Eric denying Quinn intimacy would cause any human being to find it somewhere else. If Eric cannot forgive Quinn, then he needs to divorce her. Plain and simple. What he is doing is spousal abuse in the real world. You cannot expect any woman nor man to up with that, no matter what they did in the past. He took her back, so he needs to be her husband in every way or let her go.
Actually deliberately withholding intimacy as a punishment is emotional abuse! If he never plans to sleep with his again he should divorce her. He’s being cold and cruel. He doesn’t have any intention of truly reconciling with her, Eric just doesn’t want Quinn to have the opportunity to find happiness. That is abuse.
Honestly I think Eric wants to drive her to cheat so he has a legitimate excuse to walk away from his marriage. Quinn fighting back against Brooke’s bullying isn’t and Eric knows this down inside, it’s why he supposedly took her back.

Actually when you are the reason your marriage is in the gutter in the first place and you are trying to get back what you had with your spouse,then you don't prove to your spouse you're worth forgiving by sleeping with another person cause your spouse still isn't ready to have sex again, at least he let her move back home. Incorrect, Ridge made the decision I remember when he had to choose between a line for Steffy or one for Hope and Brooke demanded her poor little Hopey needed it blah blah. Hope was something like 17 yrs old.
I remember how gutted Steffy was and the conversation about how she had to work for it and how betrayed she was that her father chose Hope over his own daughter to appease Brooke.
If you remember Steffy brought it up when they were relaunching HPFT or keeping Intimates when Hope retuned from Milan. Brooke wanted him to reopen it for Hope and Ridge chose for Steffy this time because Steffy had lost so much and needed something to hang in to. They clearly referenced the first time when he made a different decision. I watched it all the way back and like many long time viewers remember thinking that Rdge better not choose Hope over Steffy again.
