I'm sorry but I believe that this is just sick what Eric is asking them to do. It's not okay in my opinion. And I have a feeling that Donna is going to be the one to help Eric with his problem. I only hope he wouldn't be the type of person to get better and then want to stay with his wife instead of staying with Donna if she did help him. If him and Donna work things out they should stay together just as Quinn should go back to Carter. I just think it's sick that the writers would use this kind of storyline with Eric allowing his wife to have intimate relations with another man while being married to her. It would be nice if to show coukd show some morals. So sick of everything always being about sex. Either live with each other the way things are or part ways.

Eric doesn't even talk privately to Quinn first? The assumption that Carter wouldn't want to pursue a new relationship of his own! Maybe Quinn can decide what she s willing to accept in her marriage. First Eric rejected her, threw her out, then torr up divorce papers,now proposing to Carter- all without consulting his wife. They are supposed to be partners. Does he really think Quinn wants to have a split life? Not about the sex. It is about the respect and presumption.

First he tries to blame Quinn for his ED, then kicks her out of both the house and company, then brings her back in using Sheila as his reason why, finally mans up and tells her, then treats her like this!! Both Quinn and carter were mortified, humiliated and felt insulted and disrespected and who could blame them.. the way he went about this was so wrong on so many levels..
I have never liked Eric’s character that much, but it is good to see that he loves Quinn that much he would allow her to do that.. however, he should have given her the respect to speak to her privately, not just spring it on her in front of carter.. and he should have done the same with carter.. what was he thinking, that after such a beautiful evening that she was just going to say, yeah ok, let’s go carter!!??
If I was Quinn, I would have slapped him and walked out the door!! She should never have left carter.. even if they agree to it, their feelings will only get stronger for each other and she will end up leaving Eric anyway.. or she will fall pregnant and leave him.. mayb Eric thinks that she will leave him eventually, and that’s the easy way out for him? Either way, if b&b go down this road, I will b fast forwarding.. they like pushing the boundaries with things like this to bring awareness.. maybe they r bringing awareness to open marriages?? But the way they r going about it, the disrespect and demeaning manner and bringing it across the way they r , especially where carter is concerned, is not appropriate on many levels..
If he loves Quinn so much that her hapiness is more important than his own, why doesn't he just sign those divorce papers? But selfish bastard that he is and always has been comes with the worst idea possible and insults Quinn and Carter even more. What a pitty that she won't leave the house with Carter and never look back.

Are the B&B writers preparing their viewing audience for Eric's possible demise? People getting ready to go to "the Other Side" exhibit strange behaviors and bizarre requests before they actually leave. Is that why he seems to be pushing Quinn & Carter together? Eric doesn't want Quinn to be left alone if he does suddenly pass away.
