportunity for you to make a non issue of it in your discussion with your faithful, loving, caring husband...
DeleteIndeed. Every minute Steffy waited and instead was looking her husband in the eye while remembering what she did, made it worse. I guess they have decided to give Finn a break in one way or the other and reunite Steffy with Liam. Very curious how they will pull it off! That's actually for me more interesting than whatever Hope comes up with next.

She tells Liam, which by the way is a jerk, and double standard, that she doesn't want him because he's still in love with Steffy, which is true but then she wants Thomas to love her while she tells Liam and Brook in front of Thomas that she still loves Liam. I hope Thomas tells her he wants someone that Loves only him and she should understand and drops her like a Hot Potato!!!!

DeleteI think Hope felt it was none of Liam’s business what she after he told her twice he wanted a divorce. She said yesterday she takes full responsibility for what she’s done with Thomas.
If they were going to reconcile sure, tell him but at this point it’s over . Liam didn’t hesitate to sign the divorce papers I noticed.
Hope has spent years holding all that in, she needed to say it. What she is true and Liam has never once taken responsibility for all his waffling and hurting both Hope and Steffy.
I believe Hope was right that feels like giving up his life with Steffy and Kelly is the biggest mistake he ever made.
Hope and Brooke pressured Liam to be with Hope and Beth and this is the result.
Now Liam can be alone.
Heartbreaking episode but I'm glad she heard him say after all he gave up for her...so who's been gaslighting who Liam! And him still in denial about Steffy always being a 5th wheel in their relationship with all the back and forth. He still wouldn't confess to running to Steffy so I'm glad she pulled out the divorce papers and was the first to sign. Sadly, she was a fool to ever trust or marry him considering how their relationship started but she was young and naïve.
ReplyDeleteUff , yes it was a tough episode..the pain felt raw...but as usual Liam couldn't be honest about his feelings for Steffy... definitely time for some self reflection for him. He let Hope go far to easily, he didn't even try .

DeleteGreat acting on both actors playing Hope and Liam. Probably seemed so authentic because both actors recently split from their significant others. Scott Clifton is divorcing and Annika Noelle called off her engagement. So at the time of filming, their respective relationships were probably in extreme turmoil and they both drew from those emotions.

Liam had all the regret in the world after he drunkenly and reactively slept with Steffy. You can twist it all you want, you’re still worse. And yes, that's also even considering Liam’s recent kisses. I am starting to think that if Liam indeed feels that way, that it was a mistake walking away from Steffy, he may be right about it. Steffy was also destroyed after her indiscretion with Bill. Yes, she also wanted to keep it a secret, but at least she knew it was a betrayal and admitted it's a betrayal instead of going around with counter-accusations. That's to everyone who says we are defending our "favorites" every time and bash the others no matter what they do. Hope, you deserve whatever's coming to you. And change your signature.

Mmysh I agree about Hope. And I’m sure she will have more humiliation coming her way. I don’t think she’s suffered enough for her betrayal. I remember how Steffy was - she really really suffered (more than she should have considering pregnant) and truly fought for the marriage. Hope is laughable yelling at her Mom that she "fought" for hers, she had *one* conversation with Liam (half of which was already throwing Steffy in the mix) and then directly went to Thomas. I just don't know what happened with her. Of course she deserves someone who isn't a waffler, but she is not better, she's worse. If it wasn't her mess, Liam's relationship with Steffy would have remained the same - a solid friendship and co-parenting.

Finn has every right to say Liam cannot just stop in anytime he wants. He literally walks in their home without knocking!

I agree, they are never being honest to each other these days.. I mean Hope and Liam. And Liam should come clean and tell Hope that he kissed Steffy.. twice. And i don't know.. i really don't hope that Hope is using Thomas.. because Thomas has seriously came a long way now and Hope would be so selfish if she would destroy that for Thomas just for using him like that, you know? And we all know that even if Thomas was obsessed with Hope before and yeah.. he might be begin to be that again especially now after they've slept with each other and Hope has said all those things that she has said to him. So it would suck really hard if it turns out that Hope is just using Thomas. Because THAT would destroy him really really bad. And Hope knows he loves her and only HER. But does Hope really love Thomas at all?
ReplyDeleteI think Hope may glom onto Thomas now that she sees him as the antidote of Liam. Whenever she’s talking about her divorce now, she can say that it’s Liam’s fault, because he just couldn’t let go of Steffy. She needs to feel like the innocent one, the one who shared her man‘s heart for years (which isn’t true) and now is finally free to be loved like she deserves.

ReplyDeleteI don't understand why everyone is upset because Hope chose to divorce Liam. She chose to walk away because she always felt like second best and Liam practically confirmed it today. Brooke can take a page from Hope's book about self worth and choosing herself. Hope can now move on with Thomas.

Of course Liam fell in love with Steffy and nobody ever denied that. But he had eyes only for her only when Hope wasn't around. The whole reason there was a baby to begin with was that he couldn't deny his feelings from the second Hope returned. He told her he missed her in the first minutes when she visited him in the hotel. And that "got pressured" has always made me chuckle 🤭🤭🤭. He made his decision. That's what some people could never accept and always tried to blame on - who else - Brooke. But that never ever convinced anyone.

I think Finn will take a hard line with Liam. He may punch him when he finds out he kissed his wife, twice!!! Finn will fight for Steffy. He’s not a coward to run away like Liam always does.

DeleteThe biggest blow today was to Liam’s delicate ego when Hope acted as a real grown up and was preemptive in having divorce papers ready to go.

I have never been more proud of Hope, she finally decided she was nobodys extra...she demands to be #1. EVERYTHING she said today was true, undeniably true. Thank goodness she has grown into a woman who knows her own value.
Frankly I don`t care whether it`s Thomas or somebody else, but she finally refuses to be anyones 50/50. She has finally developed a back bone and is refusing to be treated like a sap by Liam or anyone else!!
What an amazing example she is for her daughter, she won`t see her mother being treated like dirt of someones shoes, the way her mother, grandmother and Steffy have been.
If poor Finn has half a brain he will run like crazy and never look back, Steffy will always be the whos your daddy of this show? She absolutely kissed Liam back and she always will, regardless of her pathetic little speeches about being happily married? Happily married woman don`t kiss other men...for any reason...it`s cheating!
I admit to being unsure of how this scenario will play out with Thomas, but at least Hope is off Liams leash.
