Finn : “I can’t stop seeing her” Steffy “Who??” Lol. Who do you think??? Ridiculous! Now the writers are making the characters look as clueless as they think the viewers are.
ReplyDeleteHope’s conversations bugged me today. Something about her words or the way she was talking was weird.
And it looks like the writers spent about 10 mins putting together today’s episode since it was mainly flashbacks.
What a waste of an episode.
OK, done with my whining.
That was a yawn worthy episode. Finn's starting to suffer trauma psychosis. Soon Sheila will be telling him to stab Steffy.

Good point D.. I didn’t think of that?? Lynn, Milla, very slapped together episode.. I am wondering why Liam and his father are having dinner, when Kelly is supposed to be staying with them??
DeleteMmysh, with Ally, from memory, she picked up a rock to slam into Steffy’s head, and Steffy reached for the tyre iron and hit Ally with it, to stop her, while she was laying on the ground, and Ally lost her balance and fell, and her head hit a rock where the temple is, which is what killed her.. Steffy didn’t kill her.. It was an unfortunate accident.. And is a very different situation to actually stabbing someone with a knife.. And Steffy was very upset about Alleys death.. Her behaviour with Ivy was not so good.. But she only hit Ally with tyre iron, Ally stumbled and fell and if the rock wasn’t there she would still be alive.. But on the video ivy had it looked like Steffy killed her, when in actual fact she didn’t.. it’s a very different situation.. in terms of trauma, stabbing Sheila has caused more trauma… but Steffy was very upset over Ally’s death..

DeleteWith Finn, I was hoping when he actually verbalized that he doesn’t know what is going on with himself understanding he knows Shiela is dead (sic); that he would then say - I have to see someone. Then follow that with whatever words that yes he will be with Steffy still and work through this together, but he needs to get help for these images he has as they are not part of reality.
DeleteFinn should also be very concerned about Steffy (if he can be based on what is going on with him); she has substance abuse issues [and still drinks by the way writers not such a good idea, usually advised to stay away from all], but if she is having concerns that she ended a life despite self-defense it might lead down some difficult triggers. Finn (let alone her so unaware thoughtless family), are not thinking about, Finn is not able to with what’s going on.

And lynn ally was her cousin throne‘s only daughter with btw Taylor killed her mother and she was a poor troubled girl

DeleteSorry, yes Lynn, she was her cousin.. yes Mmysh, Ally was a very sweet girl, but her mothers death really affected her.. She also suffered mental health problems as well.. Taylor didn’t intentionally kill Macey, Ally’s mother.. She didn’t mean to, but she was driving drunk, and it was very dark on the road and she didn’t see Macey trying to change the tyre in the dark, there was no light at all, and I don’t think from memory, Taylor knew Macey went straight to Steffy as well.. It was not intentional at all, but she had been drinking, which was not good.. Taylor was really worried about a very young Steffy at that time, being broken down and alone on a dark highway, and didn’t know Macey went there.. It was a tragic accident, but Taylor shouldn’t have been driving after drinking.. There was no light at all, so it was too late by the time Taylor saw her.. Poor Alley lost her mother too young and was very affected by her loss.. I loved Alley, she was the sweetest young girl, except when she went psycho on Steffy and tried to recreate the scene of her mothers death and tried to kill Steffy..

DeleteLynn, you have no idea how bad it has gotten!! I don’t know why I still watch it.. I know I have said this a million times, but it’s true, that when Bell Senior was alive, and he created B&B and was head writer right up till he passed, the show was awesome!! So interesting, so many other characters and great storyline’s!! If you can find the time, u should watch the show from the first episode onwards… It will take a long time, but if u can watch it from beginning and each episode in chronological order, you will be amazed.. if you think you love it since u started watching , you will be hooked in no time, watching it from then.. Tons of fashions shows, and not boring like the ones they have had since you have been watching.. and if you hate Ridge now, wait till you watch Ronn Moss 🤣🤣🤣 Honestly, if u can find time for just one hour a week and watch two episodes, I can tell you that you will b doing weekend marathons in no time!!

DeleteColly, I did watch the show in the beginning. But life got busy and I didn’t watch for decades. Seeing the show for the first few years hooked me for sure. 😊

Yes you are right Mmysh.. i definitely agree she shouldn’t have been driving drunk, that’s for sure.. but it wasn’t intentional is what I was trying to say.. I was explaining to Lynn that she didn’t intend to, that it’s not like she planned it, or anything sinister..

ReplyDeleteDidn't Finn do a psych rotation? As a doctor, I would think he might have some idea of what's happening to him, mentally. Or he should have colleagues at the hospital that he can reach out to for help?
ReplyDeleteYes Ren they normally do rotations through every field.. it’s only just happened, so it will be interesting to see where it leads to?
DeleteSo true about the rotation but he did at least say he doesn’t know what’s happening to himself. It’s difficult when the individual is a healthcare professional (practitioner practicing) to make a determination on oneself to always to what is best at the time; mental health wise would be so challenging.

True Big Fan, it’s very different when it’s a psychological issue.. That is a hard enough field within itself, even for those who specialise in it.. The rotations they do, is not nearly long enough to learn anything other than the basics, but it helps the interns decide which field interests them the most and decide which field they want to specialise in.. Finn would not have learned nearly enough about psychosis if that is what is happening to him.. He needs a professional in that field to help him.. It’s a very complicated condition and if it is what is happening he may need to medicated for a period of time..
