The Luna & Bill scenes are boring. And nothing has shown us that he has anything up his sleeve. I am continuing to maintain he has no agenda. Steffy playing humble was fun to watch. I like that she was styled in a very understated look. No power suit, natural makeup and even her hair was in a more penitential style lol. She gave good logic so hopefully Carte will have to take her back, if only to save face. He can’t really say, my girlfriend hates you, so you’re out. 😂

DeleteChief Baker does not care about white collar crimes. So far, Justin hasn't been able to produce any evidence that the LLC paperwork is illegal. Hence, Steffy's plan to use Daphne Rose to split up Carter & Hope & somehow use that to return FC to the Forresters.

Meaning, that he put his name on the LLC without the CEOs or the owner of the company knowing that he did. That is not just an unethical act, but also an illegal one. The Forresters can also bring a civil lawsuit against him to render the LLC null and void. I don't get it. Eric wasn’t CEO. CEO is the top of the Chain. COO (president) answers to the CEO(s). Eric has stocks, but Ridge and Steffy were the CEO’s.

Eric as the founder of the company and Co-majority stockholder and Patriarch of the family has been given the respect of making final decisions on any important decisions. He was still on the executive board just allowed Ridge and Steffy as CEOs to run the company. Eric is mostly retired. His signature wasn’t necessary for the new LLC.
