    1. Giving Ridge power of attorney turns out to be a big mistake. Greedy bleep bleep can't wait to pull the plug and inherit everything. The S O B isn't even really a Forester. Eric treated him so well and he repays by getting rid of Eric as quick as possible. Brooke needs to say, Ridge if you kill him without trying possibilities, we're done. Go back to Taylor and her octopus arms around your neck all the time. Better yet, go back to Bill's sex peep room for 3 months AGAIN and watch him have sex. That you seem to handle very well. All Ridge's justifying killing him is so creepy. He won't listen to what if it works. If it doesn't work, they could pull his plug at that point! Ridge wants him dead now. The one time Steffy isn't screaming and insisting on her way?!? Eric flutters, Ridge realizes he needs to come back with a baseball bat.

    2. your last sentence...."with a baseball bat:" lol lol

    3. Ridge can't get rid of his beloved dad fast enough it seems! What a shit head! Any normal person would talk about it with the rest of the family. But not Ridge! He doesn't even want the rest of the family to say goodbye. He's not been on life support a full night and Ridge is ready to pull the plug. What a greedy bastard.

    4. Hilary exactly. And wait till they find out that he was ready to do it while knowing there was experimental teatment and he didn't even share this FYI, let alone call them to let them say goodbye.

      Delete
    5. Exactly he seems he wants to get ride of his father so fast
He should wait to all his siblings to come and see their father
And steffy was also debating with ridge so much today but as typical as its always we didn’t saw any comments about her being selfish
      Just typical

    6. Mmysh, the difference between Donna and Steffy, is that Donna knows damn well Eric’s wishes, and what he wanted and didn’t want, and was told by Eric himself over and over that this is not what he wanted..Steffy found out through Ridge, and was not supposed to even know, let alone hear for herself what Eric has been saying to Donna.. So it’s unfair statement to make.. Having said that, Donna is going through the natural emotions of anger, resentment, shock, and not wanting to let go.. so I understand where Donna is coming from too.. But it is still selfish to go against your partners wishes, and prolong suffering because you yourself can’t let go..

    7. If the treatment were not experimental and proven, I have no doubt that Ridge would have hesitated, considering he desperately wanted to find treatment options to save his dad when he first found out.. Ridges struggle is about the procedure being experimental and not knowing what odds, or outcomes may happen, versus keeping the promise to his partner!!

      Delete
    8. Would *not have hesitated..

    9. His father not partner 🤦‍♀️

    10. Its not his wishes btw
And didn’t steffy know his wishes now from her father
      But she still arguing
      Sorry dear
      Its just lame excuses

  3. Very emotional episode. 💔
I still don’t understand why Ridge is moving forward with turning off Eric’s life support without giving Thorne, Bridget, Thomas, RJ and Zende the opportunity to come to the hospital to say their final goodbyes to Eric. So Donna, Steffy, Ridge and Brooke are the only lucky ones? That’s random and unfair to the other family members.

    1. Lynn exactly my thoughts. That would have been super cruel to all those guys in gowns and tuxes waiting there. It’s not like Eric was going anywhere that he couldn’t call and wait for them to come but *had* to press that button here and now 😅

      Delete
    2. Exactly, Milla! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

      Delete
    3. Agreed Lynn. I wondered the same. Why not call the rest of the family so that they can say their goodbyes.

      Delete
    4. Yes I agree as well. All the family should be there. What makes Ridge and his daughter so entitled above the rest? Call them all in to say goodbye.
I thought that Eric should have been given at least 24hrs before the plug is pulled. It is customary here with us. Can't let him go without him saying for the last time "I want to live until I die" or whatever the crap was he used to dribble. My goodness, this great big build up and now he flickers his eye ... what a bloody let down to an otherwise good damn episode. I feel robbed. 😡

      Delete
    5. Aussiedeb 🤣🤣🤣… they could have left the eye flicker till the next day to keep viewers in suspense.. lazy, non imaginative writers, typical!!

  4. Totally agree with you Lynn on this one. Thorne has just as much right to be there to say goodbye to his father as Ridge and Bridget is his daughter she most certainly should be by her Dad's side. Strange...

    1. Ridge really, even though Eric was a poor excuse for a Husband and Father you should allow Thorne, Kristen, FELICIA, Bridget and Rick his Children a opportunity to say Goodbye!

    5. Donna the Greek Godess of fresh water.
Someone give her a pitcher as Eric will need it when he wakes from the dead.

  8. Thank you Bob. Please let Erick die. It´s time for him to go. Bye..bye Erick. I think Ridge does the right thing.IF Eric is coming back from the dead, he will blame Ridge

    2. Why can't Ridge call Eric's family there to be by his side? What is his problem with the rush? True, Ridge is Stephanie's son, but Eric is his adopted dad... Ridge dad was Massimo. Get Eric's family there... It is
not fair Brigett and Thorn, and the others at the house.

      Delete
    3. Why won't the others call the family, and let them know something?

