Brooke has every right to ask for higher position. She used to be a CEO for over 10 years so she has an experience. She deserves it no matter how much you might hate her.
"used to" are the operative words here. What has she done for the company lately? Absolutely nothing! All she does is meddle in her daughter's business and sit in the office bad-mouthing Thomas. We see everyone else doing work, including Flo who just joined FC after a long hiatus. Brooke does nothing and deserves nothing. I cannot believe the gall of her! I hope Ridge sets her straight.
Brooke ran the company because she stole it back in the day! She wasn’t great she put her family in etc. She is horrid. I can’t believe she’s trying to take over yet again. She’s a nerve.. she is damn entitled! Steffy has worked so hard!

Quinn already said that she was successful before Forrester. She already has her own clientele. And Carter is a successful lawyer. With his credentials and his current position as COO, any company would jump at the opportunity to have him on their staff.
I agree. Why would Carter even want a job where he slept with the bosses wife, not to mention Eric telling him who he's allowed to be with? Carter and Quinn don't need the Forresters.
If only the lovebirds could meet up in the evening or at night like normal people and not during the office hours? Is Finn on some sort of paternity leave since he is home all the time? Who is behind Paris' obvious intended musical career launch?
I don't understand Eric hunting down Carter supposedly because he is in such a hurry to start the divorce proceedings. I am glad that Carter acted pretty nonchalant about it all. He said "Is there something you need from me?" Lmao.

Brooke is overstepping, Ridge needs to put her in her place. Let her know that Steffy is not going anywhere and she is doing a great job juggling being a mom and a co CEO. Plus he needs to let Brooke know that Steffy is the future of the company and to back off.
Not to mention Steffy already has a nanny in place she was a great co-ceo while being a single mother… pretty sure she can handle it with a supportive hubby in the mix. Wth, Brooke tries to push Steffy out while she’s on Mat leave and working PT? That is a bitch move in the extreme. Not to mention Steffy actually has university degrees for this and started in the mail room at Forrester like Thomas… no handouts from the family like some others we could name. Brooke was a chemist, which I still don’t find credible but whatever.

I think the point was that Paris came to discuss Foundation business with Steffy, not as friend visiting wee man. It shows that contrary to Brooke’s claims, that Steffy is working from home.
I can't believe noone said anything about Zoe when they figured out that Carter had a woman over. She's been gone for what, a week or two? They were engaged and now it's 'normal' for him to sleep with another woman when before everyone was like "oh that's not like Carter" when they found out about his supposed affair with Shauna. I also can't believe Brooke didn't jump at the chance to make Quinn look bad by telling everyone that it could have been her at Carter's place.
End of the day Zoe betrayed Carter, their engagement 2.0 was a joke and clearly Zoe took off and said forget it. No one really cares because months take place overnight in soap land, can’t really judge how long anything has been in real time. The fact was that Carter is single and what he does is his business.
I did not think that they would have guessed Zoe, but I did think that they would have wondered if Carter and Quinn were still sleeping together. Guess they really trust Carter A LOT to believe that he would not sleep with Quinn again just because Eric said so. Lol! I don't think it would take them long to figure it out though.
And come to think of it, them not catching on that it might have been Quinn's dress in Carter's apartment makes them look mighty arrogant in believing that Carter would not dare disobey their ultimatum to stay away from Quinn.
