I will anyway but I will protest the whole way for appearances sake. .Hope might be catching on, "I have a feeling Liam might leave me." Ya think? Looks like Steffy's pads are off or slipped. .

DeleteSkipped Fridays show, but was there a scene at the end showing Liam kissing Steffy and Kelly watching and this is the continuation? Glad she set him straight on where she stands. Lets just hope it's not too late and Finn finds out about all this from a different source.

DeleteWell done Steffy. I liked the decisive attitude, not leaving grey area 💪🏼💪🏼 She was also showing that lovely genuine side when she said "beautiful family" and that Hope has forgiven him.
ReplyDeleteAt least Liam apologized. But I was still hoping for a good old waffle pitch 😁 But the anti-Thomas pitch was disgusting m he has a right to feel the way he feels about Thomas but trashing him to his sister is not the way to go.
I really think Thomas won't jump at anything with Hope. He appreciates how everyone feels about him now and doesn't want to ruin it.
RJ, how does it feel imagining your brother and sister kissing? 😅 I'd definitely want to return my breakfast.
Hope didn't even blink answering if she wants a life with Thomas. She doesn't want to lose her marriage. That's a start. No words or indication about outgrowing.
And I loved that Brooke *asked* if Hope wants a life with Thomas. She didn't go into Gaslight mode but first wanted to know - does Hope want Thomas?

Delete@Milla It was about time to give Liam a lesson he needed to hear. He needs to be a man and go and talk things out with Hope. As for her "gaslight mode" it will come on and when it does Ridge will have to decide if he wants to remarry Brooke again, there is no way in the world he is going to have an happily ever after with Brooke if she continues to be cutting Ridge's son down like that.

The only thing that Steffy said to Liam that I didn’t like was….she wants to keep quiet about what happened between the two of them. But that’s a huge mistake!!
She owes Finn honesty! Maybe she just doesn’t want Finn to go off on Liam, but that’s still choosing to protect Liam rather than be honest with her husband. Her loyalty should be to Finn, not Liam! But she is not treating the situation that way. She is making a huge mistake by not saying anything to her husband.
Not sure what Liam’s plan is now.
But Hope is wanting nothing more than to reconcile with her husband!! I’m really glad Brooke asked, and I was very happy to hear Hope’s response.
But admittedly, Hope had convinced herself she could “handle it” last time, and she failed! So she really better be sure there will be ZERO slip ups if Liam takes her back. And that means changing the situation at FC.
I also think Liam needs to come clean with Hope for what he did with Steffy!!
Milla I agree with a few of your points. Steffy telling him about the beautiful family Liam has with Hope and she forgave him multiple times. Leave me alone and talk to Hope. Liam's apologizes mean nothing though where Thomas bashing is concerned.

Lynn and Mmysh, you're so right about Steffy. She should tell Finn about the kisses. And she can tell that she never wanted or encouraged that and that she set boundaries immediately. That is what happened. But of course, for the sake of drama, that won't happen and Finn will learn in some way and -> problems.
DeleteAnd very true about Hope. If she commits to putting an end to the "business" relationship with Thomas, that would be a good step to show where her loyalty lies. If she's smart, even before Liam says what he wants, she should show this motivation. She can't possibly expect that he'd forgive and forget without anything changing.
RJ is very much blood related to both so it is gross. I didn't say they are sister and brother *to each other* If the two were blood related that would not be gross, that would be insane and ground for switching off the TV.
Oh, with Steffy not telling Finn, she has done this once before, I think it was with Liam and it fired back now its going to happen to her again, when will she ever learn.

ReplyDeleteWould Hope leave HFTF? I think that's the best way to make her marriage work. If she continues to work with Thomas every day, and there will be more trips out of town, Liam will always be worried something will happen. And now he has a reason to worry. It's no longer just irrational paranoia. Liam should forgive Hope because he's just too sad and pathetic alone. ☹

DeleteSo back to comments about the show... I just don't see Hope and Liam working out. She kissed Thomas and played house with him on her Roman holiday - "risked everything," as she puts it - because on an unconscious level she wants and needs him. Thomas has shown Hope far more genuine and consistent repect, admiration and support in the past year than Liam ever has. Thos. is also more capable of personal transformation than poor ol' Liam is. He's my choice for Hope. Liam is an arse.
