Pathetic Carter is the most educated and accomplished character. No nepotism just smarts and loyalty. For years they didn't write a love interest unless you count the married trans he came on to multiple times. Then Zoe who was immature gold digger with an ethically challenged past not to mention how she treated Justin niece. The fling with Quinn is not even sexy now. How would Eric feel if Zander were in that position?
Been saying it from the beginning. This is ROOTS!! Eric is Massa, Carter is Kunta Kinte.... where the hell is Chicken George...??? This is beyond DISGUSTING!!! And WHY isn't it being talked about on the Talk shows.....except the ones on CBS of course because they have been silenced I'm sure. But DAMN!! It's the proverbial train wreck that we can't stop watching..even tho most of us are pissed the hell off !! And Carter.....dude... I know you probably need a job (the actor that is) but you're allowing yourself.to be professionally 'tied' to this nonsense and you don't have the 'privilege' of living it down. It's crazy. I wish Lawrence St Victor the best after what the writers have done to him as an actor. I could be wrong about not living it down, but it will definitely be brought up many times in his professional career.
Completely agree. On another note. The Logan sisters, lol. What exactly are u gonna do Katie? Slap your wrists back and forth flapping them up and down towards Quinn hahaha if you think you find something out? What she can’t go out at all? As if u never went out to grab a bite to eat or yoga class etc. She ran an errand for Eric!!! Damn the biology major can’t figure out an old man has ED Brooke did u get that degree sleeping your way through with the professors uh yup!

I really don't like this story line. It is referring too so many prejudices that afro-american,an Black people in general have to confront. This is really upsetting.
Just a thought, Regardless of wether b&b meant to cause an uprising of racial prejudices against Afro American people, or not?? But, I think Lawrence St Victor might have gone along with this to highlight what they still go through in this day and age? And to also, showcase his ability as an actor, that he can play whatever material he is given, and it might actually work in his favour in the acting community..it might have the opposite effect and b a positive for him and his career??
He has not been given much in the way of big storyline’s throughout his time on the show.. It could also b that b&b r raising awareness of racial conflict and LSV agreed to it, either way, it is really affecting people and that is why b&b does this.. they have always chosen “taboo” , things to raise awareness of them, take the transsexual storyline with Mia?? Not only was she African American, but a transsexual rejected by carter, also African American, but accepted by a white person, Rick!! Then they broached the suject of surrogacy.. Just a thought?
I'm so tired of the Quinn & Carter and Eric looking like a fool!! Then you got nosey Brook and her sister.. I use to get excited just to watch The Bold and the Beautiful not anymore...im so done with it....

So Quinn listened to what her bestie had to say and decided that she is going to enjoy the best of both worlds! And I'm betting one of those Logan's will walk in on Carter and Quinn and run to Eric. He is worried about Carter wanting Quinn for himself but has not considered the fact that his wife will fall deeper and deeper in love with Carter. The old fool.
The audacity of Eric to tell Carter that he can't have Quinn. Little does he know that Carter already has her. The only thing keeping Quinn tied to Eric right now is an obligation to stay with him because of his condition.

I do understand where they tried to go with this, and I still think they r trying to bring awareness to ED and open marriages, BUT I have to say, the way they r going about it is absolutely discusting on so many levels.. the disrespect and humility to the characters is obscene.. the writers have a lot to answer for in the way they r scripting all of this.. but then again, and I mean no disrespect to anyone on here, but I wonder what people’s feelings would be if Carter’s character was a white man, and I say this because I have asked that question to myself, but Either way, the way the writers r treating the characters, is obscene.. having Eric treat carter the way he just did, no matter what race he is, I get he is feeling insecure, but he should have thought about all these things before encouraging a relationship where there r very strong feelings.. he has NO RIGHT to call carter over and say what he said.. Eric has no say who carter can and can’t love and b with ultimately.. and the the way he went about it, and what he said, not acceptable.. how dare he DEMAND to carter about what is outside of work.. b&b really r pushing the boundaries too far this time.. but I think it was their intention to cause an uproar.. they were struggling and were talks about cancelling the show, so I wonder if this a desperate attempt to keep it going.. we all say we don’t want to watch, but yet we r??
Colly, the actors are being paid big bucks to do this. I do not think they feel disrespected or humiliated in any way. That's just my opinion though. I do not have an issue with the storyline as I do view it as I view any other storyline - as fiction.
But you may be right that the show is trying to increase their ratings. And if the actors agreed to go with the storyline, then kudos to them for trying to keep their show alive. This is the only soap opera that I look at so if it were to be taken off the air, I will definitely miss it.
This is by far the most ridiculous storyline in soap history, I rather watch people come back from the dead than this nonsense. Lol
Sooo what happens when Carter eventually loses interest in Quinn in a couple of months / years, I mean not everything is going to continue being 'perky' even for someone as beautiful as Quinn! 😂
