Thomas tried to break out he’s in a steel cage and I don’t see any laser torches around for him to cut through with. He’s shouted and no one can hear. There’s not much he can do to escape except keep trying to talk Justin down or hope someone will find him.
Seems like he is somewhat getting through to Justin. Maybe they will write the story line to keep Bill charged with something as he did get rid of the wallet and cellphone plus car, threw Liam in his car and drove away. That’s gotta be worth something for a charge. Yes Liam has to suffer some consequence for not coming forward with what he knew - ?obstruction of justice (idk), just guessing. Perhaps serve community hours plus time already served as part of what his consequences are. Justin has to be accountable fir holding someone against their will - he is a lawyer and is breaking the law. He can be disbarred for this. All three of these story lines would be good. We already know there is trouble with Quinn and Eric. Next has to be Brooke and Ridge. She always thinks the worst of Thomas (fine go ahead, but lady don’t voice it out loud - not to anyone; will bite you in the ass). Ridge loves his son. This will divide their marriage completely once Thomas has been found. Especially once it is revealed he was trying to save Liam and then trying to save Hope especially her happiness which he believes is her marriage and for her kids.
You're correct. Even though we now know that Vinny committed suicide, it was still a crime scene. His personal belongings, along with the car that hit him, are considered evidence - all of which Bill manipulated and/or got rid of and what Liam helped to keep secret. There has to be some consequence. However, knowing the show, this little video of Thomas' is probably going to 'save the day'.
