If she goes for full custody and takes sheilas very looong and disturbing rap sheet with her, not quite sure that any judge wouldn’t give her full custody, or at the least restrictions that she is not to b anywhere near Hayes?? He believed his dad when he said she was his mother , with no DNA test or proof, just his word, but yet his wife and victims words r not enough, as well as the “facts” she has been in prison, and mental asylums and killed and attempted to kill, and admitted it, tried to justify it, and that’s still not enough proof?? He has seen her 3 times including when she collapsed, had very brief words with her, and he loves her already?? But that’s how soaps work 🤣🤣

It would b naive if a judge did not take Sheila into consideration regardless , considering she was jailed for threatening to kill the mothers infant brother… the judge DOES have the power to intervene if they see fit!! I have a relative who is a judge, and they do have the power to overrule any law/decision , providing they have good reasoning and intentions particularly where a child or an infant who cannot defend themselves r concerned.. It’s just basic common sense, that is why we have judges, because every case is different, with exceptions to the ruling.. if the law was that straight forward , we wouldn’t need a judge!!