  9. I think Thorne , Bridget and all of Eric’s children who are not there yet, Felicia, Kristen and Rick, should all have been given a chance to see him and say goodbye before the life support is turned off.. I am sure they would want to say goodbye and see him one last time.. They can keep people on life support in circumstances like that.. Unless Ridge is concerned he will have the entire family arguing with him about his decision, which I could see happening, and a decision like that is not an easy one to start with.. Steffy almost had him changing his mind.. so it’s evident he is struggling with this decision.. The flashback in Ridges head, with Eric saying “promise me Ridge”… this is very difficult for him..

    1. Colly, I agree with you, although Ridge should make this a Family decision! I still feel Thorne pain watching Eric his Father speak about Ridge as if he was not in the room before he collapse!

  10. ive watched this since day 1 when i was a little girl..i wasn't even a teenager yet but my mom and grandma watched it every day so its been instilled in me since birth . basically i have grown up with this show. and of course no one wants eric to die that leaves only brooke as the og who has been here since forever butif they did all this and he doesn;t die then shame on them because the last few weeks has been so emotional for me and ive shed tears and look at his family how upset they are (real or not its emotional if he is leaving or whatever they have planned)why would they put everyone through all this. and like all the above i don't understand at all why the rush and not let the others see him and say bye unless ridge can't be under that much pressure but rj out of everyone and luna should be there to say bye even if no one else is . rj is never going to forgive ridge for not letting him say bye. wouldn't that be something if after all the in fighting and things they have done over the years if in the end eric left the company to rj intead of ridge. that would really be something and carter did say he had changed something and asked eric if he was sure he wanted that changed that it will change everything here at forrester. i had thought donna but i don't think its donna because he kept thanking rj for all he had done for him. granted eric didn't tell anyone else what was wrong and why he wanted to do the line but rj was the one who was there for him and he should be there now to say bye not steffy over him.if it is time for him rip eric forrester

  13. Ashrpblond, I too watched this show from the beginning, If Eric leaves Forester Creation to anyone it should be Thorne, FELICIA, Kristen and Ridge STEPHANIE Children BECAUSE if it was not for her there would not be a Forester Creation FOUNDED by her Father!!!!!

  14. It hurts to this day that when Eric met Stephanie he was working as a upcoming designer, after he MARRIED Stephanie her Father supported Eric because of the Love for his Daughter for her to start Forester Creation!! Stephanie was the OWNER and made Eric CEO! As the years went by he CHEATED, LIED, Manipulated Stephanie for years and years to the point his Children don't want nothing to do with him! I DON'T WANT Ridge to decide to let him go but if he did I would understand why!!

  19. Ridge is doing exactly what his Dad wanted whoever said it's because of greed is ridiculous just like Donna. Because Donna R.J. n Katie all knew Eric was sick n neither one told Ridge or anyone of his Children now that Eric is worse n dying Donna got more nerves than she deserves. Go Ridge do what Your Dad Want n feel no guilt.

    1. Ridge has been known for quite a while now
So why didn’t he did something
But sure let us just blame the others

      Delete
    2. I totally agree Lisa!! All these unfair comments.. When Ridge found out, he pushed to look into treatment options, and even went to see Eric’s doctor behind Eric’s back, to see what else could be done, but Eric kept pushing that’s not what he wanted, so no one can say Ridge just wants to kill his father off!! Ridge told Donna, why isn’t Eric looking into treatments, and Donna was the one who told him Eric didn’t want that, he just wants to “live till he dies”.. So the way Donna is making Ridge out to be now, is totally unfair.. Ridge wanted treatment for his dad, but he was appointed medical power of attorney, and Ridge now understands clearly why Eric did that.. He knew no one else would follow his wishes..

Now everyone (characters and viewers) are coming down on him for wanting to do what his father wished for, and expects him, and made him “promise” to do, and are now pressuring him to do what he originally wanted to do anyway..

No one seems to understand or comprehend that Ridge is in a very bad position.. does he do what he wanted to do all along, or follow his dad’s wishes?? Can you imagine being in that position?? It’s experimental, he could come out a vegetable, stuck in a hospital bed, it is not a proven treatment, if it doesn’t work, Eric will b furious, and Ridge has to live with that, no one else!! Donna is not being fair towards Ridge at all, but I also understand she is devastated, emotional, angry at the world, and struggling to let go, which is normal in this situation.. I am not a Ridge fan, however, it’s very clear how much he loves his dad, and is trying his best to do what his father wants and expects of him.. I think Ridge has proven from the beginning of all of this, that he truly loves his dad, and it’s not about money or status or controlling the company, because he and steffy are the majority share holders anyway.. Evin if Eric really did win the competition, Ridge old have stopped his dad taking the ceo position anyway.. Winning that competition under the agreement that if he wins, he gets his office back, was the ONLY way Eric could get it back, because he has the most minimal shares now.. Ridge has been awesome through this whole SL.. Give the man a break!!
